Looks like no reviews on this location have been posted in a while, and i have to say I've had good experiences here, so maybe the managers took note!? Being so close to Nova Law and my preferred coffee stop on the way, I've been several times lately and have been greeted warmly with friendly and helpful staff members. I'm never really ordering much more than one or two coffee drinks at a time mind you, but they're happy to help and patient when I have last-minute inability to decide between such crucial things as iced or hot coffee! The one time I did get a warm food item (bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap) it tasted exactly the same as any other location, and the order was not greeted with any eye rolling, etc. Also, they offer Baskin Robbins ice cream in this location, as noted in a review below. I looked pretty closely into the freezers once when I ordered a coffee/shake and everything looked sufficiently frozen to me. True they have about 24 flavors, but honestly that's probably more than enough for them to be keeping fresh since most of their business seems to be thru the Dunkin side rather than Baskin. The coffee shake I got was plenty yummy and the employee quickly was cleaning the equipment they'd just used. This is a very confused doughnut shop. It's trying hard to be too many things to too many different kinds of people, all at the same time. It's like the United States of Tara in there! My husband and I were just passing through on our way to Miami and decided to stop on a whim. As another reviewer stated, the parking situation is a bit dismal, but once you get over that, you're treated to a clean and intriguing shop. Initially, we didn't really know where to go to order our doughnuts because there was so much going on. After we picked up a St. Patrick's doughnut and a chocolate-glazed doughnut and tucked in, we scoped out the place. There was an area for bulk-order pickup, as well as terminals for surfing the Internet, playing Wii, desk-work areas, sofas for watching sporting events (b-ball game was on) and yes, a glassed-in conference room for rent, like the kind you find AT WORK. At first, I thought this was insane, but then I thought... "Wait! Instead of bringing the doughnuts to the meeting, WHY NOT BRING THE MEETING TO THE DOUGHNUTS!?" I know, right? But, it only sounds cool in a review; when you see it... you imagine presenting your project results to your VPs while some kid is playing Wii in the background, some jokers are cheering on their team and someone in shorts and flip-flops is doing a furtive deal on his cell phone in the desk area. Not professional, unfortunately. I've given it some thought, because I do love me some tasty doughnut citizens, and the best approach is to rent out the room and close down the doughnut shop for the hour of your presentation. Solid solution found! To wrap it up, the doughnuts were only okay-tasting and the shop itself was clean and well-cared for. Personally, I prefer the local independent doughnut shop or something intentionally quirky like Voodoo Doughnut in Portland. Extra large light and sweet --- yeah, baby. I'm addicted to my coffee. This location has its own on site bakery so everything is pretty fresh all the time. The only negative is that about 1/4 of the time when I order cream cheese on my bagel, I get the thinnest smear that doesn't even cover the whole bagel. Not sure if they have shortages or trying to cut costs when it happens, but it's annoying when you don't have time to go back and I'm paying for a full serving of cream cheese. read more

Just left Dunkin' 15 min ago. The worker while making my coffee had no mask. She kept complaining loudly about wearing a mask as she was making my coffee! My coffee was open as she was talking and spreading her germs in the coffee as she spoke/complained. Did not feel like arguing with her so the coffee went straight into the trash. During these times, especially in broward county where the pandemic is growing, she should where her mask at all times especially while making food/drinks. Never coming here again! read more

Last Friday before school started and I decided to take our ten and six year old out for a last summer hooray. I had seen their advertisement for FREAK SHAKES earlier in the day. I didn't really know what was involved until the manager told me. The manager, Natasha and Jay were FANTASTIC!!!!! They made these two kids a dessert to remember! And it was super tasty. Marshmallow drizzle, cotton candy ice cream, whipped cream, a sugar cone cotton candy on the straw AND a cherry on top! Oh and a sour rainbow airhead thing. The ten year old says, "this is amazing! I am a regular to the gourmet coffee establishments. Given I don't drink coffee, my take is tea whether cold or hot. So I have been all around to these places. First DD has a familiarity dependent of which one you go to. The appearance is similar. The difference lies with the service and server. What I can say about taste is that I ordered a large chai latte and it was good. Not very hot but good. No major differences from the other DD's I have gone to. The server was nice and took my order in a timely manner. The time to receive my food was delayed. There were multiple people who ordered after me who received heir order first. Additionally I finally heard someone say "is this tea need to go out". After a yes answer, it was finished and I finally got it. Delayed. It wasn't hot as I was now running late and didn't taste it until I left the facility. I didn't have time to go back and have them redo it. Would I go again to the place and risk it again? Yes because it is close to my office. However there are other places and I would go a short distance further if this happens again. read more

Nice that they are open 5 am till 11 pm. Though we came in around 10 pm and all of the seating was "closed" according to the workers. They also did not have a good attitude in dealing with the customers and seemed like they wished they were closed already. Food/drinks were good though and everything was clean. I love Dunkin Donuts to begin with. My mocha caramel iced coffee was made to perfection. I came in with a few friends who got ice cream, and everybody was happy. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was good. That's all that matters. read more

I really love this place. If you're in the mood for a hot breakfast sandwich on a croissant or on a bagel or one of many other delicious breakfast meals, this is one of the best places to go for it. Additionally, you can find coffee and all sizes and they are happy to add a deliciously calculated standardized amount of sugar and cream or whatever sweetener or creamer alternative you choose. And don't forget about the donuts. They make these donuts fresh early in the morning and serve them throughout the day for you to enjoy. They have glazed, cake like donuts, donuts which evoque a sense of a French pastry as well as donuts with sprinkles and frosting and many many more. Now, let's get to the ice cream. The ice creams here are incredible. It's almost like having a full ice cream shop inside of a donut shop. They certainly will let you have whatever samples you want. You can try every flavor if you choose. They have these little pink spoons that they give you for each sample. The ice creams are quite delicious and they come in various sizes. This dunkin donuts is so packed that you have to wait for a while. The coffee here is weak. The service slow and my hasbrowns were not fully cooked. Plus this dd has no drive thru. I went according to the one and only review it had because it said it had a snake of cars that led into the drive thru but that was not the case. read more

Unfortunately, this is the only DD drive through on my way to work. They always short you on your order, so if you go through the drive through make sure to check your bag before driving away. They know you won't wait another 20 minutes to fix your order. The have noe phone # on their receipt because they don't want to hear about any mistakes. If you get their phone # from YP, you will find that it is a disconnected number. I'm shocked that a DD can be run this poorly. I have no problems with any of the other locations. read more

I'm usually not one to bash anything because I know this is a stressful job but I specifically started coming to this Dunkin because the one on Davie rd and nova dr had this horrible worker that would yell at everyone, always get my order wrong, and always looked grumpy was there. My finally straw was when I went through the drive-through I order one drink and she charged me for two but when she gave me two and when I told her I only ordered one she said well I can't do anything now. Then today I found out she worked at this location and I asked her for a medium iced latte (so I could get it for 2 dollars) she charged me for a small so it ended up being four dollars! She doesn't listen and she is so rude! I didn't say anything because there was a line behind me and I could tell they were busy and I didn't want to make the people behind me wait any longer! Do not come to this Dunkin go to another one! If you see a older lady with glasses that looks either confused or grumpy TURN AROUND and walk out! This has always been my favorite DD over the years, but lately there have been tons of flies all over the place and today was the last straw as I found one in my coffee as I was taking the last sip. Thankfully I spit it out, but I am just disgusted...
