Parking was easy in front of Dunkin' Donuts and the hubby ran in to get the donut order. The dozen donuts are so fresh and priced right at only $14. Took the donuts to an appointment around the corner and everyone was happy. My favorite donut is the chocolate frosted cake. The Baskin Robbin's shares the store with Dunkin' but ice cream is not a morning treat so not sure how well the Baskin Robbin's does here. read more

Saw this while stuck in traffic and pulled in to grab a quick refresher. Easy parking when you pull in, and there are also available seats out front. It's situated in a bustling area and close to a busy street. The interior is well-maintained and clean, with ample seating available. There wasn't a long line or wait for my drink. I did manage to get the last glazed donut, though. They also have a few good ice cream flavors, which are located to the right when you walk in, that's part of BR. If you're a frequent Dunkin drinker, than you're probably aware which Dunkin you choose to get your drink from matters. Some spots are just a bit better than others. This is one of those spots. The employees here are always friendly, attentive, and quick to get your order out. And my iced coffee with cream and vanilla is always made great. Plus, the inside is always nice and clean. I'm a huge fan of Dunkin's $5 Meal Deal, which is what I got on this given day. I got my usual coffee, has browns, and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese wrap that hit the spot. It was exactly what I needed. Plus, they gave me a munchkin to try, which I think they were passing out to everyone. Dunkin you always have my heart. Been coming to this location for a while and now writing a review. They are friendly staff and since it's also a Baskin Robins there is a good amount of flow in this store specifically. But none the less they do get you in and out pretty quickly. Visited to pickup a gift card and needed a nice cold drink when the sun decides to show off (iykyk). My go to is an unsweetened iced tea with 2 sweet and lows. The tea is usually nice and tasty not too watery and just the right amount of sweetness. They have an area where you can sit and study or chat with friends as well as outdoor seating. Ive been coming to this location for almost 2 months now since I've moved to the area and todays experience with Ms. Suzie quite frankly changed my view of this location. She had the nastiest attitude because I asked a question regarding their current promotion. As I started I've been coming almost everyday and they currently have a VIP promotion or a free drink, at check out she had asked me to take out the car for something and this hadn't happened the last 5 days in a row I've been there and I asked oh why that's the first time someone has asked me? This location is very poorly run. There were only 3 people in front of me in line and it took about 15 minutes for me to get to the register. Then, their supplies were extremely low- they only had plain and multigrain bagels and they only had 2 flavors of munchkins. The breakfast sandwich and iced coffees were good. It's just your average Dunkin' -- there's nothing superb about the service or quality of food/drinks. Although this is the closest location to me, they don't have a drive thru; I would rather drive further to stay in my car, especially during the pandemic. However, you can order online and pick it up. They employees are pretty fast at completing the orders, so I've never waited more than about three minutes. As for the cleanliness, it seems like people frequently dine-in here, but the workers are too busy behind the counter to really notice. read more

There are so many DD within a couple if miles of this one, but this small DD (without a drive through) is my DD if choice. Before writing this, I wondered, when it comes to a chain, especially fast food, what really can differentiate one location from another? After all, the food should be exactly the same! In this case, what differentiates this DD is: 1) Quick service - this location, possibly because it does not have a drive through is not usually too crowded. 2) Friendly service - the employees always are nice and gave a smiles on their faces. 3) Accurate service - you get what you order. This is MY Dunkin' Donuts. This is my everybody knows your name type of place. The staff always treats me well and 97% of the time I do not need to tell them my order. They know it by heart. And that always means a lot, when someone knows how you like your coffee. Or in my case, latte. They always do promotions at this location that most don't do and the app doesn't offer. Like for example, for the last 6 months I've been getting my lattes for $1.99 after 12pm. It's the best. The store is always always clean. If you're planning on handing out and doing some work there, it stays freezing cold. So make sure you bring a sweater. It also is in a dead zone. There's 3-4 Dunkin Donuts within a 2 mile radius of this one, but I come here because the staff is friendly, welcoming, and courteous. They make my iced coffee just the way I like it every time. The seating area is always clean, and so are the bathrooms. No apology, no 'I'm sorry we are out of that at the moment'...so I ask do you have any other flavored cold foam? She then mumbles something. Every time I come in this location (which isn't often, mind you) I always seem to get one of those employees who are just ANGRY that you, the customer, the person paying their salary, has walked into the store. This is a baskin robbins/dunkin donuts combo store, and the one occasion that jumps out at me was when I decided one day that I really wanted an ice cream cone. The girl "helping" me had to ask me 3 times what flavor I wanted because she was yelling in Spanish to someone in the background, and I had to tell her twice I wanted a waffle cone. When I asked for sprinkles, there may have been 10 total on there and I was charged extra. My first job was an ice cream parlor-you DUNK the cone in sprinkles to coat it, not dust them on top. This endeavor took over 15 minutes when it should have taken three. Other times when I have come in to get a dozen donuts (also should take less than 2 minutes) the store employees aren't paying attention and are rude. One time they were even training what looked like a 16 year old kid and were rude to him. I am definitely not a coffee shop every day type of girl but I know a lot of people are. If DD is your crack in the morning, skip this location and go to the one on Nova drive. They're much nicer and a well oiled machine. read more

I was at this location last Friday and Sunday and the quality has gone done hill. My wife's egg sandwich was not correctly made. And the two turkey sausage sandwiches, I had both times, the bread was not toasted enough. Sunday's order, the sandwich was simply cold. If we were not in such a hurry both times, I would have complained. Also, when you as for a tiny bit of cream, your coffee should not look very light. Looks like no reviews on this location have been posted in a while, and i have to say I've had good experiences here, so maybe the managers took note!? Being so close to Nova Law and my preferred coffee stop on the way, I've been several times lately and have been greeted warmly with friendly and helpful staff members. I'm never really ordering much more than one or two coffee drinks at a time mind you, but they're happy to help and patient when I have last-minute inability to decide between such crucial things as iced or hot coffee! The one time I did get a warm food item (bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap) it tasted exactly the same as any other location, and the order was not greeted with any eye rolling, etc. Also, they offer Baskin Robbins ice cream in this location, as noted in a review below. I looked pretty closely into the freezers once when I ordered a coffee/shake and everything looked sufficiently frozen to me. True they have about 24 flavors, but honestly that's probably more than enough for them to be keeping fresh since most of their business seems to be thru the Dunkin side rather than Baskin. The coffee shake I got was plenty yummy and the employee quickly was cleaning the equipment they'd just used.
