The new storefront has warm, welcoming vibes and a beautiful mural on the back wall. The dark wood tones along with the decor and bright pops of color make this a cozy spot. The storefront is inside of a large building on the green, and you have to go down some stairs and a hallway to find it, so if you are visiting for the first time, check their social media pages to ensure you're headed to the right place. As for the coffee, their lattes are great and their cold foam is the best I have ever had! The birthday cake latte was delicious. I do think the lattes are a tad pricey, with a large being $9.50, but delicious nonetheless.

A Heartfelt Experience at Rita's…read more I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Rita's in Austin town Ohio last November for the first time! It it was much more than just a treat for my taste buds,it was a heartwarming experience! The employees here are not just friendly; they genuinely care about their customers' lives. Each interaction felt personal and meaningful, making me feel like part of a community. Now, let's talk about the treats! The Italian ice is nothing short of spectacular, but I have to give a special shoutout to the cotton candy! It's light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor--truly a nostalgic delight that brings out the kid in everyone. Every bite is a reminder of carefree summer days, and I can't get enough! The staff took the time to share their favorite flavors and made recommendations that were spot on. Their enthusiasm and passion for what they do shine brightly, and it's clear they put their heart into every scoop. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your treats. Whether you're stopping by for a quick dessert or spending time with friends,Rita's feels like a home away from home. In short, Rita's is a treasure that combines outstanding service with incredible treats. I can't wait to return for more delicious cotton candy and to catch up with the amazing team there! Maybe it's just me who notices this? Possibly, but I was pleased nonetheless. Second, all of the drinks (even those ordered at the register) get keyed into their system as ordered and a sticker pops out, just like when you use the drive thru or the mobile ordering. Much better chance of getting my drink right (and they did on this occasion). I know they have a system of hieroglyphics for writing on the cups, but the newbies don't always have it down and then I get three pumps of Classic (CL, I believe) when what I really wanted was three pumps of caramel (just a C). Why, cruel world, why?!? Alas, this Starbucks doesn't have that problem, so I like them. And next time I'm passing through this particular portion of Ohio, I'm certain I'll stop again!
