I often opt for substitutions and customizations, and I have yet to see a mistake made. Additionally, I order ahead with the mobile app and have always had my order out before the app predicts. Often, my order is ready by the time I get there! The folks working there aren't out of their way friendly (though I'm mostly there during very early hours), but to be fair, I mostly dash in and out to grab my order.
