We are having the hardest time in Cape Cod finding a clean Dunkin' Donuts to get a coffee. This, by far, was the most disgusting Dunkin Donuts we have seen to date. Besides the lack of cleanliness, the cashier in the bright pink lipstick was actually eating a donut in one hand whilst working the register with the other- attempting to take my order which I then declined and left. Could you be more unsanitary if you tried? How is this even allowed? She was surrounded by employees so clearly this is acceptable. Absolute filth. read more

Dunkin' - Front - Donuts Near Me - Dennis, Massachusetts

The white bigger lady with blue eyes & dirty blonde hair was genuinely so nasty and rude. I came in to get a donut and immediately got hit with her horrible attitude. She was insanely rude to every customer I saw her speaking to. She was speaking to this particular young woman, looked like she was in her 20s, the pig of a woman forgot the young ladies cream cheese (she got a bagel) whom was very sweet and kind the whole time, meanwhile Miss porky pig refused her cream cheese as if it was coming out of her paycheck, probably wanted to keep all the cream cheese for her big fat Miss piggy self, that's the only explanation for not giving CREAM CHEESE!!! Porkahontas wobbled her way right over to her coworker to complain about that sweet little girl, calling her the B word, fat, and other nasty things. The sweet young lady confronted her saying how that was rude to speak about her as if she wasn't there and the woman taking up 80% of the restaurant with her stomach alone completely ignored her. I followed the sweet young lady outside to ask if she was okay and commend her for keeping her kindness and composer, she started tearing up (after being verbally abused who wouldn't) this sweet young lady was PREGNANT & cheeseburger gobbler called her fat. Horrid! As a mother of two girls myself, I know the words coming from Miss baconator's mouth was all jealousy, she was a below average, on the bigger side, and her skin looked like it's been sitting in hotdog water for the last decade- the young lady was very beautiful and kind even while being pregnant!!! Horrible experience, never giving my money to this place again. Donut was stale. read more

My standards aren't exactly high going to a Dunkin' Donuts but WOW. This place will NEVER get your order right. Not once have I gone here and there wasn't something missing or incorrect from my order. The employees are all barely conscious. read more

Dunkin' - This is me, shedding real tears, after not getting my bacon on my Avocado toast. - Donuts Near Me - Dennis, Massachusetts

By far the worst DD I've ever dealt with! I waited over 30mins for a sandwich and was asked by 3 different employees what I was waiting for. Once they served 20+ people their food who ordered after me, I was asked a 4th time what I was waiting for! Only then did she go to make my sandwich. I told her nevermind as waiting over 40mins at this point was just ridiculous!! Absolutely horrible location and management!! This is why new englanders complain about dunks!! I'll never go to a DD again. 100% pathetic read more

Have been to this location twice and both times they couldn't get the orders right even after telling them numerous times what I wanted. The first visit I had to repeat the order 5 times and even then when they handed me the order it was incorrect. The second time the order was placed for large teas, they provided medium teas. Clearly the person working the register shouldn't be there because they don't listen to the customer when they place their order. If you do decide to go check your order before you walk out the door. The only good thing about this location is that there isn't a drive thru. If there was then you wouldn't find out your order was wrong until long after you left the establishment. Don't think this will be a stop in the future when we're in town. read more

DION! Dion is very helpful for me and my friends. The coffee we were served tasted really sour and he got us a refund without making us feel like a worry. Even called his manager for us. I wish there was a manager there to help Dion out. read more

Kinda a sad experience at this dd after a cape cod baseball game in summer at 5 in the evening. Two people working, including one manager. Employee spoke little English and did not know how to take orders or make sandwiches. Manager had to do everything. Her boyfriend came in and they left out the back. So just 1 guy left who could not do anything. Manager and boyfriend looked like drug addicts and missing most teeth. After our food was made a few times before it was correct it tasted good. No donuts left either at that hour, only ones Noone wanted. Sad experience. read more

I agree with the poster who asked why the reviews are so low. The DD is clean, the people are professional, and the coffee and donuts are good. It's at a good location, too. read more

I don't think I've ever tasted worse coffee. It's water. Barely coffee taste. Been here on several occasions trying to give benefit of the doubt. More often than not the coffee isn't what you ordered and it's awful. Prime location that closes at like 5:00 too. read more

If you get a chance stop by and see Cesar! He's absolutely wonderful. Great customer service, friendly and polite! read more

Dunkin' - Bacon egg and cheese croissant - Donuts Near Me - Dennis, Massachusetts

Kinda rude probably was having a bad day. Wish there was a drive thru at this location.

Dunkin you may want to close a few outlets and consolidate staffing as opposed to giving horrible service at all of your outlets on Cape Cod. read more

If you have an extra half hour go in and order a cup of coffee!!! Absolutely nobody who works here is in a hurry to serve you. I have been in DD all around the country and this one in my opinion is pretty rough. Might be the set up the person who rings in the order does not move from that spot to help even if nobody is in line to wait on. Common sense read more

Nice and clean location. Super friendly service. Right across from the Kream and cone in Dennis , making it easier to get your turbo shot after stuffing your face with too much yummy seafood. NOT a drive through location. They may be a tad slow , as they are VERY actively hiring currently and may be shorthanded. read more

It is unclear to me how this location can have a below average rating. It's clean, in a very convenient location, and the staff are seasoned employees who have been working there for some time. In season it gets crazy here, particularly in the morning. That said, the line moves extremely fast and they do a good job of getting you in and out. Since most people are on vacation the waiting customers are light and chatty. There is no drive thru at this location, but I'm sure that was the zoning decision given its location. It would have backed up traffic on 28 for sure. It's Dunkin Donuts, not a gourmet coffee house. read more

fabio is a great employee served me with kindness and respect!!! fabio was so helpful and a overall great employee

Fresh and delicious every time! Coffee was great and donuts (blueberry) just lip-smacking!

I really don't like this I don't like Dunkin Donuts in general prices aren't the greatest the food isn't the best just wouldn't go there

Fast, clean, good service and conveniently located. Quality of the coffee is spot on, and it didn't matter what time of day I went (morning or afternoon/evening). read more

No drive through, horrible parking and difficult to exit into busy intersection.

My second time at a DD in Cape Cod, I went in asked for my favorite coffee, Americano. The lady first said we close in 7 minutes, as in please don't order anything. I then asked if your still serving she said yes. I then proceeded to ask for my Americano, and she said "What's That?" I said "3 shots of espresso, with water" she then said she's been working in yhe coffee I dusty for 10 years and has never heard of it, and that it might be a "Starbucks Thing". I told her "No, it's a coffee thing". Also her coworker said as he walked in from the back "Well Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!!" The most unprofessional establishment, I have ever experience. Next time say sorry, but this is what I have... Next time say "But this is what I have..." with a smile. How have you made it 10 years in customer service, with that attitude? read more
