This location is notorious for not meeting. Customer needs. Once again I was there this morning because you have no other choice. The same owner owns both franchises in the area. I order on the app as I always do. I get to the window this morning give him my name. The young girl is obviously hating her job. She notices I ordered the new shortbread cookie. She rudely states we don't have that cookie and I don't know how you even ordered it. I said I ordered it on the app. She offers a replacement I take it. I get to the window. She continues to be rude. I tap on the window and I said to her please don't be rude. I'm sorry if you're having a bad day, she rolled her eyes and shut the window. I told her to have the day she deserves. I would say nine out of 10 times they do not have what you order on the app . Maybe if the service wasn't extremely slow the public wouldn't be so frustrated with the establishment which intern would make the people that work there much happier I would hope. Terrible - so bad my wife and I couldn't stop laughing on the way out. Mid-morning and nothing on the shelves except a few strawberry glazed donuts and jelly stuffed donut holes. None of it particularly fresh. Staff was filthy. Ordered two donut holes, two small cappuccinos. They messed up the order. There was something black on one coffee lids, and the coup de grace? - the dude opened the bag to put in the donuts and sneezed into the bag. We threw everything out in the in-store trash bin. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst dunkin to exist. They mess up all orders, and the coffee always taste terrible. The wait is ALWAYS so long. used to really like going here but currently they have very poorly trained employees and the coffee is absolutely horrible. im not a huge coffee snob but i know the exact measurements on what i like and either they consistently get them wrong or they aren't brewing the coffee right or both. considering there where grounds in my cup this morning thats a pretty big clue that brewing is one issue. all i know is i pray the new location has better staff and this isnt the staff being trained for that one. i just hope its better but im swearing off my hot coffee from this location for the foreseeable future im literally dumping money down the drain read more

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and earnest, but it's not quite as good as the NJ Dunkins I'm used to. They are light on the donut icing and my iced coffee wasn't filled to the top. Also, beware that their pay-by-app system does not always work. read more

Great place for breakfast sandwiches on the go. This morning they were a little slow but the drive through attendant was very courteous. My biggest complaint about this location is that the SD Perks card reader system is usually down, so now often than not we get charged full price for our drinks. Quite possibly the worse Dunkin Donuts in the world. They almost ALWAYS mess up my order. They don't prepare enough bagels or donuts to last through the morning. I've been there at 9am and there only had plain, 5 grain, and whole wheat bagels left. Their equipment is broken half the time so some times you go and all they can serve is coffee. No lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, turbo shots.... The only reason I go to Dunkin: carmel swirl lattes. No caramel swirl lattes, no business from me. I've heard from employees that the owner doesn't treat them well, so that's just one more reason to avoid it. Other locations may not be as bad, but I'm willing to drive to Aroma in Hammondsport or Heavenly Cup or the Dunkin in Corning to get a better latte. Or even a latte at all. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is super nice! The food and donuts are always great, and the service is awesome! The only complaint I have is that this place is super busy no matter what time of the day you go, and since the lot that it sits on is so small, the line in the drivethru usually clogs up the entire parking lot. I usually have to park across the street and walk. Other than that, I visit this place at least once per day when I travel to this area. read more
