Stopped in for rest area while driving from Richmond .. I don't generally go to regular rest areas , as they are very crowded . This one wasn't crowded and was quick . Lots of parking outside . Other shops around too. Good service . Was really quick . Price wise it was good . Ordered mango pineapple refresher and it was just super duper . It was really refreshing . Got it with lemonade . Very good quality . Hashbrowns were good : they did toast it well and was crispy . Avacado toast was also average . Didn't like it much . Billing was quick . Overall a good experience . Z read more

BITTER EXPERIENCE!!!! I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts on the highway exit for a quick coffee. I ordered a cappuccino, but when it arrived, it was incredibly bitter and too strong. I asked if they could add more milk to make it drinkable, but the employee I spoke with was very rude and refused, saying it was not possible. He then told me to get a refund if I didn't like it. I heard two other staff members questioned why the milk couldn't be added he said that I ordered a cappuccino so it can't be added(I think it's important how customer wants and not how he wanted) However, the rude employee's behavior was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up throwing away the coffee and chose not to pursue a refund due to his UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE . The service was DISAPPOINTING, and I won't be RETURNING. read more

Nice spot to access off I 85 S exit 4 at the Simmons travel center. This is a eat in or take out eatery with sandwiches and most varieties of doughnuts available- it's a very easy access off the interstate -the staff is friendly and the doughnuts always fresh.There are a few other convenient shopping experiences nearby! read more

Fantastic truck stop, convenience store & Dunkin Donuts all in one right off 85 North; great place to stop while traveling. Very friendly employees, clean rest rooms & facilities. The Dunkin was fully stocked, the service was quick and our breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh! The truck stop has everything you can think of; candy, snacks, breakfast, slushees, soda, water, gifts, pillows, toys, medical items, playing cards & games, usb chargers etc... they have showers, free WiFi and places to sit. When I walked up there were 3 employees standing around on their phone. I had to wait about 3 minutes before they saw me. I ordered munchkins the girl took the same hand she was ringing up with and dug in them. I quickly said "I don't need them anymore". I know this is a gas station but you can't do this. They made their donuts smaller and they are charging more. The coffee for me was weak. I used to be a big fan of dunkin' donuts coffee. When I went in there last week you could only order through the kiosk. This meant there was a backup of folks that just came off the road and wanted a cup of coffee. It might just be me but I'm not a big fan of service with an attitude. I asked for two coffees each with two creams. I asked for two creams on the side just in case the two they put in there weren't enough. Very sharply. I was told she already put two creams in there. I do not recommend this place we ordered 2 small hot cocoas, 2 glazed donuts 2 hot coffees and a iced coffee, they gave us 2 small hot coffees of the one we ordered and no hot cocoa, we asked nicely about the coffee and the donuts and they rudely told us about it. Just horrible. read more

This is a great little spot to grab coffee right off of 86. It's right near our lake house so we head here just about every morning when we're staying there for a pick-me-up for the day. Although the service is fast and my orders have always been correct, they don't seem enthused by making "custom" drinks. Maybe it was because they were dealing with tons of customers with the weekend rush but all I wanted was wanted was a small chocolate milk - Seems easy enough but the cashier insisted I buy it from the cooler because they "can't do that". Regardless, our coffees were good and I'm possibly just too used to Starbucks. Ha read more

Typical Dunkin' menu with fresh food and coffee. Good variety and service. They have a real nice airy eating area with standard booths, counter height seating and furniture seating.
