The store was very well organized, and clean. The Costumer service was absolutely horrible. Addison Reel was extremely disrespectful, after asking multiple times for my order she still continued to get it wrong. I even asked for it corrected and still got it back incorrect. Although the young gentleman Nicky was very helpful in this situation and was polite and corrected my drinks without a problem! Some people just shouldn't be put for costumer service! If I only visited the drive through, it would have been fine. My mistake was walking inside to see what danish I wanted to get for my wife's birthday. I felt the spirit of Halloween as I stood in the front of the counter wondering if I became a ghost, as not one person in the entire store seemed to notice that was was standing there at the counter wondering who was the person I should be speaking with. I know they understand the concept of greeting people because they said good morning to an employee who came in. But a customer is to be 100% ignored for minutes at a time. I finally asked if the counter was open and the girl responded, "yeah, I'll be with when I can". I know it's hard to find good help and I try my best to take that in consideration but acknowledging the presence of a customer is a super low bar. That doesn't go over well, especially at 7:00 in the morning. I walked out and got immediate help at the drive thru where that person was well aware of starting off with a greeting and really took it to the next level by saying thank you. A simple greeting, eye contact, even if just for a second and thanks. Pretty simple stuff but seems to be out of reach for some and that's fine, but if it outside your wheel house, maybe something that doesn't involve human interaction is where you belong. This place is awful.... We didn't receive $26 worth of food on a delivered order, roughly 80% of our order. The bag was sealed as if it was a complete order at the restaurant. Terrible service. Me and my family went through to order some drinks this morning and since there are 5 of us we took a second to look at the menu. When we asked a question about a drink and said "hello" to get the lady's attention the woman said "waiting on you. Are you gonna order because my timer is already at 200 seconds" in a very snarky tone. Me and my family left because if you can't wait more than 200 seconds for your customers to go over your menu, you have an issue. We then went and got our order at the Starbucks down the street with great service. I'm usually a regular at this business but me and my husband will be switching to Starbucks for my drinks in the morning. Starbucks may be slightly more expensive but I can see how that extra goes into training employees for good customer service. The place was quite busy in the drive through and also mildly crowded inside, but the employees were quick and polite and I probably waited less than two minutes for my donut and iced coffee. Drive through female was brusk & useless. She couldn't understand a medium decaffeinated iced latte with mocha syrup. She referred to it as a refresher which they are out of. I never asked for a refresher. Not willing to gamble on a mis made drink especially caffeinated, I told her never mind and left. I get this drink made at other local Dunkin' Donuts and don't have to explain the recipe. If you're in a gambling mood just hit the casinos! read more

Every time you go to Camden Dunkin they are extremely rude and if you correct something they mess up they get ignorant with you and catch an attitude when they have to fix it . When ordering if they don't like your order having anything special to it to be the way you like it they get mad. I genuinely wish I could give this place a half star, cus that is what they deserve. I came to this location many times and it is always the same, disgusting experience. The last couple I had tried coming to this place twice for their 2 for $5 croissant sandwich, and unfortunately they didn't have them, but today I went and asked as usual if they had them, and the female worker there after not even greeting me as always, tells me how they always have them.. I responded by telling her how they didn't have them the last 2 times I came and she again tells me how they always have them but they just ran out... so I told her how that means they don't actually always have them when they run out, and she tells me how they have them now and if I want them. All while having the nastiest attitude. I don't believe any of the works there deserve to have that job or any job at that. The only reason I go is because it is right across the street from me but I am very tempted to just take the drive and go to a different location now. I took my kids for ice cream in the afternoon and as the lady was scooping out the ice cream her hair was brushing against the ice cream. Later in the day my husband went for a cookie sandwich, however he left in disgust when the lady who was serving him was previously mopping the floor and didn't even wash her hands or put on gloves before serving him. We rarely stop at this dunkin. We accidentally passed our normal stop so we figured that this one would be just as good. Wow. We were so wrong. We ordered decaf iced coffee and it was just regular coffee watered down. We can't have caffeine so it was undrinkable. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and the croissant was burnt and broken. I also ordered a Boston cream donut and it was stale. What a waste. We showed up during a road trip with a very cranky/hungry baby who needed his bottle warmed up. The Manager was so kind to us and offered us a large jug of hot water to place the bottle in. Without buying anything, we used the restrooms, fed our son & when we got up to leave he asked if we needed anything else. Stopped here as a pit stop on our way to Rehobeth Was here on a Friday at about 12. There was a decent line inside but I didnt mind waiting. The girl working the counter was very nice and was apologetic to customers in front of me because they ran out of Mocha and French Vanilla flavoring.. the guy was very rude to her and angry... It wasnt her fault! He made her make him a coffee and then decided after he got it he didnt want it. He made a scene. Anyway-- girl made me a coffee and it was amazing. Compared to other Dunkin' Donuts this one ranks higher than Dover locations. Hot hazelnut coffee and chai lattes are hot and vary tasty. Customer service has always been above average to excellent. All donuts I have ordered have tasted fresh even though they don't bake them in house anymore. Have not tried any sandwiches yet read more

