Came here on my way to a 12 hour shift, was already having a rough morning and so I decided to treat myself and my coworker to some hashbrowns, munchkins, and a bagel. When we first got there we weren't sure what we wanted so we asked for a minute and after about 20 seconds, the lady working the drive thru said something along the lines of "let's go there's another car behind you" and then rushed us through our entire order. All within 2 minutes of being there. We then got our food and everything was decent except for our hashbrowns. Absolutely disgusting. Bit into one and it was just complete burnt mush. Not sure how you mess up hashbrowns that bad and then proceed to serve them to customers. This woman yelled at her coworkers the entire time that we were in at the speaker and at the window. We also asked for ketchup while ordering and she said "um idk if we have any but I guess I'll look." After waiting at the ordering screen for 10 minutes, were we informed to wait even longer by the employee, after about 5 minutes, 15 total, our order was taken, in which we waited again at the window for about 10 minutes before being handed our complete order. One of the drinks, was supposed to have 2 packets of Sweet and Lo, which was not the case, as you could tell straight sugar was poured into the cup, and a lot of it. Dunkin' Donuts is fairly new to the Omaha/CB neighborhoods, with the first ones opening less than 5-7 years ago. They offer slightly cheaper coffee and drinks than Starbucks, although they do not market themselves to the same crowd as Sbux does. I would say that Dunkins has a fine selection of drinks, but they tend to be more sugary and sweet than the Starbucks counterpart. Starbucks offers much more customization than Dunkins does in my opinion, in fact I would bet a Starbucks employee has that marker ready to make it customized while Dunkins...you get what you get unless you ask. And then you might get an eyeroll for your pettiness. Doughnut wise, they are fair, not as good as the Krispie Kreme down the street that I prefer, but they offer many options. Lots of seating at this location for a casual cup of coffee, doughnut, and conversation. read more

Matt the manager iwho is a total fuckup mess has been running this store down since he started to manage it poor customer service the woman that work the counter and drive thru is completely messeup never a order that leaves there is ever right. I loved the workers Very sweet I went in around 4pm today and had never had DD so I asked what I should get and what they recommended. The coffee was good great choice on employees part but I wasn't a huge fan of the food. I got the avocado toast I couldn't bite into it without shredding my gums because it was hard. Only gave 1 star as 0 was not an option. We ordered online and got there only to find the lobby is closed. Waited 30 min in line at drive up to get to the speaker to find out frozen drinks (one which we ordered online) was unavailable. Then they shut the grill down for "maintenance" so no hot food. We collected the remainder of our online order but the hot coffee was luke warm at best as had been sitting for how long while we waited in line. At least the donuts were tasty. As a small independent restaurant owner I understand the difficulties of staffing, supply chain, etc but they need to get their act together. Needless to say I will not eat here again. read more

My first experience at a Dunkin' Donuts was awesome thanks to the service and coffee. My wife and I have wanted to try Dunkin' Donuts since they opened this location in CB last year. We went in and were immediately greeted by the cashier. (Don't remember her name but it was at 8am on Saturday morning). We told her that we were both first-timers and she was super nice and answered all of our questions. I ordered a large Pumpkin Spice Iced Latter and it was awesome. Just the right amount of coffee taste to pumpkin spice flavoring. It was perfect. My mom wanted a couple donut holes to try and the cashier actually gave us two to try for free. Again, awesome customer service. The food prices seem kind of pricey for what you get. My wife purchased a ham and cheese breakfast sandwich and there were only a couple pieces of ham in it. Definitely not worth the few bucks that they are charging for it. But the coffee prices were pretty good. A little under $4 for my iced latte. With the tremendous customer service, and amazing iced latte's, I can definitely see my wife and I coming here again this next weekend. read more

I like that they open at 4:30am. 6am Starbucks. You get a good portion of food with the sandwiches. But my breakfast wrap was smaller than a street taco and smaller than 1 McDonalds breakfast burrito. Coffee doesn't taste fresh and is quite weak. I'd say very comparable altogether to McDonalds or Burger King. I'm not a breakfast eater and prefer BK cooked to order lunch 24/7. If Dunkin's coffee could improve and since they open earlier than Starbucks I might go back. But for sure won't order a breakfast wrap again. Stopped by for my first time on the way out of town for some coffee and donuts. My husband liked his coffee,the orange juice was great, the donuts tasted good, however, the delivery of the donuts was poor. When I opened the sack in car, no wrappers or papers to separate any of the donuts from each other, was to have a long john filled with cream, no cream in the long john, chocolate topping ran all over everything and the sack. Terrible presentation. I believe everyone should get a 2nd chance so I will come again one day just to see what happens. read more

I visited the store last weekend and was disgusted. We are in the middle of a coronavirus outbreak when hygiene should be of the utmost concern. One of the employees had friends visiting the store and was letting the friends back into the kitchen area. One of the friends was using the office fax machine and then proceeded to help herself to items back behind the counter. On top of that, the foul language that the employee was using was totally unacceptable, particularly because there were multiple children in the lobby.
