I found today's weather uncomfortable; it was slightly humid with partly cloudy skies and stray showers. After attending Wild Fork's grand opening, I felt parched and needed a cold, refreshing beverage to quench my thirst. I stopped by Dunkin/Baskin Robbins where two employees were busy serving customers inside and fulfilling online orders. Once an employee became available, I asked for a small strawberry dragonfruit lemonade refresher, along with a guava filled donut. The drink was made to my liking and provided a refreshing cool down. The donut was tasty with just enough sweet guava filling. I may visit this location again whenever I'm in the area. read more

The Dunkin' is a collaboration with Baskin Robbins Ice Cream in the Promenade West plaza. The dining room was super clean and busy with customers but had plenty of smiling employees. Bought a dozen donuts per my wife's request for her to bring to the front desk employees during a medical procedure. This location has a good supply of variety and specialty donuts and ice cream. read more

Parking was easy in front of Dunkin' Donuts and the hubby ran in to get the donut order. The dozen donuts are so fresh and priced right at only $14. Took the donuts to an appointment around the corner and everyone was happy. My favorite donut is the chocolate frosted cake. The Baskin Robbin's shares the store with Dunkin' but ice cream is not a morning treat so not sure how well the Baskin Robbin's does here. read more

Saw this while stuck in traffic and pulled in to grab a quick refresher. Easy parking when you pull in, and there are also available seats out front. It's situated in a bustling area and close to a busy street. The interior is well-maintained and clean, with ample seating available. There wasn't a long line or wait for my drink. I did manage to get the last glazed donut, though. They also have a few good ice cream flavors, which are located to the right when you walk in, that's part of BR. I also used the app to pay, and it's been over a year since I last used it. read more

If you're a frequent Dunkin drinker, than you're probably aware which Dunkin you choose to get your drink from matters. Some spots are just a bit better than others. This is one of those spots. The employees here are always friendly, attentive, and quick to get your order out. And my iced coffee with cream and vanilla is always made great. Plus, the inside is always nice and clean. I'm a huge fan of Dunkin's $5 Meal Deal, which is what I got on this given day. I got my usual coffee, has browns, and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese wrap that hit the spot. It was exactly what I needed. Plus, they gave me a munchkin to try, which I think they were passing out to everyone. Overall, I'm lucky that this Dunkin is so near to my work because it's my go-to stop for a morning coffee, or an afternoon pick-me-up. read more

Dunkin you always have my heart. Been coming to this location for a while and now writing a review. They are friendly staff and since it's also a Baskin Robins there is a good amount of flow in this store specifically. But none the less they do get you in and out pretty quickly. Visited to pickup a gift card and needed a nice cold drink when the sun decides to show off (iykyk). My go to is an unsweetened iced tea with 2 sweet and lows. The tea is usually nice and tasty not too watery and just the right amount of sweetness. They have an area where you can sit and study or chat with friends as well as outdoor seating. Nice location in Davie. read more

After my experience at the Coral Springs location I decided to go here instead. At least I can say they're consistent because like the Springs location, they lost my order or "somebody took it" as they said. 2 consistently bad experiences at 2 different locations is why I won't return to any Dunkin again. read more

We used to love coming to this Dunkin' donuts. But they may have changed ownership or management because everything is lacking. Today. I received a donut stick that looks as if it already had a bite taken out of it.You'll see the picture. How disgusting. I can never get my coffee made the way I want anymore I had to bump up to 7 creams 5 sugars. Just consistency is all that is expected. Peak times non peak times. This location is very poorly run. There were only 3 people in front of me in line and it took about 15 minutes for me to get to the register. Then, their supplies were extremely low- they only had plain and multigrain bagels and they only had 2 flavors of munchkins. The breakfast sandwich and iced coffees were good. The service and overall experience inside the store was very disappointing. read more

Ive been coming to this location for almost 2 months now since I've moved to the area and todays experience with Ms. Suzie quite frankly changed my view of this location. She had the nastiest attitude because I asked a question regarding their current promotion. As I started I've been coming almost everyday and they currently have a VIP promotion or a free drink, at check out she had asked me to take out the car for something and this hadn't happened the last 5 days in a row I've been there and I asked oh why that's the first time someone has asked me? Trying to make conversation while I got it out of my phone case.. Her response "I don't have to explain myself, I need the card" I was shocked not only by her tone but response considering everyone else that I've had contact at this location has been so nice and welcoming. I was so taken aback by her comment I immediately became defensive, naturally and she continued with mocking me... a customer.. a daily customer at that. It's 8:50am and I'm writing this review as a manager for another manager because I hope someone in the corporate levels sees this and takes corrective action at this behavior immediately. Dunkin Donuts is a staple for morning coffee, and a simple question shouldn't have a response of that manner. Simple put, you work in customer service ma'am - if you don't know how to provide that then this isn't the field for you. What a way to start the morning.. read more

It's just your average Dunkin' -- there's nothing superb about the service or quality of food/drinks. Although this is the closest location to me, they don't have a drive thru; I would rather drive further to stay in my car, especially during the pandemic. However, you can order online and pick it up. They employees are pretty fast at completing the orders, so I've never waited more than about three minutes. As for the cleanliness, it seems like people frequently dine-in here, but the workers are too busy behind the counter to really notice. read more

