I don't think this lady should be working there. She doesn't know how to take orders . She made 3 mistakes in my order . Second time I went there she Throw the bag with my bagels . read more

Today has been one of the most craziest and far most disgusting dunkin drive through customer service I have ever seen. There was a young girl working the window and cashier and she was very disrespectful and her attitude was disgusting. The was a customer that was ahead of me and came back to the window because her order was totally wrong. After she brought back her coffee and her sand which she was called a bitch by the young lady at the window in front of me as the other customer walked away. Which to me was very rude and I don't know why she thought it was okay to call another customer a bitch in front of another customer. Then she gave me attitude and continued to swear while giving me change. This was approx. at 12:13:35 PM. On my receipt it says "register 4. Cashier: Extra. So whom ever that is, that is the person swearing at customers and has a horrid customer service. read more

Ok i like it here because its so close to my house. I usually wake up early to go because it makes me happy and im excited to go BUT there is one worker that is just so rude for 0 reason. She was working drive thru around 7/8 am on wednesday and her attitude was so unnecessary. Honestly brought my mood down a lot and have spoken to other people about her because they have also had issues. Grow up- if youre going to work with other people then learn how to not be such a debby downer read more

I had gone to this dunkin' donuts to get an iced caramel latte. the worker at the window was very rude. When i leave the drive thru, i take a sip of my coffee, and find SOAP has been put in my latte. i called to complain and the man (who i knew made my drink) was very unapologetic and defensive. Not. Good. read more

Went to get special for .99 ice coffee at 2pm And they tried to charge full price. I was waiting at the drive-thru waiting to order coffee at about 9:50 pm on Saturday 9/15/2018, and after waiting there for 5 min I asked if anyone is there couple of times and no answer so I honked my horn on my car once and this Indian origin man starts yelling at me from his headset for honking and telling me if I don't like waiting to leave!!!!! So I order anyways and when I pull up to the window he charges me for the coffee first than tells me to go f- myself and gives me the the middle finger with his two hands and tells me to not go there anymore! I've been buying coffee and other things from there for over 10 years now and after what happen tonight me and my family will be happy to take our business elsewhere. read more

Terrible I will never go to this place again they give you the wrong donuts and they can't count.I will be calling there corporate office.

Coffee here is consistently good. We came into kill a few minutes before an appointment, and noted some of the tables were grimy. They weren't that busy to be so unkempt. The bathroom floor was sticky too, which was a little off-putting. I guess if you're putting all your effort into the coffee, that's a good thing? Hopefully the standards behind the counter are better than what you see in front... read more

Hit this Dunkin' up on a vacation. Nothing super special about it. The building wasn't in tip top shape, but really nothing in the general area is. I suppose it fits right in. The donuts were decent, the coffee was decent. Nothing special either way. The staff seemed friendly enough. Overall, just a plain-Jane 3-star Dunkin. read more

Asked for a simple coffee 3c & 3s & they gave me some iced coffee that tasted like milk... the employes simply could've cooperated with me instead of serving me some crap. read more

Stale donuts, crabby employee. So much for my first visit to this location's new building.

So when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to drive to Caribou, I generally go to Dunkin. The workers there are really friendly! One older lady always gives me the best smile I have ever seen. She also makes one awesome French Vanilla Iced coffee. She doesn't skimp on that carcinogenic flavoring since I always prefer a good amount of it. Donuts are average, but I don't normally eat them anyway. Leave them a tip in the little cup if you do go here. They are hardworking, great people. read more

I go to this same Dunkin Donuts every day for a coffee and I have never had any complaints until today October 27th when I went in for a cup of coffee at 7pm. I walked in with my father and the woman working at the time saw us walk in and ignored us. At first I thought it might be because she was busy but after 8 minutes and me trying to get her attention it was evident that she didn't care to take our order. Finally after 10 minutes she came over and with a lot of attitude she asked us "what you want". I have never been received so in such an unwelcoming manner and it was unacceptable. Afterwards my father states that she always has an attitude when he comes in and my sister has stated that the woman always has a temper. This is not an attitude an employee should have and I am disappointed that this woman acts like this with many customers. read more

Just want to let everyone know if you don't already, worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. I've been going to this for a few years now and their employees have seriously become so rude. I put in my order and before I pulled to the window I realized I forgot my card so I just pulled out of line and went to grab it. Came back and started ordering the same thing and the girl on the headset said angrily "Yeah it's her." Then I pull up to the window and tell them like I'm so sorry, I forgot my card, trying to help the situation. The woman giving me my coffee stared me down the entire time. I'm in food business, I know exactly how it is. But I'd never treat a customer with that much attitude and disrespect. This isn't the first time from this place that I've been treated like this either!! read more

I used to come all the time and now recently they have horrible customer service. So freaking rude.

