I came through the drive-through on my birthday, which I understand was a busy time. This was actually the first birthday since 2020 that I came in person, and unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. The overall presentation and communication I experienced felt contemptuous and annoyed. I was told I needed to order through the app, but since the pandemic I've been using DoorDash and was unaware that was required. There didn't seem to be any care or consideration for that. Call me biased but my nearest Starbucks is the best kind of Sbux. As locations keep jostling for new layouts and approaches the one in Buckhorn covers my bases in ways not every place does. You don't need to awkwardly ask for bathroom codes, the power outlets are plentiful, the seating varied for your needs, and the staff are fantastic. It's not a Reserve Roaster location, but it sure beats just about every other regular location I've been to! read more

Placed my order on the mobile app in my car because the drive thru had 7 cars in line. Figured if I pre order it would be ready for me shortly after I walked in. At least, that's how it works in all the other Starbucks. I walked in and didn't see my name/ coffee on the pickup counter. Sat on the couch while dorking around on my phone. After 30 minutes I asked the barista for an ETA. She said it would be 5 minutes (and then proceeded to scold me for asking). After another 20 minutes she had it ready. 50 minutes in total that I waited for a drink. While waiting another barista walked over to the pick up orders and started throwing them out. Knowing that folks were waiting in Starbucks purgatory... she could have asked if anyone waiting wanted a free drink. She tossed at least 10 of them. My guess is people left because they also didn't have an hour to spare for a coffee. I didn't take my first sip until after I was in my car. It was vile. Tasted like burnt coffee with milk. No syrup (PSL). I didn't have 50 more minutes to kill since I wanted to get back home after traveling for 4 hours. If you are hoping for a quick drink off route 80- just don't. we brought are own coffee mugs in and told the girl at the counter what we wanted ,she looked at the mugs and my wife said what are you looking at,she said to see if they are clean .My wife said they are clean that what you see is I put Splenda in them,and that they were clean.The girl then said not really,and proceeded to argue with us about weather they were clean or not,I then proceeded to tell her we only use those mugs for coffee and any stains are from the coffee.She put the coffee in the mugs then processed the bill and when it said TIP,I said not this time and then she said I don't care and walked away without giving me my receipt which I requested.Is this what you call customer service? You won't listen to me... though... Just right off of 80, you can slide through the drive thru or spend some time in the immaculate and beautiful foyer of this corporately owned location. Spacious seating with a cool communal seating area below a gigantic upbeat and colorful mural that's quiet enough and perfect for instagramming a latte run. My one gripe it lacks some of the charms and character that the Fog and Flame coffeeshop has downtown that corporations unfortunately will always lack despite how hard they try, but I don't believe business should change much. Honestly, the only bad thing that tempted me to reduce my rating was, knowing this isn't their fault but the fault of the former mall nearby, was the parking lot needs serious repaving. read more

The establishment was very clean. We stopped here on our way out to Williamsport for breakfast. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. The inside of the Starbucks was very modern and open, with nice glass windows letting in the light outside. Definitely a nice place to go to get work done and enjoy some food. Highly recommend! read more

This is one of the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in I waited 15 minutes for one cup of (hot coffee) which came out cold anyway.

BEST STARBUCKS EVER! drinks made correctly and well. super nice and i am used to starbucks closing hella early in philly. they usually close 4-6pm and this was open til nine! i have a home in williamsport and one in philly and i have to find a way to work remotely for a couple days in march/april due to many things (renovations making me literally powerless) maybe ill just drive here a few days and fill myself up with starbucks all day. read more

There's a woman that works behind the counter (she's got glasses and long brunette hair) that is always unhappy and rude towards customers. And she never listens and gets orders wrong half the time. Everyone else is always very sweet. read more

Five stars for returning to Bloomsburg! The only Starbucks close to I-80 between Stroudsburg and Hermitage across all of rural PA. Other than that, typical Starbucks. Kind of slow service getting drink, but may have been combination of new store and the busy end of holiday weekend traffic. read more

I am happy that Starbucks finally decided to place a store in the area that is not on the college campus. The drinks at this location are on par with Starbucks quality and the staff is friendly. I especially appreciate that they are open by 0530 in the morning because that is the time my commute passes this location, any later and I would have to pass. The one frustration I have with this location is that it is not a location where one can get any work done if necessary. The design of the modern building with a completely open floor plan, high metal ceiling, and concrete floor makes the loud music and regular noise of the workers/guests reverberate and become totally unbearable even with headphones on. Additionally, the WiFi is terrible! It connects very easily but is so slow that even email won't load let alone any other type of website. I questioned the manager and he said that they 'can't get high speed Internet at this location'. This makes no sense because the surrounding businesses/restaurants all have high speed Internet. I am not opposed to paying Starbucks prices if they would have an environment conducive to getting some work done while there.....or at least being able to hear yourself think. read more
