Definitely one of the better brunch options in NEPA, with fun, quirky, eclectic decor…read more They do NOT take reservations and it can get busy, but we waited 5-10 minutes for a table for 2 on a recent busy holiday Friday around 1p. The extensive menu features a variety of brunch options, salads, and sandwiches. Their veggie options are a bit limited, but definitely present (ex: falafel salad, avocado toast), and many of the dishes feature unique combinations and homemade sauces/aiolis. I landed on the Smoked Salmon Avocado toast, which was fine. I was disappointed that it seemed to be made with prepackaged guacamole/avocado (I'm sure for cost reasons), and the bread was pretty thick so it was challenging to eat. Flavor-wise, it was solid, but I think I'll try one of the other, more creative options next time. My cousin chose their turkey sandwich and seemed to enjoy. It was large enough that she took half home! Our food arrived before our matcha lattes, so we wound up asking for to-go cups. The matcha itself was delicious, though sweeter than we anticipated (in retrospect, we should have realized that a "white chocolate lavender matcha macchiato" would be pretty sweet!).

I googled "breakfast" and this place was closest......I looked at the pictures posted online and decided to give it a try. For one, if you don't know where your going - like me - then this place is going to be hard to find (like it was for me). I'm driving around in the parking lot swearing at my navigation because it was telling me I was there but I can't see a darn restaurant. I get out the car, walk around a bit and see the artwork on the side of the building. Kooky place! It's inside of some type of co-opt building? Best way to describe it from an outsider's viewpoint. I ask for single seating NOT at the bar and they easily accommodated me. Wasn't super busy but it was nicely packed. The girl up front gave me TWO drink menus and their special menu.... When I first sat down and took a look, my initial thought was, "eff this place. It's ridiculous". The waitress explained that I was inadvertently given two drink menus but I should have been given an actual menu. She rectified the situation. I took a look at the ACTUAL menu and thought, "eff this place". All I wanted was a traditional AMERICAN breakfast. Pancakes, omelettes, hash brown and all I read is a bunch of fru-fru nonsense. I head to the bathroom thinking about how much of a friggin redneck I've become while laughing at the thought. So I order the breakfast bowl option because it seemed close to something I would have ordered at a regular diner. I gotta say.... great job! The beer cheese adds a phenomenal flavor profile and the portion was MORE than fair! I added sausage AND bacon (with an upcharge) but it was worth it. This place AIN'T for me....but if you're looking for something unique and a bit different, it could be for you. This is the type of place I'd bring a chic if I was trying to convince her I was cool and hip. Let's face it, though.... there's not a restaurant in American that can convince anyone I'm cool and hip... lmao give this place a try!

Merry Christmas to All, before you have your Christmas traditional dinners, I want to show you all…read morethe most awesome beef sandwich I have had in a long time, not to mention this is the first time I tried their beef. They have great burgers, cheesesteaks, and even Texas Weiner's, so how was the beef sandwich. This was on a warm bun; it did not taste toasted but definitely warm, they even branded their logo into the top which I have never seen any place do that before. This had a creamy horseradish sauce and loaded with beef and a side of their signature homemade Texas Au Ju. This was by far delicious in every way. The beef itself was tender, juicy, and just out of this world. Now, I decided to try their homemade sweet BBQ sauce on it which I really enjoyed, this combination blew the taste right out of this galaxy, they should add this as a required sauce, hint. I really enjoyed this sandwich. Now I got a side of their fries which were always good, always served nice and hot. I tried their Cole Slaw for something different; I liked it, it was more of a vinegar based the n the usual cream based, it was more on the dry side then wet but it had a real good taste to it. Their chicken noodle soup hit the spot on a colder day, full of chicken, noodles, celery, and it was served nice and hot. I could not have come here without doing some Hot Doggin' NEPA Style with their Texas Weiner. The service was also top notch. Until next time, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas! Great looking corner bar on the East end of Main St. I didn't think it was looking like a kid…read morefriendly place for lunch, but the bartender Kyle was extremely friendly and insisted we were good to go. The inside has dark colors, but brightened a bit by the sunlight coming through the outer wall windows. I liked the wooden barrel lights over the bar, barrel wall sconces by the booths and the small bikes made out of pipes with Edison bulbs in them that hang over the front tables. The interior had exposed brick on the outer wall, brown painted patterned ceiling tiles and a gorgeous long antique wooden bar. We sat in one of the cushioned booths in the back. Their menu is small and simple with about ten apps and six handhelds. They have some uncommon menu items that peaked our interest like Goat Birria Tacos, Sloppy Joe's and Mahi Sliders. My wife and son ordered the Sloppy Joe's at $8 that came with seasoned beef and their "House Sloppy Sauce". They both enjoyed them and said the seasoning was good and sauce had a bit of a sweetness. My youngest son had a plain chicken wrap $13 bacon, ranch, LT and Cheddar Jack. It was sizeable and fresh. We ended up splitting it up later for an app before dinner so its shareable if you have a smaller stomach. Kyle recommended their Smash Burger - Smashed Crispy Beef Patty, Cheese, LTO $13. It was average and there was nothing bad to say about it. I enjoyed a Mosier's Mosaic IPA by ShawneeCraft with it. They have a small house cocktail list and their tap list is small, but they do have some craft offerings and cans/bottles. The kids watched sports on a couple of the several TV's around the bar and we had a nice relaxing lunch. I'd stop in again if in the area. Thanks Kyle!

