Ordered my food on the app prior to arriving. Gave them my order number at the call box. Drove up to the first window. Didn't need a receipt. Rolled up to the second window and food was ready within a couple minutes. Fries and nuggets were right out the fryer, and the McDouble was exactly how I expected a McDouble to look and taste. No issues for me. read more

Stop by this evening to get a large Caramel frappe and a large blackberry psn refresher told the female light on the ice on the blackberry refresher. My total was 10.57 for 2 drinks. I was like wow that's crazy. Last I looked I was at McDonalds and not Starbucks. They have lost their fucking minds. We paid and pulled to the 2nd window the girl had it half made and started to tell me they couldn't do light on the ice. I told her I am not paying almost 5.00 dollars for a drink that was half ice and only a few sips told the girl I wanted my money back. I honestly will not be back and honesty after reading all the comments on this place . It needs to be closed and have new employees that honestly cares about their customers read more

I'm tired of 20 pieces tasting like hard chunks of card board, cause yall are too lazy to make more. read more

Nann was really rude and cut us off before we were done ordering and didnt listen to our order correctly and wouldn't correct it at the speaker. when we got to the window she all of a sudden started being nice so VERY two faced. read more

I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's, to my worst enemy. They always mess up the order , order 2 / 20 piece McNugget received 1/16 and other was left out all together . I have never received a hot order of fries . So I called , after I got home . The manager laughed and yes , we know . If I wanted cold food , I would have went to Subway . Rate your visit negative 9 .. I have to give 1 star because, it won't let you post if you don't. read more

I'd give it zero if I could... 37mins later in the drive thru stuck. I don't think anyone works here. It's open till midnight bc you have to put your order in by 10pm or you won't get it. Slowwwweesst McDonalds ever!!!! read more

I would like to file a report because the food was not cooked and the staff was disrespectful and had a attitude towards me I do not recommend this place never ever coming back read more

It's Chiefland so I wasn't expecting much, but McDonalds is generally pretty consistent. This one was staffed by some terrible employees. I ordered in the drive thru and had my bag nearly thrown at me by some druggy looking young girl who just yelled 'here!' read more

Awesome! The manager Grant is the SWEETEST thing! Had a big order and they even threw in some extra nuggies!! Thanks! Great vibes:)

Dirty dirty dirty!!!!!! Cannot make any McCafe coffee drink correctly. Stopped multiple times over a year trying to give them a chance as I pass thru this tiny town every month. Trust me. Keep driving. read more

This place absolutely sucks. Entire order wrong and it was not a difficult order. Workers are not helpful, lazy, and disinterested in doing something right. Really how hard is it to get a Happy Meal correct? read more

Standard McDonald's - I got what I expected which is all I ask for from a chain. They were busy, my food was fresh, and the drive thru line moved pretty quick. read more

Employees are rarely friendly. I ordered a large meal and they rang it up with a medium coke instead of a large so when I went to correct it at the window they gave me a large drink so quick as if it was already sitting there and it wasn't until driving away I noticed it wasn't even the drink I ordered. read more

Food was good except they got our order wrong. We got a quarter pounder instead of a Big Mac. We don't usually eat fast food but today a burger, fries and Coke hit the spot. read more

Typical McDonald's slop with filthy tables and poor service. It was built for dumb tourists that don't know about the excellent locally owned restaurants in Chiefland. When in Chiefland stay away from the chains. Then youll get a real "happy" meal! read more

The staff here didn't seem to care at all about their customers and three of them spent over ten minutes outside smoking right in front of the main door. So as a customer if I want to go inside with my kids we now have to walk past their cloud of smoke. Apparently this establishment doesn't adhere to the 10 feet from the building read more

Stopped into this McDonald's on the way home from Thanksgiving weekend with family. Honestly, you know what you're getting when you stop into a McDonalds. We are not talkin' five star cuisine here. But I will tell you that it was packed around the noon lunch hour and they were cranking out orders like nobody's business - and for that I thought they deserved a review! read more

Haven't been to this particular location in 3 years , thank you for reminding me why . This place is ran by idiots and they knowingly give you cold food , I like my fries like I like my shower HOT read more

Worst service. Ordered from kiosk and it took 15 min to get a sundae. We had to go chase it down. Manager seemed confused. Unorganized!

