I am truly not a DD person but we stopped in this morning. The lines were long and the girls in the front moved it quick and greeted us with a smile. We ordered munchkins, donuts, bagels and a croissant. She even went back to get a vanilla sprinkled that my son wanted. This Dunkin' although in a good location had to be one of the worst locations of service I have ever experienced. Charging more for side items than they should and only seems to happen when the large male that works there who is extremely rude is on staff as he tells employees to up charge to a different product which makes the same order as yesterday cost $2 more today. A side of regular bacon (2 skinny strips) is not the same as a pile of snacking bacon). Not about the money but it is about this rude employee doing something wrong and not even caring when a customer questions. Also after sone ethics and customer service training he should probably be trained to wear a mask properly if he is going to work in food service. I go to Dunkin every single day and today was my last visit to this location. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same until these employees are trained properly. read more

Excellent place, excellent service. You do have to make a u-turn when coming off the exit, but then you easily get right back on I-4 after leaving. There were two people ahead of me in drive-through when I pulled up and placed my order. Both people were serviced and pulled off in under 2 minutes. My iced caramel macchiato was ready when I pulled up. I asked them to stir it, and it was stirred when they handed it to me. Usually DD employees give a long spiel about why they can't stir them. Got a coffee with two caramel swirl and almond milk and they gave me french vanilla but like the coffee is so bitter it tastes like it was spiked with something like my sister got one pump of french vanilla and it's way sweeter than mine so i don't even know what they did (it tastes like black coffee w almond milk maybe? ‍ ) they also didn't give us a straw and we were in the drive through so... we had to go inside and they were eating behind the counter and there was a line too so like it wasn't a good experience. maybe don't go here read more

We visited this restaurant at 5:30 pm on a Sunday and waited way too long in the drive thru line. We tried to order a cold brew coffee but were informed they were "out". Once we got to the window we were also informed they were out of the bread for the power breakfast sandwiches. If you don't have the product s you are selling, you shouldn't be open. Did not have a good experience with this Dunkin' Donuts. Wanted ice cream and frozen coffee. Was told they had 24 different flavors, but every flavor we asked for, they were out. How can you be out of vanilla and cookies n cream and butter pecan (but discovered they DID have butter pecan at pay window)? Also, they forgot my coffee order because they thought I changed my mind. Been living near here for the past 3 years and going to this Dunkin' and the service gets worse every time. They're constantly out of products.. such as caramel. This is the 3rd time in the past month that I've come early in the morning and they've been out of caramel until the following day. On top of that, there could be no line at the drive thru and they'll still take 5-10 minutes to acknowledge you and take your order. Very disappointing service. The employees were very rude, nasty, and kept rolling their eyes. Two employees messed up my drink 4 times without giving me a refund. After messing up my drink for the forth time one of the employees tried to explain how they were right and I was wrong even though I order the same drink every time I go. An absolute disgrace and utter embarrassment to DD. It's one thing to just be slower than what I'm accustomed to up north, but this was unacceptable. We made multiple stops there being the closest to where we were vacationing and every time it was nothing but issues. The last time we went inside instead of the eat 20 minute drive-through and it took literally 10 minutes to get to sandwiches and one coffee. While waiting at least 3 different people came in from the drive-through whose orders were incorrect. What made it even better was the person handling the food had his mask down to where I could see not only his nose but his utter upper lip. When I heard a customer complain about their order being incorrect and the weight D manager came over and apologized simply because they were busy. There were 2 customers inside the store and maybe 4 or 5 in a drive-through And let me make note that there were at least 6 employees I in the counter. If that is busy then they are in the wrong business. I finally got my food and went out to the car only to then realize both of my sandwiches were incorrect even though just a few minutes prior the person asked me what I was waiting for after already waiting several minutes. I went back inside only to have the same manager for the 3rd time in conversations call me "Hun" and "sweetheart". The Dunkin down the street from this location (osceola) has been nothing but a headache, so i went to this Dunkin to fix the cold brew i get every morning. I was hesitant because i'm not one to complain & my day was already off to a bad start because of the other Dunkin location. I pulled up at the drive thru & explained and the employees at this location were so understanding & went above and beyond to fix my cold brew. Not only did it make my day, the friendliest employees here put a smile on my face. Wish every Dunkin had employees like the ones here! Yes, it is a coffee and fast food breakfast chain I get it. However, it seems as if this location has started to decline in quality of service and food in the last 6 months. For a while I loved stopping in real quick for some coffee and maybe a bagel but after today I'm not so sure I will again. Today's order: One large cold brew with 2 Splenda and 1 cream One everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese What I received: One large cup of ice with all the sugar you could ever want and a splash of not cold brew One everything bagel (yay) 3 pounds of plain cream cheese. ( ok not 3 pounds but enough to get stuck in the back of my throat and start gagging. I really feels like throwing your money away and it sucks. Most of us stop in right before work and hopping on I4 to sit in traffic and then don't have time to turn around to fix the order. So I say this, if you are loyal to dunks by all means give this location another shot but don't settle with paying money just to feel like your an inconvenience. read more