This is my go to dunkin. The food/drinks are always made right and the staff are friendly

There are so many DD within a couple if miles of this one, but this small DD (without a drive through) is my DD if choice. Before writing this, I wondered, when it comes to a chain, especially fast food, what really can differentiate one location from another? After all, the food should be exactly the same! In this case, what differentiates this DD is: 1) Quick service - this location, possibly because it does not have a drive through is not usually too crowded. 2) Friendly service - the employees always are nice and gave a smiles on their faces. 3) Accurate service - you get what you order. If I order extra mocha in my iced coffee, it is there (not always the case in other DD). 4) Clean And this is a DD with Baskin Robbins too, so it is always nice to have that option for the kids! read more

Outstanding customer service!! There was a mistake on my part with the mobile order. After I explained, the staff was so gracious, professional and kind. With so many options for coffee in the morning, this location and Dunkin are now my go to!! This interaction made my entire day, thank you to the wonderful employees. read more

Don't go to 2321 S university drive at that Dunkin Donuts. I called corporate on 6/7/23 and put in a complaint. I hope the franchise owner calls me back. As I was walking in the clerk sneezed and then touched the donuts. The manager is extremely mean and rude. She has NO customer service. I wanted gift cards and she said very mean remarks to me so much I left the store. The manager believes she can act like "G-d"....so mean. read more

This is MY Dunkin' Donuts. This is my everybody knows your name type of place. The staff always treats me well and 97% of the time I do not need to tell them my order. They know it by heart. And that always means a lot, when someone knows how you like your coffee. Or in my case, latte. They always do promotions at this location that most don't do and the app doesn't offer. Like for example, for the last 6 months I've been getting my lattes for $1.99 after 12pm. It's the best. The store is always always clean. If you're planning on handing out and doing some work there, it stays freezing cold. So make sure you bring a sweater. It also is in a dead zone. Ever since Davie has become the place to live, you cannot get cell phone service on university dr. So sign into the wifi on your phone for sure. read more

There's 3-4 Dunkin Donuts within a 2 mile radius of this one, but I come here because the staff is friendly, welcoming, and courteous. They make my iced coffee just the way I like it every time. And the temperature inside isn't freezing so you can sit and enjoy a coffee while reading your morning paper or a book without freezing. read more

I hate this Dunkin' location, there is always something wrong with my order. For a long time their lids didn't fit properly and my coffee would drip everywhere. I went back recently for a coffee and munchkins, I ordered a small iced coffee with cream and sugar. It might as well have been black coffee. I got jelly munchkins and attached is the picture of one of them. This was one of the more filled ones, huge disappointment. read more

Every time I come in this location (which isn't often, mind you) I always seem to get one of those employees who are just ANGRY that you, the customer, the person paying their salary, has walked into the store. This is a baskin robbins/dunkin donuts combo store, and the one occasion that jumps out at me was when I decided one day that I really wanted an ice cream cone. The girl "helping" me had to ask me 3 times what flavor I wanted because she was yelling in Spanish to someone in the background, and I had to tell her twice I wanted a waffle cone. When I asked for sprinkles, there may have been 10 total on there and I was charged extra. My first job was an ice cream parlor-you DUNK the cone in sprinkles to coat it, not dust them on top. This endeavor took over 15 minutes when it should have taken three. Other times when I have come in to get a dozen donuts (also should take less than 2 minutes) the store employees aren't paying attention and are rude. One time they were even training what looked like a 16 year old kid and were rude to him. I am definitely not a coffee shop every day type of girl but I know a lot of people are. If DD is your crack in the morning, skip this location and go to the one on Nova drive. They're much nicer and a well oiled machine. read more

Went in there to get a coffee before work. The employee tells me that they are out of the salted caramel cold foam. No apology, no 'I'm sorry we are out of that at the moment'...so I ask do you have any other flavored cold foam? She then mumbles something. No smile, just a look of contempt as if I am inconveniencing her by asking this. She then says more clearly and in a rude tone....Only regular cold foam. Still no smile, just contempt. I said wow you are pleasant today... Look I understand times are hard. But if you don't like your job then don't work there. She is NOT a good asset for your establishment. read more

This Dunkin Donuts location is by far my favorite. The service, and the employees are always on point and I've never had a single bad experience here! Went to get a coffee on the drive-thru and the person who helped me was very rude very impatient and with a bad attitude and that made me cancel my order, when I tried to tell her about her attitude she close the window on me and the person who was with her which I assume was her manager didn't do anything. I understand that is hard to cope with customers but she was extremely rude this happened at 10:35 in the morning read more

I was at this location last Friday and Sunday and the quality has gone done hill. My wife's egg sandwich was not correctly made. And the two turkey sausage sandwiches, I had both times, the bread was not toasted enough. Sunday's order, the sandwich was simply cold. If we were not in such a hurry both times, I would have complained. Also, when you as for a tiny bit of cream, your coffee should not look very light.
