Lori and staff have been great! Oliver is my first dog that has needed regular grooming and he's a small guy! Loti helped me fee really comfortable with leaving him in her care. Our first time there I brought a couple photo examples of cuts I liked for my Yorkie and she melded them perfectly! We've been back to see Lori 4 times and will keep returning! Very disappointed that my dog was injured and they were nonchalant about it. She now has a luxating patella which she did NOT have before going grooming. The owner admitted she was limping because of an incident with a much bigger dog (my pup is 7 lbs). She did NOT call to say anything happened, she was not apologetic when I picked her up BUT she did make sure to take my money for the groom. Never again. And if she were a proper business owner she could have apologized and not been eager for me to write a check when I was almost in tears my baby was walking on three legs. Now she will need surgery! I love Dunkin dogs, the girls in there are real nice, and my marley dog came home looking absolutly beautiful complete with bows and a scarf! They also did a great job cleaning her teeth for significantly cheaper than the vet. They had my dog for 3 1/2 hours which I thought was a really long time, but Its okay cuz good work takes time! Because of the lovely group of caring employees at Dunkin Dogs, I will always utilize their services for my furry family. They are meticulous in their work while showing complete love and understanding of each dogs' personality on a one-to-one basis. Dunkin Dogs is also very reasonably priced. I've used other salons in the past, but the extra-special love and care my dogs receive by Lori and her staff is truly phenomenal. Took my toy poodle for it's usual grooming to Lori. She called within the hour to say he was infested with fleas and they had to quaranteen the other dogs and take extreme measures. I came to pick him up and he couldn't open his eyes. She explained that a bit of the flea dip got in and they just needed to be rinsed out often and he would be fine. Needless to say $500 dollars later, my poodle has his eye sticked closed in order to try to heal a severe corneal abrasion. It may not work and he could be blind in that eye. Before my poodle came home from the groomer we gave our other dog a brushing and regular flea bath, not one flea. I scoured the couches, sprayed and vacuumed them, again not one flea dead or alive. So I now have an injured dogs, Christmas money spent, and not sure why? Please do not take your loved pet to Dunkin Dogs, they are not only unfriendly, but obviously negligent in taking care of your loved pet. read more

So I can not actually speak to their service because I was not even let in the door. I called to find out prices and when I told the lady what breed my dogs were I was given a 20 minute lecture about how the price could vary because of the breed of my dog. Apparently my dogs are extremely strong, are know for being difficult to bathe, could be a danger to the groomers and I wasn't going to find another salon to take them..... Again this was all based on the breed of my dogs since they have never actually met my dogs and one of my dogs is a tripod. Given that this was already her opinion of my dogs, out of their best interest I never took them there. I find no place in a business for personal bias. read more

Great place!! I called to see if they had an opening today and luckily they did so I got same day service (I'd advise to call ahead I did drop my dog off and she was there for two hours other dogs ahead of her nbd) I took my dog Roo there today to be groomed and a nail trimmed, my dog is a rescue and has anxiety, they were so sweet and patient with her and took time for her to be comfortable! She looked adorable when I picked her up with a banana and a cute flower! Her coat was so soft and smelled great! I will definitely be coming back the owner and her staff are super sweet and answered all my questions, heads up to future customer it is cash or check only. read more

Had a great experience here. I got contacted back quickly for an appointment, got my pup in quick. I had no issues getting him in and my boy came back lookin' fresh and clean. The staff, especially Lori seemed to genuinely care for the animals already there, along with my dog. Got a good follow up email after the appointment as well. My first visit was a good one. When we first took my cockapoo to dunkin dogs at 4months old he came home looking great and we've been taking him ever sins not shaved and not looking like a poodle he is more on the spaniel side then poodle,so i like him alittle on the longer side i brush him everyday with tow differant brushes and alittle detangle spray here and there. when took him in for a little trim and told told no poodle poof on his head and dont shave up his face his face is kinda on the shorter side for him and she said ok cuz she had done him many times before, we thought she could hadle it he was there for 5to 51/2 hours the lady said it was cuz it was 1/2 price nail trim day,we would brought him a differant day if we wree told that, my poor dog came home completey the opposite of what i asked for, hes is still growing in now she said that we said we wanted him shorter we never ever said we said he was a bit short on his nose so dont cut it shorter! my poor dog was exhausted when he came home she admitted he was up and down on and off the table alot cuz of 1/2price nail trims. Knowing my dog like i do i think he was wet and air dryed and matted so they shaved him 2 blades shorter then we usally get him cut, HE LOOKS LIKE A POODLE not what i asked for! :( read more