This place is a gem that is slightly off the beaten path in Endicott. I highly recommend a visit…read more First, let's start with the burgers. They are fantastic! For me, they are best eaten with limited toppings and no sauce. I'm not a huge fan of their burger sauce but others seem to like it but if you leave the sauce you get the full flavor of the burger and seasoning. I recently had to make a visit with a group to that place where there are nearly half a dozen guys that make burgers and as a test, I tried eating it the same way I'd eat it at here and discovered there was absolutely NO flavor. The best way to find out if a place makes good burgers is to eat it plain with little to nothing on it because if they are covering it all up with add-ons, they don't have a good burger, they just have cooked meat. TKC doesn't need the sauce but it's there if you want it. Better yet, they are reasonably priced and less expensive than any other burger joint in the area. (We are talking GOOD burgers here, not the fast food chains but even then...still probably cheaper.) Second, they have a fantastic hot honey chicken sandwich that has a lot of chicken on it. It is fried perfectly and the hot honey adds just the right touch of sweet and spicy to give it a wonderful flavor. Finally, sides of onion rings and fries are all done perfectly. I think personally the onion rings have the WIN here but either way you can't go wrong. Oh, and they have ice cream! That isn't the highlight for me, but they have a decent selection of flavors and are reasonably priced. My choice is the non-dairy cookie dough and peanut butter (I think I have the flavor right) and it tastes great. This place seems to always be busy and the owner is always cheerful and friendly. Do yourself a favor and make a visit and in the process support a wonderful local business! You won't regret it. P.S. Adding this - I've taken multiple people here over the past few months and not had a single person disagree with me on how great this place is. So, while the review is mine, I'm quite certain my family and friends would give the exact same 5-star review here.

Boasting rich and comforting flavors, this concoction was an amalgam of deliciously smoked meat and veggies swimming in a pool of a savory tomato and herb broth. The next favorite, and honestly the best I've ever had - the ribs. Fall-off-the-bone, moist, saucy and full, these delightful slices of heaven sung of flavor. Before I go on sounding like I ate a meal for a village, we were treated to a lovely sampling. The meatloaf, paired with the potato salad, would be the hit of any party. Finally, and I don't know how the chef did this, but the smoked tuna was so rich and different, it reminded me of eating a fresh and expensive crab cake. Note to all who are looking for some epic bbq: check the updates for availability. It's no shock, but this locale sells out of items quickly in its TH-S run. An experience I will never forget. Thanks to the owner/chef for a fantastic dining delight!

I got the chicken, pulled pork, coleslaw, and cornbread. Everything was excellent! The portion size was huge. Glad I asked for it in a to go container because I only ate 1/4 of it & I was stuffed!! My son didn't order because he's not a big bbq eater so the owner brought out a sample of their signature New Brunswick stew. The boy doesn't eat soup either so I had to eat that too!! Lol - I'm not sorry! We got to listen to some R&B that was playing softly in the background. Soothing and not loud enough that you couldn't have a normal conversation. The dining area was clean and tidy. Loved it!
