Ordered a Mango-Pineapple Refresher, my usual, paid extra for oat milk to be added. The most beautiful lioness handed our drinks to us, distracting me from the fact that there was no oat milk in my refresher. Also for some reason it tastes very very syrupy and acidic?? I have not had this issue before at this location. read more

Dunkin' - Original Blend Iced Coffee - Donuts Near Me - Clifton Park, New York

See all

I've stopped going to Dunkin' Donuts years ago at this point. Over priced "food" that is on par with what you can get at the dollar general up the road. Today, I found myself at that place simply because someone I was with wanted food and a coffee from there and I wasn't paying. It is exactly as I remembered it but somehow more expensive. I got 2 wake up wraps, sausage egg and cheese...for 7 bucks. 7 bucks for a tortilla that costs cents to make, plastic cheese, half a prefabbed egg and half a limp sausage that is all thrown in a microwave cause it all has that texture. That place is out of their mind for that trash. The service was fine though, the line of cars was all the way back to the entrance and I got through it in under 5 minutes and that was with a packed out parking lot too, so, it seems that at least on that day, they've gotten their staff figured out. read more

Are Americans insane? Based on my recent experience here, I would say yes. I was in the area around 9AM on a Saturday and decided I wanted a cruller, that wonderful treat made from pate a choux pastry. I hadn't had a DD cruller in a while and some stores don't even carry them anymore. I guess they aren't big sellers. When I got here, the line of cars in the drive through was around the building. There had to be at least a dozen vehicles. Thinking fast, I found a parking spot. Within 2 minutes I was inside, had my treat in hand, and was back at my car. The other vehicles hadn't moved. People, just get out of your car and go in! Are you all crazy? Don't you have better things to do then sit in your car staring at the bumper in front of you? Anyway, I digress. My cruller was terrible. Or, I suppose, it was just how I remembered it. Full of air, extremely sweet, with no real resemblance to choux pastry. Very disappointing, and that is a dollar down the drain. I should have known better. Perhaps I am crazy too? read more

Never had an issue with the coffee or food here....but the service is a train wreck. For some reason, all the staff members have a major attitude problem. I come here early in the morning and I always dread starting my day this way - I have to prepare myself for the passive aggressiveness every time. My mom and I literally watched an employee snicker about us before we even left their presence. However, the managers and kind to me! also I never write reviews but I've had so many negative experiences here. and I anticipate one tomorrow :/ read more

I am lactose in tolerant and ordered a oat milk latte my usual go to drink, when I received it I tried it and right away I knew it was regular milk and when I asked to remake it they were hesitant but did it. I received my new drink and it was correct and as I was driving off the lady inside called me a ******* Karen!!! Just because you don't know how to do your job doesn't give you the right to treat anyone with less respect especially someone with a gut issue!! Lost a customer for sure. read more

I refuse to go to this location anymore. It honestly doesn't even deserve one star. I gave the first couple of times the benefit of doubt but this time the girl who took my order was rude AF. I know everyone is entitled to a bad day but it seems like there's very poor morale here because every time I'm waiting at the window the employees are talking shit about other employees and doing their jobs. Super professional. Maybe if less shit was talked, orders would be correct and you'd have longer lines. ‍ just saying. Moving forward I'll be going to the Dunkin up the road where I'm greeted with smiles and a correct coffee to start my day. read more

Just ordered an ice coffee. 2 skim milk and 2 sugar. They put 2 skim milk and 2 sweet and low. I told them that order was wrong. They took my coffee to replace it. And they gave me the same coffee just took the sticker that says what is in the drink. It's one thing to mess my Order up but to give me the same coffee after I told them what was wrong with it. I am a regular customer who goes to Dunkin' every day. I know the difference between sugar and sweet and low. Sorry but this location has lost an everyday customer. read more

The impetus to write this updated review arose from a poor decision by this franchisee. In my first review of this DD store, I alluded to the fact it is the most expensive of the three DD locations in Clifton Park. Not only has that remained true, but now you're going to pay even more because this location is no longer offering combo meals. None whatsoever. When I asked the cashier why his answer was, "I'm not really sure, but I think it had to do with the minimum wage increase." If that is the case, why not just charge more for the combo meals and still give customers some semblance of a deal? Once again, there are two other DD stores in Clifton Park where you will get the same product for less money. Don't go here unless sheer convenience dictates your plans. read more

This is the second time I've walked out of this location due to being ignored by staff. There were multiple employees there in the back and drive thru, but they completely ignore the lobby traffic. read more

Husband just went to pick up doughnuts for the 4th. Drive thru attendant, and all employees for that matter, had their masks under their chins or weren't wearing one at all. Also, not sure what the mandate is, but no gloves were to be seen either. Attendant couldn't even be bothered to thank my husband or make eye contact. He handed the box out the window with his back to my husband. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Whoever owns this franchise, you may want to chat with your staff. read more

If you like having the employees sticking their fingers in your cup, then THIS is the DD for you !!

Went with my family to the drive thru and no one was there... no line ordered donuts and coffee and when I got to the window I forgot something and wanted to add another coffee and the girl at the window said she doesn't do add on at the window that we'll have to go all the way around . My husband went inside they were dancing and listening to rap music and had him waiting on purpose and called him hun he told her that she's being disrespectful and that he was going somewhere else and she said with an attitude BYE!!! I agree with all these reviews management really needs to do something about their people. In this economy anyone can go anywhere and make their own coffee at home. Fair warning listen to the reviews THIS DUNKIN SUCKS!!!! read more

Whoever made my wake up wraps deserves a raise especially on thanksgiving perfectly made, minimum wages workers are under appreciated and they deserve more respect with these reviews. read more

Out of all the Dunkin' Donuts in Clifton Park, this is my least favorite one to visit. The prices here are much more than the other DD's, and the service is much slower. Both the drive thru and walk in always take forever. I have tried the on the go ordering, and have ordered when I was about 10 minutes away, and by the time I got there, my coffee still had not been made. It's very disappointing how unfriendly the staff is there as well. They are very good at talking among themselves, but once it comes time to talk to a customer, they lack communication skills. read more

worst DD i've ever been to, not sure if their speaker is out of date but they can never hear customers, always mess up the order, and never listen to one thing that's said. not sure what the issue is here, maybe they need to re evaluate or actually train the team members read more
