Lower review.... Things have changed. Staff has changed. They have girls with "tude".... I really get sick and tired of driving through the drive thru with my refill mug and having the girl #Anna not stir my mug. Today, I even had a brand new mug so she can't tell me it had something to do with germs. That is usually her excuse. When I asked her if she stirred the one inch bunch of sugar, she said, "I can get you a spoon." I said, "No thank you. I simply cannot stir my hot coffee while I'm driving." If she can find me a long is for me to stay right why can't she do it herself? How is it safe for a customer to drive open a hot beverage and stir coffee?? This is not the first time this has happened. I have repeatedly reported this to management. All that they keep saying is that they will talk to her. Well, I am fed up with the talking they need to do action. Put into policy a safety measure to that people do not have to stir the coffee in the drive thru. It is not safe to tell a customer to stir they're hot coffee while they're driving. Especially, when the customer point blank ask the employee if it's been done and to please do it. #LoyalCustomer This loyal customer is being pushed too far. I have spent so much money at this location and put in so many good referrals and reviews. It's the very least they could do. Also, no more attitudes and taking personal stuff to work. Other employees have really poor attitudes there and manager says that it's because person has " a lot going on at home." A person who posts and brags about your store so much (Me) should not be treated like poop more than Four times (by same two ladies).... Take some time off. Find a new job. Move on. Get help. I went in to get donuts for my wife and I for breakfast and asked if they had lemon filled donuts and there response was no we don't carry that flavor and we aren't going to make them just for one person . You need to close, and allow another owner to represent the brand. First, the male working the window has no personality and is RUDE! I tried to tap my card, and said why isn't it working, and he got all huffy, saying it is asking for a tip, then changed the screen so I can tap. The employees act like your pulling teeth, if you ask them what syrups they have. The employees are rude all the time. You set at the window and wait for your food while listening to them talk crap about other customers, but you know they do it to you as well based off how they talk to you at the speaker. What an unpleasant experience. I should start out by saying that I live in Dunnellon and drive past this location at least once a day. This Wednesday morning at 6:49am none of the exterior or sign lights were on. It's still really dark outside and I ended up driving past... I'll chock that part up to my own stupidity, but upon entering the store and letting the cashier know, the only response we got was a laugh. This store was cold. I mean see your breath COLD. I'm not even remotely exaggerating. We ordered two drinks, a medium coffee and a large chai. After a few minutes we received our drinks and left the store. My husband's coffee was fine, but my chai tasted like milk. I swirled the cup around to loosen up any chai mix that might not have dissolved with no improvement. When I was finished with my drink and went to pour the remainder down the sink I found the inch of chai flavouring powder that was never stirred in at the bottom of my cup. Nice. read more

I went to this dunkin donuts specifically for a banana split. The guy told me they had no hot fudge. I said that's ok, I don't want any fudge. I said I wanted three scoops of ice cream and he said he had never made a banana split before and disappeared and came back with fellow employee who said they have no bananas. Great. Complete waste of time because that was the only reason I went there. Today is Wed, I asked did they know when more bananas were coming in? She said Saturday. I bought a large hot coffee before leaving and after paying for it and looking at the cup, it looked like a medium size. I almost asked but they were done with me so I left. They were very rude the entire time. When I got home I compared the cup size to my other dunkin cups still at home and sure enough, he gave me a medium not a large. The ice cream selections did NOT look very appealing either. I will NOT be returning to this location. I visited the Dunnellon, Florida Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins store on two occasions while on vacation. On the first visit we went in for ice cream and the service poor to the extreme such as an employee not recommending products with a smirk and saying "I don't recommend that", the same employee suggested we not eat a certain ice cream as it "was not good". The store was unclean and not all products were available (the offer that if you buy two scoops you get a fresh-baked waffle cone, sorry none available). The containers holding the ice cream was bent out-of-shape and some ice cream had gone bad. The second visit was for donuts, which were stale when we purchased them and had a very limited quantity of product available. Overall, a one-star review is greater than this store deserves. read more

I know you don't have to be a college educated but when you ask for double toasted with butter and get a smart mouth guy that can't even read toast and butter and when asked if it was done and his answer to me it's toasted enough. I have to say, this location was horrible for a while, (incorrect orders, out of items, long waits, always asked to pull forward)but they have come a long way. The staff is super friendly, my coffee is always right, they seem to have a bigger munchkin selection most days than before. Huge improvement!!! The Baskin Robbin side still needs work. Have taken my son twice in two weeks for a banana split and they had no bananas, then they didn't have waffle cones or bowls either each time as our backup. read more

Moved to the area of Dunnellon FL and have gone to this Dunkin now twice. I am an avid Dunkin and extremely disappointed. Sunday I was informed that to get a coffee refill that I MUST have a specific Dunkin cup. I questioned the drive thru person and she stated this was a new policy. I stated my Tervis cup is the same size as the Tervis Dunkin cup and did have a Dunkin cup but the interior cracked leaking coffee into the thermos space. Female staff member would not relent. I use this same cup at other Dunkins with no problem. Previous time I was told they do not give senior discounts. I have Dunkin daily and the ones in Clermont, Minneola and Ocala all are awesome. This one in Dunnellon that is close to home lost my business. When I buy my next Dunkin cup - be assured it will not be from them since they are trying to force you to buy their cup and increase their own franchise sales. read more

I have NEVER had any problem with the staff. The coffee itself runs good for awhile , then it seems to have a off day of two. Paying over $5 for two cups of coffee the coffee should always be 100% Dunkin Donuts coffee like all the other ones in the country.
