She was able to describe the selection they had. I opted for The Homer, chocolate sprinkle, glazed yeast, Boston cream and a cider donut. They were all fantastic. The Boston cream one was everyone's favorite. The cider donut was a great cake donut. The Homer was also a cake donut. I prefer a cake donut over yeast. But, the glaze was great. She'll take an attitude and quit. Neither will the one with the huge tattoo on her arm who doesn't know how an order is supposed to be and wants to argue about it. There's one particular staff member who stands out for all the wrong reasons--she's consistently rude, unapproachable, and never greets or acknowledges customers. While not all employees are like this, her behavior leaves a very negative impression. When you walk into the store, it often feels like you're invisible. Basic customer service--like a simple greeting or acknowledgment--is lacking. If someone is unhappy in their role, it might be time to consider a different environment.