This McDonald's was very fast and the food was hot. The entire staff was wearing masks and I felt safe. Will be back

Can you really give McDonald's anything higher than 1 Star? Don't understand how anyone can mess this job up but somehow these morons do it. They have pictures to press to show them what to make but can't even get that right. read more

I just wanted to say that the customer service is horrible and that most of the time that they screw my order up completely i have waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting for our order meanwhile the cars in the other lane got to order and the lobby being closed makes you wonder what in the world is taking them so long? It's like they don't even care about the second lane. But the fries are good read more

On a rear occasion they might get your order right, but don't bother ordering apple pies because they haven't had those for over two months now. The employees are friendly but the Managers seem to get a little touchy when you ask why it is taking so long to get the oven fixed. So as long as you don't mind cold fries and don't have your heart set on a cookie or Apple pie your good. read more

Stopped here for a fast lunch as we began a 25-day road trip. No issues. All food and drinks were provided in a timely and professional manner. read more

Ordered two meals for my friend and me. We wanted two different sauces so I asked for one of each sauce. They said no and that they would have to charge me for the extra sauce even though I bought two meals. I was very polite but the manager rudely yelled saying that they have to pay for sauces too and can't give as many sauces as they want to us; keep in mind, I asked for two sauces. Save your money and go to Chik-Fil-A where they will give you the sauces you want without any question. Food was up to par with the rest of the Mcdonald's though. read more

I went through the Chiefland, Florida McDonalds late yesterday evening and ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes to go. When I pulled up to pay, the young girl took my money and another girl came up and handed me the sundaes. I placed one, along with the spoons, in my cup holder, then reached back out for the second. As soon as I took it in my hand, I realized it was COVERED in hot fudge. There was fudge EVERYWHERE. I kept the cup outside my window and asked for it to be wiped off, but the girl who handed them to me turned around and walked off. The girl who was checking me out just stood there. I said to her, can I please have a napkin for this? She handed me a couple napkins and I wiped the cup down, mind you, outside my car window the entire time. When done, I handed her back the dirty napkins and she REFUSED to take them, saying to me "Oh no, we can't take that". My reply was, this is YOUR trash! Not mine! Had you handed me a clean cup we wouldn't be in this position. "Oh no, we can't take that". I asked "You have a trash can, don't you?" I was so frustrated at this point that I tossed the fudgy napkins in the window at her and drove off. I can understand her IF it were trash from inside my car, but this WAS NOT MY TRASH. Also, the ice cream cup and napkin NEVER were inside my car. The young ladies working at this location were rude, rude, rude!!! read more

they forgot not one but two!! 10 mc nugget meals they also forgot a fry and the service was okay but not amazing. i was not amused.

We were super hungry and desperate to eat anything! But, there is no McDonalds here, just several trailers. Do not turn down this road, because it will be a waste of your time because there is definitely no McDonald's here or nearby! :-( read more

I have been eating at this McDonald's for years. I used to eat there all the time. But the service has been steadily going down hill the past few years. Today was a good example. I ordered a meal, which comes with a hash brown, and an extra hash brown. I was only given one. When I pointed this out, the person behind the counter refused to give me my second hash brown. I would have asked to speak to the manager, but this person was the manager. read more

Have never seen a manager be so rude to customers.slamming coffee cups on the counter rolling his eyes.totally uncalled for.

Horrible experience. Do not go here, go to Taco Bell or Burger King about 2 mins away. Waited 18 mins in drive thru Friday night. Food tasted like crap! I will never be back. You made me Late! read more