Hands down the worst Dunkin' Donuts i've ever been to. In fact, the worst drive through i've ever been to. Have you ever been to a Dunkin Donuts that did not have ANY donuts available??? Not even posted anywhere that they are not serving any donuts. It was only 11am! To top our already VERY bad experience, the server was acting VERY rude and was acting like we were stupid not to know they were not serving donuts. She would mutter side comments under her breath and at one time cursed. We had four kids in the car that were witnesses to her rudeness and heard her cursing. Another staff member named Fantasia ended up having to replace her and was apologetic for how the other girl acted. We asked for the manager and she said the manager was not present at that time. We asked for the rude server's name and she said it was Tiffany (although she could have just made that name up since she hesitated before giving us a name). Once again, my order was wrong. More often than not this happens here. It's my only choice on my way to work and I keep giving them chances; when it's a hot beverage I don't always know right away that it's wrong because it's the temperature of lava. So when I get to work and take a sip it's extremely disappointing and too late to get my money back. I am a New England girl through and through and Starbucks will never replace the love I have for Dunkin Donuts. Sadly there haven't been many locations in Florida especially when you grow up seeing one on every corner. But that is all starting to change and now there is one in Champions Gate! Better yet it has a baskin robbins included! Except it's difficult to get in and out of and either way your crossing 2-3 lanes of traffic. Service can be hit or miss here but the food is what keeps me coming back. Seasonally they do special donuts; for Halloween they are selling Reese's peanut butter filled donuts. Coffee coolattas are my must have along with their hash browns which are seasoned tator tots! It's not the best location ever but it's close to work and will always make me feel like I'm back north again. read more

This is by far the WORST Dunkin' or even coffee shop I've been to. We've been there a couple of times and aside from a few really good ppl working there (2 ppl exactly) everyone else absolutely doesn't care about the job or even cares to be a decent human being. One time there were three employees standing right in front of us talking and joking and flirting for a good 5 minutes before anyone bothered to listen to our Excuse me at the counter. Another time it took the cashier a very long time to place an order, they just didn't care enough to actually focus on their job. Today however topped it all, we arrived at the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead, we waited 5 minutes before even being allowed to order. When we got to the window there were about 2 ppl just standing there doing nothing, we asked how much longer it would be, and one said well you wanted it extra hot so wait for it. If there was no star I would give it. We are local and have gone to this Dunkin since they opened. We have gotten very good coffees there and some of the worst. However, most Dunkindoughnuts in this area have no idea what the northern Dunkindoughnuts produce. We, our family and friends will never go there again. We do order ahead. Yesterday the line was wrapped around the building. Our account showed we were charged for our order. They told me to move up at the order window after they said my order wasn't there. When I wasn't sure what my daughter ordered I was asked if I knew they were people behind me. Guess I did since I was in line for 25 minutes. I paid for my order. Went home. Got the screen shot of the order. Drive 8 miles back and told them at the window I had my receipt. The girl with the red neon hair told me @how do I know this is no an old receipt?" Well, guess maybe it was because the time and date were on it. Finally, she agreed to make the coffees and I laughed and said it would be great to have a free doughnut for the grief and extra 10 mile drive to get there. She basically accused me of the trying to do a grand theft of two coffees when she said you could have drive out of here and done this order. Since I still had a charge time and date stamped which they said they didn't show it was obvious I did not go order and pay for two more to get free coffees. Wake up Dunkin. Your employees can make it or break u. U are fortunate you are in a higher tourist area or you would go out of business with second rate employees line that. This store is supposedly 24hrs, I stopped by last night around 1:30am and tried to order coffee and a donut, the drive thru person told me they didn't have anything and they were actually closed. The open sign was on and someone else came through while I was there. This is poor management and terrible customer service. It would have taken less than a minute but no they turned away a paying customer because they were too lazy to do anything. If you aren't open then turn off your sign. Just bad. Ice cream itself is obviously ok. We just moved into champions gate and are health conscious but wanted to try them out as my son and wife love ice cream. We gave this place 3 tries on two separate weekends. First time was around 6:30pm on a Saturday and they where out of pretty much everything we asked for, m&m's, chocolate ice cream, oreo cookies, and had to cut our brownie in half as they only had one. The next weekend we decided to give it a try again on saturday and sunday. Tried at 2pm and 5pm respectively. Again NO OREO, so for the third time I couldn't get the oreo layered sundae i went for. One night no m&ms for my son, the next night they totally messed up the order. The customer service was no better. I know you cant expect much from a bunch of teenagers but geese. Needles to say we wont be waisting our cheat days here again. read more
