This is my local Dunkin. I drive 30 minutes out of the way to avoid it. ALWAYS WRONG. Every time I go, my order is made incorrectly. I swear it's only kids in this place and they are never working just chatting at the window. When I pay 8$ for a coffee I expect it to be correct. I have seen here so many times. They can never get it right. I don't like a lot of cream cheese on my bagel. So I ask to put it on the side. I say that because the have little like butter containers that hold the cream chess to put it on if you ask. But l no that can't even do that I had to put so much on their. But that is not even the beginning of that. They had put all the cream cheese in the center. THE CENTER. Where the hole is. Just all in the middle. I hope you find this useful in any way. My food order is almost always consistently wrong at this location. I order through the app/drive thru so am usually gone before I realize it. Ordered a bacon, tomato, avocado sandwich.. just discovered I got a bacon, egg, cheese croissant. I'm not knocking what it's like to work fast food, but the attention to detail on the orders is pitiful. Please do better! read more

The quality of food is always fantastic. Very consistent experience each time I go, and I frequent this location often! The only downside is the service. Very, very slow and not very efficient. The staff is friendly, but the wait time is often extremely long. Be careful stopping by here late mornings, or Sunday before church - be prepared to wait at least 20-25min! read more

Waited at the intercom for 5 minutes, then in line behind one care for 20 minutes. Got one iced caramel latte and one iced coconut coffee. Nothing special for either and it took them an extra 10 minutes to make the orders because they didn't know how to run the machines. Drinks were disgusting and there was no manager to speak with. At this point we said f it and left. Two kids working both were sweet but obviously never trained properly. Worst experience I've ever had at any Dunkin. And we go religiously. Smh. My experience had nothing to do covid and everything to do with poor attitudes and lack of efficiency. There were a good number of employees behind the counter(not short staffed). Yet it took forever to get a small coffe and breakfast sandwich. When order was finally ready i barely knew. They slid it on the counter, shouted something out inaudible and walked away. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The employees are constantly rude, I've been given the wrong change multiple times, and they think it's okay to hand you a drink that's been spilt out all over the outside of the cup! Not to mention they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Something needs to change at this location. They've lost my business, and that of my family. We'll drive to the Winder location before going back to this location. It's that bad. It's sad because this location is walking distance from our house and would be perfect if they got their crap together. This used to be a wonderful location... I had a great experience here last night with one of my friends, came in close to closing near 10:00 and we were waited on by Kinsley and Mallory who were both extremely pleasant and enjoyable to talk too. They were not bothered in the least that we came in close to closing and made us feel very welcome with small talk and provided some very good menu suggestions. The guy taking my order in drive through was really nice but once we got to the actual window a lady handed a drink to us, we told her it wasn't ours and she gave us a mean face...didn't even speak a word to us. we asked for a carrier because we had 5 drinks and she gave us another mean face. (Again...never once spoke a word to us) we left , not a thank you in return or anything. definitely disappointed since this is a brand new location. read more

During this pregnancy I have been craving donuts like crazy! My husband and I frequent this location of DD and the donuts are always fresh and always delicious! I get the maple donut and a chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting every time. It's also conveniently located on our side of 316 so it's very easy to get to. Friendly service and great food score (95 A on their recent inspection in June)! We will definitely be sticking to Dunkin for all of our donut needs! read more

Watch out if you go through the drive-through as these employees may not put the top on a cup of coffee correctly. How you serve coffee without making sure the top is on tight I don't know. Been the best they could do is hand me a couple of napkins to clean up an extra large coffee all across the front seat of my car. The employees themselves seem not to care. She then placed a wiped off cup of coffee in the middle of the door at the drive-through that when it slammed shut also fell all the way across the door of my car. The sad thing was it was me that had to ask to speak to a manager. With that said the owner called me up promptly and said he would make it right. Very much appreciate his attentiveness to the problem. His concern won me over to keep coming back. read more

This is the worst fast food place I've been in a long time. First off, the guy kept asking over and over for us to repeat the order and he didn't even give us what we ordered . Second, the donuts were soggy and wet like they were old . Would never come to this location again. read more

Every time I visit this DD something is wrong. Last time I visited they ran out of lemon filled donuts and the manager told me to call ahead a day in advance when I wanted them. Today we ordered two BEC croissants and they ran out of croissants because people that ordered after us got the remaining croissants. They don't serve in the order that the orders are placed. This place is a joke and will continue to be a joke. Already counted five people just walk out without ordering. No napkins available at the counter and the trash cans are overflowing. Over half of the donut trays are currently empty. read more

The morning crew service has always been pleasant and my order always tastes correct. There is a vast difference with the 3 pm night crew which seems like teenagers hanging out. Low quality, burnt coffee no flavor added, my coffee never tastes the same when it's prepared by the night crew as opposed to the mornings. Avoid this Dunkins at night. I've had to drive to the one in Winder and have them fix my coffee order. read more

I visited this location an hour before they closed. I intended on getting a dozen assorted donuts however when I arrived the lady in the drive-through told me that they only had 11 donuts available to which I asked which flavors she then told me the flavors they apparently have so when I went to go order based off the flavors she told me, I was quickly told that they didn't have those and then I was told they had different flavors. I'm already annoyed at this point but I decide fine I'll order a frozen chocolate to which then I am told that they have turned off their drink machine for the night and will not be turning it back on to make drinks. I can understand if it was 15 or 20 minutes before closing but an hour before close I think there should be more than 11 donuts available and the drink machine should be on. read more

Cut us off before we finished our order. We went to window and completed it. The girl then tells us how much it will be but adds that the frozen drink machine is down. So... I've been to many DD locations and this one is by far the best one! I'm a frequent customer and they always get my order exactly the way I want and are always friendly and happy to see me. Sometimes they will give my toddlers a couple munchkin donuts. Absolutely love this place! read more

I've gave them chance after chance. They have never got an order right. Even when trying to fix a previous attempt. The food is good. Not worth what they want for it though. . Had a manager be rude beyond compare. Won't go back. read more

Usually love the ifs coffee but it seems to depend on who's making it. There doesn't seem to be an consistency in the product. Will still get my coffee here but not as often. read more
