I can not explain it....every so often I try to give this place a chance because I like the Baskin Robbins cappuccino blast so much!! But today was the last straw...making someone wait when I am the only person in the drive thru or being waited on is crazy. I am always waiting crazy long times everytime I go here. One employee was too busy texting and the other one was too busy ignoring me...and I mean ignoring me. When he finally handed me my drink he said nothing, I looked him in the eye and said "thank you" he still said nothing. So still looking him in the eyes I said "thank You" even louder...to give him the chance to acknowledge I was speaking to him. Dunkin Donuts. What could go wrong...right? So I was looking for something different for breakfast this morning and thought I would see what treasures DD might hold. Rather than leaving feeling like I got the mother load, I feel like what I got was robbed. I paid $9 for a breakfast sandwich, 2 baby kolaches and a small coffee. My breakfast sandwich was good...but most def microwaved and not cooked fresh. The two baby kolaches were cold and...well, my dog wouldn't even eat them. Literally. The coffee had some strange funky taste to it that I can't explain. I wanted a Coke but didn't have the king's fortune they wanted for one...in a bottle. All that aside, here's the strangest thing. They have items on the menu that THEY DON'T CARRY. Let me pause to absorb that.... Why on earth would you display items on your menu only to have to tell the customer that the franchisee decided they don't want to carry the item. I'm so confused. Here's an idea - take it off the menu then!!! Over-all, very average food that is the cost of 4-star gourmet food. Service was very friendly, no complaints there. There's a reason this place has less than two stars. The morning manager is TRULY a crook and handles every order as a way to take advantage of people, if she feels the need to up charge bc this business is doing poorly shame on her. I've read other reviews and it looks like it's something she does frequently. To sum it all up I ordered a drink with light ice well clearly the ice is in the cup from top to bottom , and it's not even full to make things worse. But the girl I could see making it got mad when I asked the one taking the money to make sure it s was light ice and stopped mid preparing it and huffed and threw the scoop and lid with an attitude. They still handed it to me with with all the ice and the additional small ass scoop of matcha I asked for? they charged me for it but rang it as shot of espresso 1.49 They would never make it in a Starbucks, like isn't it your job to make customized drinks? Are you that miserable working here? Are y'all down that bad y'all have to charge for ingredients that are already in the drink and ring it up as random things just to profit??? I've had issues here before and I thought I'd give them another chance, never again. They get extra points for having a drive thru, being open pretty much all the time, and having Baskin Robbins too (which is overpriced as well). I was excited when a friend brought a sourdough bread breakfast sandwich to work as a surprise! It was so good toasty with 2 eggs, double cheese, extra bacon and 2 pieces of sausage. It was delicious!!! I looked up one in my area. I woke up early to go the the Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin Donut. When I got to work I was do disappointed. My bread had been burnt black on all sides. The burnt areas rubbed off the eggs. I had to peel cheese off to salvage any breakfast. I called the restaurant and notified them. They offered to make it goof the next day. I drove to Resturant and they said "our ovens are broke . That's probably why your bread burnt. I went to the store this am and what do I get ?? Another sourdough burnt bread . I spend my good hard earned money as a nurse . I wouldn't defraud someone on their care. Why is it acceptable to defraud me of mine!!! It's that they don't give a dam!! Horrible service. Went this morning and when we got to the window we had to tell them my order 3 more times. The poor lady at the window was getting berated by another employee who she had told the order to 3 times already because she couldn't remember what to grab. It was 6 donuts. 2 of each kind so really 3 different donuts. Again the lady at the window was very polite and tried her hardest to make it a good experience. I was angered to learn how my husband was treated this morning at 5am. I will not go into great detail as my husband does not want the manager to get in trouble and does not want to call corporate, that goes to show you how nice my husband is. I on the other hand refuse to go back to this location. Prior to this incident I would drive by before work and sometimes even after work not only to buy the drinks but buy dozens of donuts. The early early morning is okay but still bad, but absolutely never come here in the afternoon. They honestly just need to fire everyone who works that shift. I ordered 5 drinks. 3 Medium Mango banana smoothies, 1 Medium Chocolate Shake and 1 Large Mocha Cappuccino Blast. Of course I was told to park so I did. They guy comes out with 2 Mango Banana smoothies, and said okay have a nice day. I said um, I'm still waiting on 3 drinks. Waited another ten minutes and he comes out with a small chocolate shake, it was supposed to be medium, but at this point I was getting frustrated I had a bunch of kids in the car. So I said whatever can I just get my last two drinks....he asked what they were again (now I'm really getting mad at this point) 1 large Mocha Cappuccino Blast and a medium mango banana smoothie. So I wait about 7 minutes he comes out with the Large Cappuccino Blast...no mango banana smoothie. Now I'm upset. I said where is my other drink...he said mam didn't we just give you them all, I said NO I still am missing a smoothie!! So he said okay be right back, literally almost 13 minutes I got p*** off and went through the drive thru, I asked for the smoothie I paid for and the lady says the mango is frozen that she had it made but a lady said I drove off so she threw it away, i literally just drove to the drive thru to figure out wth was going on...I got so mad I just told her to keep the s**** and drove off. So not only did I pay for a drink I never got, I also paid for a a medium chocolate shake and they gave me a small. I'm never and I can say that