I ordered from app to pickup in drive thru, my mistake was not holding up line and checking my order. The two sandwiches were burnt and improperly made. The drive thru person was friendly is the best I can say. I did try to contact store and they hung up phone on me , so unfortunately I had to come back to store and get a refund. Order was wrong and the customer service was terrible. My husband and I ordered coffee here. The first thing we noticed is that the person working the window is definitely missing some customer service etiquette. When you're finished your order, it is customary to ask nicely if someone's order is complete and then state the amount. Instead.. we got "Is that it?" And when thanking them, they said "Yep, ok" instead of "your welcome, have a nice day " On top of that, there were coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup and regular sugar was used instead of sweetener. I seriously hesitate putting this review in because this location seems like a against you for having any sort of attitude or asking any kind of questions I've been in this place multiple times to get like one coffee or a couple donuts and had to wait up to 15 minutes the younger kids at this location are very nasty and rude i've been confronted multiple times by the entire staff because I asked what's taking so long for my online order and I've had like multiple employees stop what they were doing to come up from the back to watch me be scolded by another employee because I was told that my online mobile order was not their priority and that the drive-through was the first thing they take care of at the store read more

Went inside because the drive thru was too long. The employees are always nice and friendly. Ordered a few frozen coffees (3) and the blender sounded like it was going to die. They were made right I just have to re- blend the drinks at home because there is a lot of ice in them. And it won't get sucked up the straw due to ice chunks. I think it's time for a new one. Yeahhhh... not a very pleasant experience. We requested three different drinks and every answer was "we are currently not making that today". After the 4th try we just left, flabbergasted that 4 holiday drinks on December 18 were unable to be made. Thankfully the new Starbucks was open right down the road had no problem making any drink that was on the menu. read more

BEWARE!! I would recommend avoiding this location and the other Smyrna location on Stadium Rd. Horrible customer service, stale donuts (assuming they get your order right), coffee is hit or miss, but usually miss. And good luck if you think you're gonna let management know. They could care less and don't return phone calls. If you decide to not heed this warning, then make sure you get a receipt to complete a survey. That's pretty much the only way to get anyone's attention there and they purposely don't give out the receipts, because they know they give horrible service and don't want you to tell on them, so make sure you ask for it. read more

They are getting much better. For awhile I didn't like this location the coffee was watery and horrible, but I must say over the past 6 mos or so it has improved so much. The coffee has been really good and the customer services is much much better especially during the week in the mornings. This location is improving and I'm so happy. read more

They don't have what I ordered at the kiosk. Can't refund the money I paid since their manager isn't there. Can't pay cash in the store or the drive up. The powdered doughnuts look a week old with no powder on them. Avoid!!!! read more

I went into the Dunkin with my 3 year old we usually go through the drive thru; but this time she had to go to the bathroom. Upon walking in never greeted while worker sat at table. (Which I didn't mind them relaxing it was dead at 830pm.) at time to order it looked as if I bothered her she never asked how she could help just stood there and didn't say a word. I then told her my order and she got it still hasn't said a word::: walked to the back register to tell me what I owed her. I gave her the 3.69 plus a 2.00 tip and never once got a thank you have a nice night nothing. Only time she spoke was when she said your total is 3.69. When walking out the door my 3 year old said thank you have a nice night ::: still no response ?! This is the second time this has happened to me...I ordered a medium ice coffee and it tasted like the creamer was spoiled.. Had a nasty sour after taste in my mouth and I couldn't drink it...the first time I went in and had a new one made this time I didn't have the time...same person as the last made my coffee...I stop there at least 3 to 4 times a week on my way home from work...won't do it anymore.. Hands down the most awful service we've ever received at any dunkin donuts, and it's been several times within the past month of bad service, to the point where we dread going there and now will not return. Their rule "you can order a half dozen donuts through the drive thru because we dont have time to pick out what donuts you want BUT if you come inside we can do it" is absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense. THREE times now i've been thru the drive thru past noon when i've been the ONLY car not only in the drive through but in the lot as well and the girl has told me, quite ignorantly, that they cant let me pick my donuts via drive thru but if i come i i can?? That sounds stupid just typing it but its the truth. What if I have a car full of 3 year olds, am i supposed to pull out of the drive thru and park, and either leave them unattended out in the car or unload all of them in 20 degree weather for 6 friggin donuts?? I'm apalled at dunkin donuts lack of customer service AND common sense. Their "rule" is pure laziness. Also, they are always out of many items i.e. coffee rolls, chocolate milk, sprinkled donuts, etc. And they are never apologetic there, the girls that work there are basically like "whatever pick something else".
