    Barely mixed hot Chai Latte

    Oh boy, this location where to begin...so I've been using this Dunkin location for almost a decade. This is the closest one near my home and it's still 30 minutes away so this is why. If another location opened close to me I would switch in a heartbeat. So like Taco Bell and other fast food chains, some are privately owned franchises that do not utilize all the promos, apps, and specials that the ones you see on TV and social media do. This location is one of those. The app almost never works, this store is frequently out of everything, they change staff weekly, and they do not mix or make most of the drinks correctly, and the owner could give a flying frick about any of this. It's privately owned and they do not care. If you want a subpar Dunkin experience that is like the Wish version of DD, this is it. You'll know it's Dunkin because of the sign but that's about it. If you can wait and drive another few miles to a better DD do it. I'm going to go back to my poorly mixed bitter Chai latte now and dream of a Dunkin that can get their stuff together. *sniff, sniff, tear*

    The morning crew is fantastic! Best frozen coffee around, friendly fast service and willing to help me figure out how to make a specific drink. However there is absolutely no reason for this Dunkin to be 24 hours, once the evening shift starts they are out of almost everything. No bagels and usually half the drink machines are "down" for cleaning. I wish I had other 24hr coffee places near by because I'd never come here in the evening again. The man in the evening is also very rude, I ordered the same drink I got in the morning that day and he told me it was impossible to make a latte into a cold coffee. After I informed him she had told me which flavors to use he told me I should have ordered it like that then. My husband ordered a "brewed coffee" as it says on menu and he said rudely, "what's that? Do you mean a hot coffee?" At my visit yesterday the same evening employee was asleep in the main store I could see him from the front window, I had to drive back and forth over the speaker for almost 10 minutes before he finally woke up and realized. I'm hoping they can finally find help for the evening to mirror the great service they now have in the morning.

    I went to this Dunkin location this morning for a coffee free on the Dunkin app and when I got my drink it had no coffee in it. They gave me a milk and whipped cream drink. I was on my way to work so I couldn't get it fixed but I was very disappointed.

    I am so disappointed every time I come here... Once I had hair in my food, they refused to replace it, so I bought a new bagel & it was the wrong bagel and untoasted, plus the boy working over night had a legit anxiety attack on 3 separate occasions. They say they stop making bagels at noon.. and only make them from 6am-12pm.. idk if this is true but I love Dunkin and hate how this place is ran. They have such a low review score on here, I'm curious as to why management hasn't switched & new employees have been hired.

    Today through the drive thru for lattes, they were amazing! I will be back for sure. The staff was friendly, and quick!

They are always eager to help you. About two summers ago I was out front of their store eyeing a set of patio furniture. The manager just happened to be out there rearranging the last set they had left and asked if he could be of assistance. I asked him about the price and if he could work with me since summer was almost over. He realized I was an older woman and he wanted to help me so he gave me a nice discount... and since I lived so close to the store he delivered the set to my home personally. He didn't have to do that, and I was thankful. Today I was shopping in their aisles online phone app and was having difficulty getting through the process that I've completed numerous times over the years without issue. It kept changing the delivery times and kept kicking me out. I ended up having to phone the store, and I spoke with the service person at the Aisles Online desk. His name was Colton, if I recall correctly. I just want it known how very pleasant, helpful, and professional he was. He took care of my issues and walked me through the actual website order process - patiently... which I rarely use to shop with (I'm used to using the phone app). He took matters into his own hands and assured me they would shop my order personally and see to it that we had our groceries delivered expeditiously. He even told me he'd fix the extra delivery charge that was charged to me due to the app not functioning properly, and kept changing my delivery window 3 times! I was very impressed with this young man. I'd say he's a real asset to that Hyvee location. I'll assume he has to be a manager, and if not, he really should be!!! They've got a real gem in that young man, and hopefully they recognize that fact and have placed him where he's of the most benefit to their firm. I also use the pharmacy at this store as well, and have always had a pleasant experience with their representatives. No complaints! I believe your experience with people in the customer service field in general have everything to do with how you approach them for aid. I certainly couldn't do their jobs... not everyone possesses a spirit of kindness and understanding as second nature. But imagine what this world would be like if they did!!!