with absolute assurance, NEVER coming here again until they get new employees or people that don't F stuff up this badly. And as you can tell by the other reviews this is obviously something that will never happen because this place is ran by morons. I'll stick with McDonald's or Starbucks for coffee. I placed an order for pickup using the Dunkin mobile app for the store on Wilshire Blvd in Burleson, TX. I arrived at the store to pick up my order and waited by the pick up spot for at least 20 minutes, assuming they were working on my order. I watched people move through the line and order and receive their orders and finally someone asked what I needed. I told them my order number and that I was there to pick it up. She went to pull off a receipt, looking at it for obviously the first time. And at that point she began working on my order. She told me that they were out of maple so I said it could be replaced with chocolate. Then they told me that there were no croissants for the breakfast sandwich I ordered. They offered to put it on a bagel instead. My daughter only likes the croissant so I asked them if they could remove it from my order. She said that they couldn't and I would have to get a refund through the app. I asked her how to do that and she said she didn't know. So I left the store after half an hour with an incomplete order and having payed for something I didn't receive. When I got home, I opened the donut box to find the four strawberry donuts looking like a mess and had no sprinkles like I had ordered. It looked like she'd gone to the back and slapped some frosting on them in a hurry. My 6 year old would have made them look better. And the maple donut was replaced with a jelly filled donut instead of chocolate. And we didn't even get a straw for my daughters iced coffee. The service was garbage. No one there was friendly or professional. The customer service is bad every time I've been there before so I was expecting that, but this was a terrible experience. Now I have to wait days for a representative to contact me after they review my case for a refund of a croissant sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We had the worst Saturday. Woke up at 5am to no power and it wasn't set to come on until 11am. My son and I took a trip to Dunkin for donuts and coffee. The drive thru line was ridiculous, the slowest line I have ever seen, but the car had air conditioning and the house didn't so we waited. We made our order - 2 large hot lattes and some munchkins. The women at the drive thru made one of the lattes iced. I explained it was supposed to be hot. She grabbed it, slammed it the garbage and made a hot one. I apologized for being difficult and we went home. Got home, picked up our large lattes and each one was less than half full. I was irritated and just wanted some coffee... I went back up there. I went inside showed her the cups and she said "these were full when I gave them to you"... straight up called me a liar. I explained that they were not and I wanted a refund because I was going to Starbucks. She again explained that "she made them and they were full". Like I went home, drank more than half of each one and went all the way back up there for an $8 refund, please! She was extremely rude and the employees worked at a snails pace. They had one job and screwed it up. I ordered a coffee with 2 bacon, egg and cheese crossiant sandwiches (at the drive-thru.) I get home and notice the sandwiches are both different and neither have bacon, cheese or crossiants. In fact, one is a bagel with sausage and egg and the other is a spinach egg white on an English Muffin. I went back to exchange the order because I am allergic to spinach and was told the crossiants would take 15 min to bake. 20 minutes later, I received 2 new sandwiches, minus an apology. Each time I order an iced coffee it is made without liquid sugar and the sugar they use has no time to melt so I get mouthfuls of sugar bits. Come on guys it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MARKETING! If I had such a business I would be promoting the heck out of ALL OF IT! Because the last time they tried this approach with the attitude of we are "Dunkin Doughnuts" didn't work. At this rate, just like last time I wouldn't be shocked to see this store close also. Back to my experience ... Got the pre-programmed thank you, but how about a mention of " see you for ice cream later", this is Texas for goodness sakes! If I could give this place negative stars I would. That's how bad my best friends and I's experience was. Instead of paying the couple extra bucks to go to Starbucks we figured "what the heck, let's try DD", yeah WRONG IDEA. This place is terrible. Had gotten coconut donuts there, due to coworker having brought some from North Richland Hills area store and "had" been the same until today and if it weren't such pain to take them back, I would, was so incredibly awful - could "NOT" eat. And husband says they are always out of plain glazed donuts and that is all he wanted, always it seems out of what you want..... we won't bother to go there anymore w/ substandard product changes like this... guess someone had to cut the penny sized budget in half - but on this end, they just did themselves in - no need to worry about them being out of coconut, because once people try them, NO ONE will want one of those. read more

I live in Burleson and have been to this location on many occasions. I'm never impressed. Now that Dunkin no longer makes its own donuts, or anything else, in-house, you have to get there by 7:00 am at the latest to have any hope of getting your favorites. I love the cinnamon cake donuts and they're always out at least half the time. When they have them, they're stale about half the time. I'm not sure who the actual owner is but I suspect they're not actively involved in day to day operations. Staff appears to be high school kids working for a little spending money and stoners eho I suspect are all paid minimum wage. No one seems to really care about order accuracy or customer satisfaction. I've visited other DFW Dunkin locations and this seems to be par for the course unfortunately. Coffee has always been good at this and other locations....none of the issues others mentioned have happened to me. Also service tends to be slow at this location. All in all, not really worth visiting unless you can't find your favorite elsewhere. read more
