Ordered the 2nd as iced coffee with less ice but 3/4 of the cup was ice in my cold brew. That too had a half a turkey sausage, not a whole sausage patty in the wrap. Walked in during a staff meeting, and of course all the seats were taken by the staff when we walked in they weren't even talking about the business or anything. They were just joking around and laughing and talking about oddball stuff. The cold brew was drowned in cream to the point it was white. The donuts were okay except the lemon jelly filled, which tasted "off". The bacon was greasy and the portion size was tiny. The lady at the window was without any personality. No smile, dry, and seemed annoyed. I asked for cream and sugar and they gave me liquid cane sugar then added granulated sugar to it instead of making a new drink correctly. The foam is unusual. The color shows more milk than coffee. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee! I drive 30+ miles to get 6 lbs of coffee on October 31,2023. Store doors are never open. Customers have to order through drive thru. I pay $11.99 per lb at other locations in Columbia. they charged me close to $16 per lb!!! When I disagreed on price, they refused to change. So coffee was around $95 for six lbs. I protested but had driven 30 miles so got my coffee. I gave them a $100 bill got my coffee and left. On the way home I see they did not give me a receipt‼called corporate and nothing was accomplished‼‼‼ So I'm out $23 . Something very shady going on at that store. They even had a phone number to call on drive through if your total is different than what you were quoted!‼ BE WARNED!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION OFF CLEMSON ROAD. in Columbia SC I'd give it a no star review but I was forced to put one star to post this‼ I just viewed Yelp reviews. I only choose to give 1 star because the young lady at the window is always pleasant! However I called and was hung up on! I order 2 large coffees with cream and sugar, 2 bagels toasted with butter and an order of hash browns. When I get home I find one of the coffees was black, no cream or sugar! 2 bagels not toasted with big globs of butter and cream cheese sitting on top. Didn't receive the hash browns. Instead I got a small roll/biscuit something I've never seen offered at DD before much less ordered. I'm am a crazy!!! Dunkin Fan and traveled from one Dunkin store to this one because the prior one on Two Notch Rd was out of ground bagged coffee. Upon arrival to the store I asked if they had any original. They were sarcastic and less than helpful I then noticed their coffee price (bulk) was $2 more . They said what they had was what they had...I then ask why it's more here than other stores I was told "guess their just "capitalist". WOW!!! How Rude!! Today made my second visit to this location. My first visit was a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru for coffee so I decided to come inside this morning.....Stark Contrast! I was greeted by some friendly eyes (that's all I could see over the coffee machine) as the young lady spoke! She took my order and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I ordered a gingerbread cookie donut, a medium black coffee and a turkey, egg, and cheese flatbread. Is this place still open? I'm really not certain how. It's difficult to believe that a place can survive with very poor service, often lacking selection, filthy restrooms and dirty dining area. We don't all love of our jobs, however we should at least pretend when that job entails working in customer service. My wife was working from there one day while eating lunch. They messed up her order and forgot to give her a sandwich that she already paid for. Rather than getting it to where they demanded that she show them the receipt which she threw away. They wanted her to dig through the trash to find it. All of this, despite the fact that the other person there vouched that she had paid for it. Do you have a lot of time to kill? This may be a good choice; it will take a while to get your food, even if that's just a donut and plain coffee. That's because apathy is apparently a franchise value. There are often more people behind the counter than in front. You'd think someone could pick up a broom or dishtowel or something! I love DD, but this place is awful. So glad the lobby is now open again! We had amazing service this morning in person. The older gentleman (didn't catch his name, but he looks around my age!) at the counter was pleasant and happy to help! We tried the new mini stuffed bagels and LOVED them-just the perfect size! The employee went out of his way to go in the back and bring out a tray of vanilla creme doughnuts, and gave us an extra one for our wait! He made our coffees exactly as ordered-better than we can make at home. We presented a coupon that was actually expired, so he kindly gave us a senior discount instead. Waste of time and money... I've gone to this location on 2 occasions a week apart and both times they didn't have blueberry muffins as early as 7:15am. The doors were still locked when we arrived and we had to go to the drive thru. That's when we were told 'it'll be a while' for muffins. We had to order munchkins instead, and we had to wait for a servers attention while she flirted with another worker. When we finally received our order they were hard, stale, and inedible. This is the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I have EVER been to....... and I've been to ALOT of dunkins. I have complained to their corporate accounts on Twitter and Facebook on multiple occasions with a promise that the franchisee would contact me, which never happens..... they are always out of stock of things - bagels, wraps for wakeup wraps, creamer for coffee. When they do have bagels they're typically stale and their donuts are soggy - glazed donuts are slimy and gross, frosted donuts have the frosting sliding off all over the place. It's gross . The staff is also awful. Every now and then you get 1 decent worker but 95% of the time they couldn't care less about you or your order. My most recent experience will keep me from going to this location ever again; while I waited at the drive thru one of the workers was practically yelling to who I suspect was another employee out of my sight "you're still a b****, you're still a b****, why you so rude? You're such a pu**y. What's wrong with you, you on your period or somethin?!" I could hear this while sitting at the drive thru window. Other employees were clearly uncomfortable about it. There were CHILDREN in the store (I know this because i saw them walking out as I pulled around the front of the store) This is absolutely appalling and unacceptable behavior. I wrote to the corporate again LAST SUNDAY, they told me the franchisee would contact me....... a week ago.... still nothing. Oh and the bottom of the receipt for the contact information for the GM is incomplete, so clearly they don't care if their customers are unhappy. AND the icing on the cake, I ordered a med hazelnut iced coffee with 1 cream (order repeated back to me and correct on my receipt) but I got a medium iced decaf "CS Half" which I hadn't noticed until i got home :( Never going back to this location again. They never have anything in stock - especially seasonal or specialty doughnuts. And half the time I get food it's still frozen in the middle. There is one crew that gives an A+ experience but if the other crews are it's more like a C- (bad attitude, forgets half the coffee/food). I only stop here out of necessity (only place to stop on the way to work). read more

Disappointing to say the least. I have been a Starbucks coffee drinker but a coworker turn me on to Dunkin' Donuts coffee. In saying that, I alternate but I will not go this ever again. So it limits when I can pick up a coffee and some other items. The individual that waited on me lack the understanding of external customer service but I tried to ignore it since it was zero dark 30.. A little after 5:30 am. I order a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. My coffee was between lukewarm and room temperature , bitter and had grounds in it. It must have been the night before coffee. I dump it in my coffee cup and noted the coffee grounds. Because of representative rude disposition, the undrinkable coffee, I was afraid to eat the sandwich ( wondering if she did something to it) . I returned back to speak to the manager during my lunch hour from Fort Jackson and come to find out it was manager with horrible morning disposition.
