This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I watched the employees mess up many orders of the few people that walked into order. This was the first time they have correctly made my order, and it's only because I had to specifically and intricately explain my order to the cashier. Not a single employee moved with an ounce of purpose and it seemed like not a single person knew what was going on. The employees frequently ruin my wife's tea orders and sometimes my son's donut holes; but at least they do not ruin my coffee drinks ;). Getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult at busy times. I would order drinks at least 10 minutes ahead of time for pick up during the busy times. Ambiance? it's like all other dunkin donuts. They keep the store relatively clean. I have never used their restroom, so I can not comment on that. read more

Though it has been more than a decade since I lived in Pennsylvania, I consider this location my "local" Dunkin Donuts. It is perfectly located on my way to (or from) Rt 80 on my way from (or to) my aunt and uncle's house. What better way to reward myself for making a visit to see the family than with my favorite donut? Long long ago, as a child living in Lewisburg, PA, I fell in love with sour cream donuts. I bought them at Mr. Donut which was conveniently located at the halfway point on my long walk home from middle school. I had just enough time to convert my allowance into two rings of sugar powdered goodness before I made it all the way to my front door. The donuts were cake donuts, cooked until crispy, and then dusted with powdered sugar. No glaze, nothing to offset the tart taste of sour cream. If you've ever had a perfect buttermilk biscuit, you know the taste. How much did my family love Mr. Donut? One day my darling cat had kittens. The father was most definitely our neighbor's cat, who was named Mr. Buns. My 5 year old brother decided to name both babies after their father, so he called one Mr. T, and the other Mr. Donut. The family that adopted them were so charmed that they kept the names. (And I've told the story ever since!) One day the Dunkin Donut company bought up the smaller Mr. Donut line, and many of the recipes began to change. The sour cream donut was one of the last to fall, but over the years the crunch was lost, as was the tartness, and now it is quite difficult to find a location that serves them powdered instead of drowning under a river of sweet, sticky glaze. It is a rare and wonderful thing to wander into a bright modern chain and walk out with a taste of my childhood. On my most recent trip to the East Coast I stopped into 11 DD locations through 4 states. This was the only location that had what I hoped to find. This Dunkin Donuts has all of the DD favorites, plus free WIFI, a clean and open seating area, and a somewhat confusing drive through. It is a few miles away from the ramps to Rt. 80, but near gas stations and other conveniences for those just traveling through. read more

I've been coming to Danville for decades, and will only grudgingly go to this place. It's Dunkin' coffee, and it's fine if you want a cup of black coffee or a mediocre doughnut. But dang, this place consistently seems to employ the surliest staff. Even my daughter who lives in another state, about a decade ago, walked in and had an employee shout out something really rude to her (mistaking her for someone else). Anyway, we were visiting Danville recently, on a walk, and stopped in, only to hear two employees trash talking some other employee. And then following that, an employee moved on to being pretty snarky with a customer coming in to pick up an order. It was strangely fascinating to see that the place still has the rudest staff, in a friendly town where (honestly) you can't walk down the street without someone saying hello or asking if they can you find something. Luckily, for the rest of our trip, we discovered Bason's, Old City Bagel, and the PB&J Bar right downtown - all with much better coffee and much kinder staff. I get that they have a drive thru, and that's convenient, but support your mom and pop businesses, folks! read more

Review Revisited: I cannot fathom what has happened to this place. Prices went up, quality and options went down. Why on Earth would they switch focus from some of the better donuts you could once get to this rubbery, obviously microwaved breakfast nonsense? Why would they charge THAT for this? Best Dunkin' Donuts around! Open 24/7, people are always super nice, typically clean (unless it's busy, then they seem to be a bit lackadaisical), and most importantly... FREE WIFI! Seems simple, but every other local Dunkin' has WiFi that requires you to be a PTD customer or pay for it... Not here tho, totally free, no strings attached! read more

Completely pointless to use the order ahead app at this location....you can click the button to pick up an order now but in the drive thru you still need to stop and basically order again so they can start putting your order together. No biggie, however when you have a Team Leader act in the manner she did when you mistakingly bypass the order window and go directly to the pickup window like at every other location we've been to.... is unacceptable!! Good thing we don't live near this location! Will never stop here again when passing thru! Great experience! They were open on thanksgiving while other fast food restaurants were closed!! My husband said it was the best Dunkin' Donuts ever! Hence, there wasn't a long line lol. I don't often treat us to doughnuts, but we do enjoy them, being of German descent. Today, 1/4/2016, I decided to treat my Grandmother as well. It's always good to take goodies to Granny. I went through the drive through this morning and purchase 12 donuts for my office staff and after picking out the chocolate glaze which is my favortie after my first taste I thought well this taste a little funny. I ate another bite to confirm and it sure did taste funny, I even had another co worker try this and the confirmed as well that it did indeed taste funny and had the taste of a cleaner/ chemical. So I called into the dunkin donut shop and got an employee on the line I stated my name was Kim and explained what I had tasted this morning and her words were ok we will look into this.