Hubbie and I always stop here before heading out on a road trip. They always recognize him as he walks in the door. I don't particularly care for coffee but I do enjoy the hot white chocolate read more

Parking and drive thru set up is not ideal- but donuts are yummy, staff is hit or miss there are some very pleasant faces and some who are seemingly always less then thrilled to have a job. But.... donuts and coffee are good read more

I used to come here alot when I worked late at night. I'm pretty sure they are open 24 hours. Only down side is there is no drive through. Although there is a drive-thru Dunkin Donuts in Lyons on Ogden by the new Pop's beef which is 24-hours. read more

The service is really bad and the employees were having some sort of issues with each other, and it was not appropriate. They were labeling and even going as far as being racist. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts... and someone needs to teach them manners. read more

It was fast service but they messed up my order and then they gave me water down cold brew.

I am a 100% drive through customer and have been coming here for years, but I am at the point of not coming here anymore as the majority of the time my coffee is never prepared the way I have ordered it. I had to throw the one from today away as it was too sweet! read more

I went to Dunkin Donuts this Morning before coming to work and the Cashier took my order and I asked for a Croissant, she leaves from the Register and go by the lady who was preparing food for someone else by the way the lady who was preparing food had gloves on, This Cashier used her hand with no gloves on and took the Croissant and threw in a bag and attempted to give to me I looked at her and told her first of all you are working the register ringing up transactions you don't use your bare hands to touch anyone's food you put on gloves and use a tissue paper to pick up the donuts or Croissant you don't use your bare hands, she then took a tissue paper and stuck in the bag after she used her bare hands and attempted to hand to me like she is doing me a favor this is disgusting, you been ringing up people and God know what else you been touching. I threw it in the trash I will not go back to this location I will stick to where I normally go and they are very clean and all wear gloves even at the register they help out they put on gloves. i would give the strawberry refresher a 0/10. i feel like they purposely made it wrong. waste of money.

The food and drinks were good. My only problem was the service. They were moody and they were fighting the whole time.

This is the WORST Dunkin ever. It is always a zoo, and the people working there don't know what they are doing. My order is almost always wrong. Today I had to tell the girl at the counter 3 times I wanted a cheddar bagel twist and she had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed it out to her, then waited about 10 min, and when I got home I have a whole wheat bagel. I would not even waste my time to review a Dunkin Donuts, but I am so fed up with this place! read more

Doughnuts are dry and stale every time I've been here that wasn't a Saturday. I would rather not have a doughnut than chance it and be disappointed by coming here. Definitely better places for fresh doughnuts around. read more

I feel really bad for everyone under 30yr working here. This is not a place to work. I worked for them for 3 months. And the whole time I was there I never made a friend and they hated when we would talk to each other when no customers where around(Managers). I did get along with other workers but I found a better job making better money and I hope they do too. read more

I have been going to this location at least 2 times a week for years despite the angry man behind the counter. Today was the last day. There is no reason to return to a place where the employee yells at you because he doesn't understand what you are saying. I hope whoever the franchise is for this location realizes what this employee is doing to their business. Such a shame. read more

Very rude older lady ( 45?). She gets a horrible attitude when she gets the order wrong. Doesn't give straws and overcharges 50 extra for whip cream. Mind you it was the smallest little bit of whip cream. They should definitely have a sign stating they over charge. read more

This place is trash and the employees need proper training. I asked for a couple minutes. The employee said okay. And legit a minute in I was told that I was taking to long that the manager has them on a timer. First of all you being on a timer has nothing to do with a customer, who to top it off is the only one in the drive thru. I should not be timed and disrespected. I got into a big argument with the girl in the window and 3 other employees. This whole confrontation happened while a customer was being served at the window. How ghetto is that for a Brookfield location. And the whole time the manager was there. These are the people who would spit in your food and drinks if they could. Will report to cooperate. I came to this location several times with great service, but once I needed a couple minutes for the person in the car with me it's a big deal. I rather pay more money at star bucks then to be dealing with some uneducated pricks. If I could you'd get zero stars. don't waste your money here. Use the Lyons location better. read more

During the week the employees are wonderful! I visit DD for coffee4 -5 times a week. Very friendly and helpful! I forgot my purse once and the guy told me to just pay him next time I drove through! Well .... I was there today on Sat. and the drive thru lady was so rude! She was annoyed that she gave me the wrong donut, then gave us look and stared at the donut I gave back along with several other employees who were confused what to do. Ahhh - how about give me the correct donut along with the wrong donut or just give me the correct donut! No big deal! Then it was really strange when she asked what we needed as we sat waiting! Umm our food we ordered@@&$? She was really annoyed now and handed it to us like we just ruined her day. REALLY? DD please get another person to work the drive thru on the weekends! I will be going to Starbucks! read more

brand new! fastest coffee on the block, and now they have drive through window. why wont they tear down the old one? its an eyesore.

I would like to give this place no stars! But Yelp had to give it one star. I have come here multiple times and its always the same thing. Very bad service, stale donuts. The lady name HETAL P. is very RUDE and always gives me the wrong order. As a result, I have stopped coming here and will go out of my way to go to another, cleaner and better Dunkin Donut for my coffee and sandwich. I will tell all of my friends and family not to come here. Terrible. To the owners, you should all be ashamed of yourselves. You know who you are. read more
