Food was terrible , new bomb pop donut was disguising had to go in to get a new donut. Bacon was burnt to a crisp and not edible. Bagel was overrun with cream cheese. Disappointing because it seemed like the manager or GM was on sight. Would expect better food preparation with management on sight. read more

They always every time without fail screw up my order in some way. Make sure you check your orders before you pull away from drive through. They even ask me to pull to the front of building and wait for my food to come in do that and good thing I check the bag before leaving parking lot because they shorted me not one - not two- but three orders of hash browns??? So I had to park my car go back in and wait for someone behind counter to acknowledge my existence and am. Ow being made late for hitting the road for work. Unreal. read more

Place is very clean inside. It's located in a mini mall that has a lot of vacant stores. Plenty of staff inside, I think I counted 8 or 9. Employees need training and a strong manager. They were out of croissants , no biggie I got a bagel. When more guest came in they were out of several items which seems odd for a chain. My bagel was cooked to death and the cheese on the sandwich was almost black. I didn't want to bother the manager because she seemed flustered already with some other guests. Coffee is always good, so no complaints there. I was in the restaurant business for almost 35 years. It's very simple. You don't serve something to somebody that you wouldn't eat yourself or want to receive yourself so this whole thing with my sandwich could've been easily avoided by just simply making another one !!! Better luck next time. read more

Dunkin' - Burned cheese on overcooked sandwich - Donuts Near Me - Dallas, Pennsylvania

Went through the drive thru and ordered at the speaker. We picked up a mobile order as well as a few other things. The woman at the speaker was attentive and ensured that she got our order right and that everything was in stock. At the window TWO people helped us and handed us our beverages. Drinks were better than we expected. Delicious! The double lane speaker in the drive thru keeps things moving smoothly. We will be back! read more

The absolute slowest most absurd service. Just drive a town over to Kingston's Starbucks - you'll be back to Dallas faster than if you dared going through the dunks line. There can be 3 cars, 5+ employees and you should still plan to wait 15-20 min. The far side of the drive through is so narrow and dangerous & they can't seem to keep basic track of which turn it is. Nothing better than waiting 20 minutes only for another car to suddenly pull up in the other lane & they take that order first. Zero common sense or skills here. read more

They don't believe in stirring the coffee. All the flavoring always down the bottom! First you get your coffee and you're mad and you start cursing out the barista in your head who made your coffee because they burned ya by skimping on the flavored creamer. Then you find it. All of it. at the bottom. This is not ideal. Also if u ask for bagel with extra cream cheese, they just through an extra cream cheese packet in the bag. When you're going through the drive thru this is also not ideal. Stir the dang coffee! read more

The coffee is constantly burnt. There is rarely a time where I get my coffee and it actually has the flavoring in it. Honestly tastes like sewer water more often than not. I wish the Harvey's Lake location wasn't so far out of the way. read more

Ever since they split the line into two ordering stations, it's been way slower. They don't alternate properly, the screen that updates your food order is in the other screen half the time. I've gotten my order mixed up twice with somebody else's. Hopefully it gets fixed up soon. read more

Best Dunkin in the valley! Nice people always get my order correct, no complaints. This is the place to go.

Sadly, this is probably the best place to get coffee in Dallas since the Starbucks closed last year. As far as Dunkin Donut's go, this location seems to be run very well. The drive thru is very fast, and the service is friendly. The coffee is typical donut shop coffee. If you ask for cream and sugar, be prepared for too much sugar. The donuts are pretty good. Its certainly better than Curry. read more

Terrible service. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged me.

I've been going to this Dunkin daily for my morning coffee for about 5 years now. I always bragged about the service. They were efficient, kind, always got my order correct, and were the fastest at doing so. They got you in and off to work. The staff welcomed you warmly, especially the regulars. You couldn't ask for more from the place. Lately, I've been so disappointed. They can't run the inside, outside and to go orders, you never know what will be open or closed. The lines are long, there are many mistakes, and new people all the time. I'm sure most of this is due to COVID and staffing. I hope they can get back on track soon! read more

Seems like the staff truly enjoy their jobs and the place is always well-stocked. The food/drinks are fresh and the service is quick, what more can you ask for in a Dunkin location? Keep up the great work! read more

I love coffee and I need one to start my day, but everyday I give them a chance to get my coffee right and everyday I am reminded as to why I shouldn't do that. I will give them that they are very fast in the drive thru but I dont know how to explain to them another way to make my coffee without them messing it up everyday. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts, but I cannot stand going to the one in Dallas. Sure there are some staff who are kind, polite, and professional, but that truly is rare. 90% of the time everyone seems bothered to have a customer. IF they give you your order correctly, it is a miracle. If you go anytime past 10:00 AM the coffee tastes burnt. It is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know who runs it, but they need to check out some of the other local DD's and learn a thing or two. The only reason they are successful is because they are the only one in the back mountain area. read more

I like Dunkin but the Bagel Fresh across the street is just soooo much better and is a local option. This is your typical Dunkin... but if you like local and higher quality go across the street read more