Five stars for the people who work the night time. I stop by almost every night I work and the staff have always been so awesome. I appreciate that they don't drown my coffee in syrups and are always so kind. When their latte machine was down, they were quick to put together something similar what I ordered- very considerate! The morning is less friendly, but quite efficient. I have no complaints as they have never messed up or been rude. If I can, I always stop out this way. read more

Don't bother going through the drive through here. You'll get terrible customer service. I never have issues mobile ordering and picking up because i never have to speak to the workers. I went through the drive through today and after my boyfriend who was driving ordered, I began to order. I wanted to order myself bc i have a long coffee order and didn't want my boyfriend to get confused trying to say it. I began to say what i wanted, and with the nastiest tone the worker replied that i couldn't order she cannot hear me. So i stopped ordering and began to tell my coffee order to my boyfriend and she continued to carry on with aggression. You get what you give, so my boyfriend responded back that she needed to stop talking so he could get my order and tell her. They forgot my donut at the window and we waited. The girl came back and said "you're good to go" like no tf we are not. So she grabbed the donut sitting right next to her. The girl at the drive thru window never fails to be an absolute bitch. It's fast food, so i'm never expecting quality customer service. They treat customers at this location as if they are the biggest nuisance. I frequent this location often as it is close to my home. I've noticed they seem to find small ways to rip the customer off. For example- each coffee is supposed to get a certain number of flavor swirls. This location seems to have weak or lazy employees who don't push down on the pump completely meaning that you only get half the flavor you should. For this reason, I pay 30 cents for extra flavor (only at this location mind you). Today I go ask for extra flavor which is normally 2 squirts for 30 cents. The girl adds 1 squirt which is on my receipt and charges me 30 cents. I have complained multiple times about this location but nothing changes. And as far as the last writer saying the donuts are fresh. I'll just say you got them on a good day because they are much smaller now due to being made and frozen. Sometimes they are hard and stale and other times they are soggy from being thawed out. Dunkin' ruined the donuts when they stopped making them fresh on location. If you want good coffee made the way you want it, check out a different location. read more

Went around 6AM on a Monday morning on my way to Philly. My coworker and I ordered two coffees and a sandwich from the drive thru. When we got to the window, the lady didn't say a work. I handed her the company credit card and she handed the food back. Again, not a word said. Before I pulled away I asked for the receipt. She was talking to her coworker and you'd think I asked her to borrow 10 grand. She shook her head and pretty much threw the receipt at me. Such wonderful customer service... The icing on the cake was the cold coffee. Legitimately cold as if it was yesterdays or sitting out for an hour. My guess is the employees filled a bunch of cups up in the morning and had them sitting there so they can just put the lid on and push them out the door. Saving much needed time to talk amongst themselves and complain about the customers asking for receipts no doubt. Used to go there 3 - 4 times a week. You would think when you see the same person over and over again they would smile, say hi and just be nice. But no they treat everyone the same no smile, no real thanks and just an attitude of let me get to the next customer. Sometimes the coffee is right on point other times you get a little too much sugar or too little sugar. But this last time I went I opened my coffee to find a dead fly floating on top. Yep a fly. So that will be the last time I go to this place. I'll drive another 5 minutes to WaWa where I can make it myself for cheaper and get a consistent cup of coffee. read more
