Staff here was amazingly helpful, that was a good experience. The issue that makes this a 3 star review is the fact that this seems to be a very minimalist store. It does have the Baskin Robbin's as well as the other Dunkin Donut fare, tho the donut selection is extremely limited. The donut area is about half the size of the other stores. There was a large portion of various glazed donuts and filled donuts, there weren't any crawlers, fritters, coconut, baked coconut, maple, nor any fancy sprinkled ones. What they had was glazed in several areas, blueberry, sour cream, Boston cremes, and 3 or 4 varieties of filled donuts and a lot of minis. The bakery isn't onsite either, these are all made elsewhere and brought in. The Boston Cremes I got at 0800 were already getting that stale crunchiness on the exterior. An employee went to go get my kolache instead got sidetracked and went to change out toilet paper with the same gloves on go in a bathroom that the was complaining about . I watched her go directly straight to my kolache with the same gloves on all the way back grab my kolache with her hands instead of a tongues, and place it on my tray, grab it with her Nasty same gloves on I walked off and left it with them. I wasn't rude I just quietly eased out the door ,I'm throwing my donuts away also that she handled too. I am not doing this to my family. It was a gross n dirty place. Also, this is the absolute truth. It is a gross nasty place people that are working not sanitary. No wonder this place has horrible reviews. I came to this location with a friend and we ordered the $6 meals with the following coffee orders: 1. Medium iced coffee with skim milk and half a pump of liquid can sugar. 2. Medium iced coffee with 4 creams and 6 caramels. When we got to the window and were handed our drinks, the first coffee was just pure milk so we asked that it be remade. The second coffee was the right color but upon tasting it, there was no caramel but sugar had been added instead. Something that was not originally ordered. We went back around to have them remake it and the employee said: "Ma'am, I made your drink and I know there's caramel in it. Next time, you should ask for 4 or 5 caramels." I politely reminded her I ordered 6 caramels and that there was also sugar in the coffee that I did not order. Then she remade the drink and even though I only asked for 4 creams, she filled the cup half way with cream. By the time I got the drink, I just decided it wasn't worth it to cause a scene as we had places to be anyway. TLDR; I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin to anyone if they want to get what they ordered. read more

I love walking into a donut store and being looked at by employees like I'm an alien and they could have no idea what I could possibly want at a donut shop. Young man just stared at me yesterday when I walked in. This place is a joke! The manage (if you want to call her that) acts like she is on drugs. Seriously!! I know this Dunkin is understaffed. However, we have tried numerous times to give them the benefit of the doubt and every single time we receive coffees that do not taste like our normal coffees. When we tried to tell them about it they brushed it off and sent us on our way. They will not receive our business any longer. This was attempt 3 to give them an opportunity to make our orders right. I've been a dunky junky for 5 years now. Have had the app and use it daily for years. My car has been broken down for over a month. Every day I walk over a mile to Dunkin. They've locked the doors during business hours multiple times now. Claiming that people called in or no showed for work, when I've walked through the drive thru, or banged on the door, only no employees to be found. On the 25th they had the doors locked and I had to walk through the drive thru. Not only did they make my drink wrong the first time, but no one even thought to care to apologize for the inconvenience. Went into Dunkin' Donuts to grab a few donuts for my kiddos and was greeted by a very sweet girl, but the whole experience changed the second I started to order. I wanted to order a dozen donut holes (munchkins), and noticed she charged me $8.99. I said "that sounds like the price of a dozen donuts". She said no that's for donut holes. I said "but it says on the screen that 10 holes is $2.00, so I'm paying $6.99 for two more holes". She responded with it was cause I wanted a dozen. I proceeded to say but a 25 count is only $6.99. She stuck to her guns that her price was right and that's why she doesn't order holes. Let me just preface this by saying this is my first ever review.. on anything.. As many have already said, if 0s were allowed, they'd deserve one. Within the past 2 months, I've gone probably 15 times and out of those 15 times, probably once did I leave satisfied. There's so many issues with this location. 1) the attitudes of the employees 2) they are always "out" of cold brew, and mind you, I've gone no later than 2pm. 3) they don't remember your order at the window 4) I've always ordered the same thing, a cold brew with cold foam, and 6 times now, they say that "sorry, we don't have expresso". Which begs the question, as whether they know their menu items.. and why are they out of one of the main things that make their menu. Don't like to be negative but I do like to help warn people against wasting money here, especially when there are so many worthy businesses in Burleson that sell coffee/donuts/etc. our experience was terrible. Went to the door to find it was locked. Sign said they were open and there was no sign to indicate it was drive-through only. I saw employees when I knocked but no one acknowledged me. We made the mistake of driving through and placing an order asking for a sesame bagel and an everything bagel, both with butter only, no cream cheese. We also ordered 25 mixed flavor donut holes for kids. What we got were two sesame bagels with cream cheese and 25 donut holes, half chocolate and half jelly. Even the coffee tasted bad. The associate at the window neither greeted us nor stopped talking on the headset to offer thanks. We didn't eat the food or drink the coffee and left with a very bad taste in our mouths, literally and figuratively. Dunkin' - you can do better! Burleson residents, you deserve better! read more
