There was no one behind me in line, so the experience should've been smooth and efficient. The employee at the window was polite and took my payment without issue. However, the quality of the order was disappointing. First, she handed me a small box, the kind normally used for Munchkins. I immediately told her it seemed like the wrong order, since I've been getting avocado toast here for years and it usually comes in a wider, flat container. She insisted this was correct. When I opened it, the toast had been folded in half to fit the box, with avocado smeared across the lid and flaps. It was messy, hard to handle, and clearly not packaged with care. It felt like they either ran out of the proper container or just didn't bother. On top of that, my coffee wasn't stirred at all--they clearly just squirted in two pumps of cream and poured in the coffee without mixing it. No finesse, no effort. I had to stir it myself while driving, which isn't ideal during a morning commute.
