Located on the end of a strip mall, parking is plentiful. There are spaces adjacent to the building as well as across a traffic lane. I did not notice a specific handicapped space but since we were there later in the morning we were able to find a space near the front door. There is a step up to get onto the sidewalk as you enter. As you walk in, the display case is right in front. We had heard they sell out quickly, and the case was only half full when we got there. Still, the selection was large and had a good variety. The workers were very friendly and made several suggestions when we told them it was our first time there. Even a customer who came in after we started ordering gave a couple suggestions of her favorites. They have a good selection of gourmet donuts, with items like berries and custard, banana pudding, Oreo, German chocolate, etc. It would be impossible to not find something that piqued your curiosity. One thing I found unique and very appreciated was they fill your jelly donuts when you order them. That way they don't get soggy and break apart after sitting for a while. These are gourmet donuts done right. This will most likely become a regular stop for us as we travel through the area as they are definitely worth a side trip.

We got home 4hrs later and to our wonderful surprise he had put each of us a donut hole in the bag. We tasted of everything and it was absolutely delicious! We stuck with a classic glazed donut dozen, added an assorted dozen and my oldest got her a latte. Service here was quick and the lady was really Sweet and nice. No complainants there. Pricing was on the high side but oreyyy much all the Sevierville/pigeon forge/Gatlinburg touristy areas are high. Overall we are a fan of Krispy Kreme's. They always have a good flavor. The side options are chips & nachos, which were nothing special and the chips seemed a little stale, or their potato oles, which are just round hash browns like you'd get at Chick-fil-a (no Tex-Mex flavor on them, just hash browns). Drinks are self service and they have Pepsi products, just like Taco Bell. Overall I'd call this place Taco Bell Jr, with food that's maybe a half step below TB's.
