On a rear occasion they might get your order right, but don't bother ordering apple pies because they haven't had those for over two months now. The employees are friendly but the Managers seem to get a little touchy when you ask why it is taking so long to get the oven fixed. Ordered two meals for my friend and me. We wanted two different sauces so I asked for one of each sauce. They said no and that they would have to charge me for the extra sauce even though I bought two meals. I was very polite but the manager rudely yelled saying that they have to pay for sauces too and can't give as many sauces as they want to us; keep in mind, I asked for two sauces. I went through the Chiefland, Florida McDonalds late yesterday evening and ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes to go. When I pulled up to pay, the young girl took my money and another girl came up and handed me the sundaes. I placed one, along with the spoons, in my cup holder, then reached back out for the second. As soon as I took it in my hand, I realized it was COVERED in hot fudge. There was fudge EVERYWHERE. I kept the cup outside my window and asked for it to be wiped off, but the girl who handed them to me turned around and walked off. The girl who was checking me out just stood there. I said to her, can I please have a napkin for this? She handed me a couple napkins and I wiped the cup down, mind you, outside my car window the entire time. When done, I handed her back the dirty napkins and she REFUSED to take them, saying to me "Oh no, we can't take that". My reply was, this is YOUR trash! Not mine! Had you handed me a clean cup we wouldn't be in this position. "Oh no, we can't take that". I asked "You have a trash can, don't you?" I was so frustrated at this point that I tossed the fudgy napkins in the window at her and drove off. I can understand her IF it were trash from inside my car, but this WAS NOT MY TRASH.
