Never have APPLE FRITTERS for lunch always run old. This is every day including Sunday.

The coffee is pretty decent, the line is always packed due to the way the drive-thru line is constructed. If you are in a rush, don't go inside because you will get stuck in the lot because of the drive-thru line. Sometimes service is good and other times it's off. Today someone decided to write my order on the lid of my cup with a permanent marker... what happened to marking the side of the cup? I thought that was so rude and stupid. Also there were two shady characters in the back smoking cigarettes & they both looked very unkept. So, we used to patronize this location daily, that is till lately they'd close out of the blue because employees didn't feel like coming to work. Then almost every night we'd drive thru and someone would come on the speaker and say we're not taking any orders because our system is updating? Not even mentioning that the mobile app is available and you can purchase from there! I mean what do they care that you came out at 11:30 to get a coffee. They'd rather stand there and do nothing rather take a mobile order. It's become almost nightly at 11:00. Why not 3-4am? And why not the mobile option.. I'm pretty sure the owner would.be using that option. read more

If I could give no stars I would, I will never understand why EVERYTIME we pull up to the window at this Dunkin donuts we are told that we have to wait for the food or drinks to be made, if I ordered it and there are 3 cars in front of me you at this point had plenty of time to make an order of donut fries and 2 cold coffees and have them ready. I don't understand how 2 cold coffees and an order of donut fries after 10 minutes in a drive-through are still not ready, pull up to the window and they are all standing in a group discussing how they messed up the order before mine.....SERIOUSLY??? This is slowest Dunkin EVER and at this point I told them forget the donut fries give me the money back and I had to go we had been here 10 minutes already. I would rather just ride an extra 15 minutes down the damn road to the one that is owned by another group and get quick efficient service read more

This place is the absolute worst. I've never seen such a level of incompetence. For Christ's sake it's a cup of coffee. How frocking hard can it be. The dumb girl starts screaming for the manager to come help and he (Jason) couldn't be bothered. This place is down right stealing from people. At least they are smart enough to make you pay first because how long they make you wait you just want to get out of there whether you've got the right stuff or not. I had 2 sips of blueberry latte and I feel like I need to go to the hospital to get my stomach pumped although I do feel like I'm going to puke anyway. If they can't make coffee how well do you think they can clean the place. $9 for coffee and donuts for a treat and end up pissed and sick. The world runs on Dunkin because they're running to the bathroom. Lots of other places to get coffee and donuts people. Don't waste your time and money with this place. This place really went downhill. About a year ago the coffees came out perfect, now it's just loaded with cream and a splash of coffee. Even when told they put too much they respond with "you said regular cream/sugar," a blind dog could tell that what they handed you looks like pure milk. The employees are miserable and take no pride in their jobs. Other locations like the Smyrna location off 13 take pride in their work and make their drinks perfectly. It really is a shame to see people care so little about their jobs, the reason they get a paycheck. This location needs an overhaul of employees. read more

I got a bagel with cream cheese that looked as if was 3wks old. I took a bite and spit it out. My husband's ice tea looked black and tasted horrible. Worst DD I have ever been to. Only thing that was right was the oreo coolata so I'll give one star. But overall,I wasted $15. read more

First time here at this location. It appears staff needs training and an active manager on duty. Between drive thru and equipment maintenance (refill) the staff had customers inside waiting over 10 minutes while the staff continues on with whatever they were doing with no urgency to their customers. Very fast service always the right coffee. It's on the south side of 13 so it's easy to get in and out. It is in front of not the prettiest party of town. I don't know if I would go to this location late at night. read more

My once a month Dunkin iced coffee caramel latte is my morning riser on the weekend and this franchise is nice.

Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced . This Dunkin happens to be close to my home and on the way to work so its the most convenient location but I seldom have a good experience . They're consistently out of what I want And regularly mess up my order . Not to mention The staff is unapologetic and rude . read more

Gotta say, this drive thru crew in the morning is the most unfriendly crew I have ever experienced. I do not think they realize they are in the customer service business. Time for a road trip to Chik Fil A to see how to greet people that want to give you their money. What the heck! This Dunkin Donuts is the worst. Ordered a Dunkachino got a cup of hot brown water. Don't get me started on the oversprinkled donut.