These guys are great. I get my coffee here every morning...if I wait 15 seconds, that's a lot. They're so fast I wonder how they do it! Coffee is always perfect, just how I order it. My only complaint would be that they should cook their hash browns a little longer so they're crispier. They give my dog bones when we go through the drive-thru though--how awesome is that :) read more

I was on vacation here for 5 days. Had to drive 30 minutes to get my coffee everyday. Donna the shift leader in the AM, is AMAZING! By day 2 (I get 2-3 coffees a day) she was making it for me as I was walking in! Now that is someone who belongs in customer service! She made my mornings and the 30 minute drive worth it! read more

I go to the Dallas Dunkin frequently and I've noticed lately that some of the workers have become really careless when it comes to being clean and sanitary. Last week, I saw an employee refilling the ice in the ice coffee machine. As she was dumping the ice in, she had her bare hand to the side of the ice to prevent it from spilling outside of the coffee machine - so every piece of ice that passed by touched her dirty hand. Do you want to drink that coffee now? Then, I saw a worker turn from picking out donuts for someone use the same gloved hands to take their money and then get a bagel for the next customer. Yeah, serve me up some of those germy baked goods, please. And, today, I saw it again and decided to share it with everyone because I'm really afraid someone is going to get sick - especially this time of year when there are so many colds and the flu going around. I was waiting in line and an employee was organizing the donuts on the edge of the counter. One of the magnetic labels fell off of the display and landed on the floor. She picked it up with her gloved hand and then started to touch the donuts again. I actually spoke up and suggested that she change her gloves before touching food since she just touched the floor. She rolled her eyes at me but did change her gloves. When I was waiting at the other end of the counter for my coffee, she was complaining about me to the cashier saying she had been working there for years, who did I think I was, etc. Well, here's who I think I am. I'm someone who doesn't want to get sick because of the carelessness of the employees and at Dunkin Donuts. The management needs to do a much better job of keeping the place clean and ensuring that employees aren't so cavalier about the food and beverages they give to paying customers. Just take your money elsewhere unless you want to eat germ-ridden food handed to you by sloppy employees. These are just the things I saw - who knows what else is happening to your food before you get. read more

if you ask for cream and sugar at the drive thru, you better taste it first b/c they screw it up every time.

I love this Dunkin Donuts! I go almost every day. The decaf coffee is delicious, and their unsweetened iced tea is the best around! It is very very busy at peak times at the drive-thru, but they are polite & friendly. Your order comes out quickly. Pretty amazing that they get my order right 95%of the time! read more

As far as dunkin donuts goes, this store is not on par with the rest of the company. As long as i stick to something very basic, i'm ok, but if i get a speciality drink, the proportions are always off. Recently we order two coolatas and they were liquid. When we took them back, they said sorry, we r cleaning the machine and gave us our money back, could've told us that before! We emailed the company and got an apology from franchise owner. Young, poorly trained staff. read more

Aweful! I never write reviews, but I felt compelled. I finally complained by calling, after a mouthful of gritty sugar and was assured by an employee management would call back promptly the next day. I was not looking for any freebies or to get anyone in trouble. My intent was to let the manager be aware of the inconsistency. Lets face it, we go back to places (if good) for their consistency. My order is incorrect about half the time at the Dallas location.. This is over several week period. I know their is many staff members, and you can't blame the entire staff over a few bad apples. I am a reasonable person, and I do not mean to be rude but how hard is it to take an order and make it correctly. I do my job well and expect the same courtesy in life. read more

I went to Dunkin Donuts to meet up with a friend of mine whom I hadn't seen in a while. I got there a little early, since I did not live in the area and decided to surf the internet before she got there. I sat down and about ten minutes later, a "manager" came up to me with an attitude and informed me that the seats are supposed to be for customers. I said that I understand and that I was just waiting for my friend to show up. When my friend got there, she ordered an iced coffee. I decided that I was giong to wait and grab a hot chocolate for my ride home. Five minutes after that, the "manager" came back up to me and, again with attitude, stated "I thought you said that once your friend got here that you would order". I pointed to my friend's drink and he replied, "One drink, two people, I don't think so". I think it's important that I point out that before he said this, he stood behind my friend, with his gut in her back, for about a minute while we were carrying on a conversation. About two minutes after that, I noticed that it started getting a lot cooler in there (now this may not have been because of us...) and the internet (free wifi) was shut off. No, I'm not kidding. The next thing we know, the radio is turned on and is blaring. I then decided that I was not going to purchase anything after being disrespected on so many levels. Upon exiting, the "manager" says, "See, I knew you weren't going to order anything." To which I replied, "Actually, I was going to get a hot chocolate before you created a negative atmosphere, but have a nice day, sir." I turned to leave an he replied, "Maybe one day you'll make enough money to purchase something." To this I laughed and I said, "You have me there, sir. Have a nice day". Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. I guess you're not allowed to have conversations in Dunkin Donuts. Mind you, we were the only ones there... read more
