Super friendly staff, building is pretty clean, bathrooms were clean as well but I appreciated the advice on which coffee to get as I'm a Starbucks girl and have no idea what to order. My mom and I both got Dunkalatte's, hers was hot mine was iced with an extra shot of espresso and it was very good. It's sweet, and a little thicker but still very enjoyable. Purchased a dozen donuts early in the morning that were apparently a day old. Stale so they were thrown away.

This covers Baskins and Dunkin. Took a friend from out of town to the cone on Hwy 19/98 last weekend to show her around our little town. Both stores were dirty, staff rude, staff slow, unkempt employees and just an over all. You are getting awful reviews. Owner needs to step up the place. The doughnuts I purchased were stale and awful, she didn't bother to even get the ice cream cone as the employees didn't have the professionalism to answer questions about different cones. In fact, rolled his eyes at her. I was appalled at the location, the staff, and the products. Clean it up or leave! read more

Dunkin' (or as a longtime customer might think of them as Dunkin' Donuts) is a long standing brand that brings not only good donuts (or doughnuts), but they have become possibly more known for their coffee. In addition to coffee and donuts, they have a menu filled with lots of tasty offerings to bring you sustenance and maybe a smile to your soul. My go-to at Dunkin' is a bagel with cream cheese. While I can tell from the first bite that these bagels certainly won't have the iconic bagel shops in New York quaking in their boots, they are honestly not bad and they are usually consistent. I've gone to this Dunkin so many times and I love the atmosphere. The workers are absolutely amazing, very personable and put together, and I always come out of there with a good coffee that I enjoy greatly. The food is always put together properly and doesn't look like it's falling apart or dried out, it actually tastes good. Definitely my favorite Dunkin around and it is more than worth the stop. read more

I've gone through the drive thru a couple of times in the last month and have gotten good service, good iced coffee, and good donuts. (I went a year or so ago and got a half dozen donuts and they weren't even edible.) So, it seems things have improved here. I'll be back for more iced coffee for sure! read more

This is my go-to Dunkin's location but it is not without its issues. I've had some great customer service here and I've had some lackluster customer service. The turnover rate is incredibly high and that usually indicates poor management. The management here also changes somewhat frequently and when I've asked employees about their "fresh new" management per the proclamation on their sign, I've received wide eyed looks that say without speaking "Shhhh... keep your voice down." I recognize that look having previously been in an oppressive customer service job for nearly two decades. That look says their job sucks and they aren't treated too great. There have been numerous times their out if straws, once they even had to go buy straws at Walmart. They've also run out of large cups. I mean how does that even happen? Despite their issues my coffee is almost always on point. One other odd observation I have is that they hide their bagels. I mean, I know this is Chiefland and not NYC where bagels are a way of life but maybe more people would order them if they were visible. They're on a rack pushed off to the side. I never order from the Baskin-Robbins but I've heard it's a nightmare. The staff isn't trained well on the ice cream and messes up orders and there's a lot of confusion between ordering at the Dunkin' register and picking up at the Baskin-Robbins counter. All the horror stories I've heard from others and not experienced myself. read more

Went there the other day, I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and chocolate shake. Got hard shell chocolate not hot fudge it was awful. They had no chocolate ice cream for milk shake but put chocolate syrup in maybe a thimble full. Both items were not consumable and thrown into trash. read more

Terrible service, pulled in and ordered two drinks. Asked about ice cream and ignored us when we asked for chocolate. We pulled to the window and they said we didn't ask for it when we clearly did. I had to have the sweetest best caramel ice coffee everrr !!! Made by a very sweet polite patient cashier even at closing time she was very friendly I worked many years w public at closing time so thanks again I appreciate you very much I highly recommend this place and I also recommend a raise for her she deserves it!Wish I had a name it's been a long day but I will be sure to stop again it's so hard to find good service these days and I forgot a tip I owe you sweet heart Thanks again !!!! read more

If I could give less than one star I would... ordered a chai tea and they gave us this. Then we asked to fix it they laughed. When I took this picture the worker snatched it from me. Remade them for us after and still tasted like crap. Such horrible customer service. Asked for a straw for the new drink and they completely ignored me. I rated this Dunkin one star but if I could I would rate it a 0 the donuts were really stale and the coffee was very watery but not just that the syrup tasted very weird. I also ordered a peach passion fruit with green tea and the green tea tasted almost expired. read more

I dont know what to say. So you have to have real talent to mess up a large black coffee and a French vanilla cappuccino but they did coffee was burned and the cappuccino was very bitter. I was angry enough to leave and just not go back. Lesson learned. Oh and basken Robin's is overpriced with little to no presentation. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is like an oasis on the never-ending stretch of McDonald's and sketchy gas stations on US-19. Whenever I see it, my heart warms at the thought of an iced coffee. I love this Dunkin' Donuts for many reasons. The employees have always been very friendly with me, and I've even seen them be equally as friendly with rude customers. The donuts and bagel twists always taste fresh and are handled with care. The coffee is flavored well and they actually listen and get my order right. I almost always stop here when I'm driving between north and southwest Florida to use the bathroom, get a little caffeine and sugar, and stretch my legs. read more

It's Dunkin Donuts, which, for me, means addictively-good iced coffee with cream and sugar. And this time I indulged in a donut too! This is a large DD, with Baskin Robbins offering. Conveniently located off US 98/19, it was a blessing because I was already regretting not going to the one down in Homosassa, figuring I was entering into no man's land, but Chiefland stepped up. I don't remember it being there when I came through a few years back, and it did look brand-new. Service was fast, the employees were friendly. Bottom-line: If you like DD you're going to like this DD. It's a consistent product, although they screw up the coffee more than I'd like (too sweet, not sweet enough). read more

New location. Great to see Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins in Chiefland. We are visiting family in the area and have been in twice to this location in two days. Coffee was hot and fresh, donuts were moist and delicious. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Kids had the seasonal hot chocolate flavors and they were quite impressed. The wife is a Starbucks freak and she even enjoyed her flavored coffee. We sat for a while in the comfortable chairs and chatted for a while. Very nice location!! Worst dunkin donuts ever. Staff is pourly trained. Just be ready to wait a while for your stuff. Stopped here on the way out of town & they messed up our food order plus our drink order. AUGUST 11, 2018 I have been eating Dunkin' Donuts products since the 1970's. The Chiefland, Florida shop I just tried for the first time and "THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE DONUTS" my donuts were stale with no filling. I have traveled to many locations and this store should not be allowed to carry the name Dunkin' Donuts till it meets with the quality of the products. I have not tried the Baskin Robbin Ice cream within this location yet, but I have also been eating there ice cream for years as well. I hope they will meet the quality of the products read more
