Love the size of the drinks, but can't stand the sweetness overload of the syrups and the drinks itself

Dunkin Sucks! Going to Starbucks now and paying the extra $ well worth it as Dunkin customer service is the worst. Slow, Service poor, cannot seem to make orders upon receipt but wait till @ window thus making process even slower. Yesterday waited 17min for Coffee @ Dunkin@ 191 Burkitt Commons in Nashville. Put order in 3 times and still did not get it as they could not seem to recall order enough to even prepare it. At least as Starbucks staff seems more intelligent and proactive. The employees are nice, but the manager I'm not too sure about. I went to this location and they messed up the drink. I called to complain they manager apologized and said she would give me a free drink the next day. I went back the next day and of course she wasn't there and wouldn't answer the calls of her employees when they called her to get clarity. This is just one of many instances with this location. I'll never go there again. They should really take notes from the Dunkin off of Sam Ridley and Burkitt Commons! Those locations are top tier and never miss. Always polite and friendly. read more

It's a decent location but very hot or miss. Dunkin usually is fine but this one is just okay.

Lazy and rude employees. Not busy but no one was cleaning the filthy floors, counters, etc. Napkin dispenser empty. No straws. You get the idea, just a lack of employees that care. Bummer. read more

Living closer to another Dunkin' it was part of my routine to visit every morning. Sadly this is my new Dunkin as I have moved and that routine is very. The quality of the iced coffee here is very watered down compared to other Dunkins and even with a full staff they often still lock the lobby and force Hinton go through a long drive thru. The staff at this store clearly just want to take the easy way out. The sign outside says under new management- I would hate to know how bad it was before because as it is now it is pretty sad. read more

This review is based on the service and not the food, there was only 2 employees working there when I came in. One of the employees was working the front, back, and drive thru window. The other employee seemed a bit new and needed guidance on what to do. It took a while for the employee to come over and take my order, although he did say it twice that he will be with me as soon as he can. I ordered an egg and cheese on a crossaint and ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese by the employee who seemed to be new. I had to remind him of the iced coffee and for whatever reason he was counting the amount of ice cubes he was putting inside the cup lol. The quality of the food was good, no complaints there. Two other employees did walk in eventually to start helping out, although a customer behind me got her food before I did. Everyone seemed hard working, they just need to have a better system so the process can flow smoothly. read more

Just wanna warn you that the price is listed on their menu are not the same I went to get a half a dozen donuts which was listed at 5:49 but I was charged $6.14 when I ask why why was a price not correct I was told that the manager has not change the sign and they've asked him to change it several times so instead of them correct them to sign their leave it on the same so be cautious they are committing fraud by posting in accurate pricing I will never go there again read more

I keep trying to give this Dunkin' the benefit and trying again. But every time I come the line takes forever with only a few cars and the order I am given is incorrect. I hope that they are able to figure something out soon to make it a better experience. read more

Never really been a Dunkin doughnuts fan but I must admit I do love their new Spicy Smoke House Sandwich! OK OK! now down to business.. Customer service is ok, DD is located inside a gas station so its kinda convenient if you wanna pick up some breakfast along with a full tank of gas or soda etc. Like any doughnut shop they offer a wide range of pastries along with a cup of Joe,..nothing special about the coffee just plain. I'm rating this 3 stars because I come here all the time and normally I have good service, but today, I definitely did not. I pulled up around noon today and they had a few cars in line, no biggie. I got up to the speaker about 5 mins after pulling up, I placed my order. They were out of what I wanted but it's no big deal though bc I got something else I liked. I've worked in restaurants so I get that. But it took me 20 mins to get even get to the window! Finally when one car was in front of me, they sat there for 10 mins before anyone gave them their food. I normally don't complain but considering I've worked in fast food before, you NEVER should let cars sit in line that long. No one even apologized for the wait either. When I actually got my food, it was cold. I'll come back because it's close to my house and I come a lot with no issues usually, but today, I got extremely impatient and I had places to be. No one should ever have to wait in a drive thru line for almost 30 mins. read more

Hit or miss with this location. Normally my orders are correct, it's just the incompetence of the workers. Very slow service, not sure if it's a staff shortage or if the workers just don't know what they're doing. It's a bummer because this is the closest location to me. read more

I've been coming to this Dunkin for almost 2 years now because I moved closed by. At first, it was fine & I was glad to have a Dunkin to easily stop in to. However, it has rapidly declined ever since. Every time I've come here in the last several months my order is either severely incorrect, missing at least one item or if, by chance, it is correct the quality is very poor and not worth even the cheap prices it costs. It seems there are always quite a few employees at any given time, and yet nothing is ever correct, even if it's a very simple order. I really don't want to stop coming to Dunkin, but at this point it's just a huge hassle and waste of money, unfortunately. Get it together, guys. read more

The wait for this location is absolutely ridiculous. I actually sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes for 2 iced coffee and 2 bagels. Crazy

I am visiting family nearby for Christmas and went in on the afternoon of Christmas eve for a cup of coffee. The floor in front of the register was sticky, the tables were filthy, there was trash in the floors and there were employees standing around talking. It took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and of the 5-6 employees I could see none of them did anything the entire time. I'm sure this is a busy location but there is no justification for a place being this filthy. Apparently, Dunkin survives on brand recognition and not good service. read more

I don't understand what's changed over the years a chocolate cake donut is clearly a chocolate cake donut but according to the this place it's a chocolate iced cake donut which are 2 very different items one is all chocolate that's like cake and the other is plain white cake donut with chocolate icing. Is this world so dumb we can no longer tell the difference. Trying to explain what you want a dunkin is like talking in a alien language. Yelp really should allow you to rate zero stars. Because this dunkin is absolutely terrible. So was the guy at the window named Miguel. Your job is really easy, I'm sorry your job sucks. It's actually hilarious that I ordered at the pull up drive thru, and once I get to the window he's sitting down and looks at me like I'm stupid and asks if I had a online order. He didn't have a single idea what was going on. Once he gave me my coffee of course I always have to try it out because this dunkin has always been so unreliable and of course they didn't put liquid sugar in my coffee they put regular sugar in it. I guess mr Miguel has no common sense because literally how is the sugar suppose to melt in a ice coffee ????? Maybe he's not to blame maybe it's just management because I'm just blown away at how bad and rude these people are. It will be a miracle if this place 1. Got an order right the first time or 2. Completed an order with any type of consistency. The last thing I want to do is answer 8 questions about a cup of coffee. If I order a french vanilla iced coffee with milk and sugar, just make that. If I wanted vanilla bean, cream, or extra sugar, i would have ordered that. It's always a hit and miss every time I visit this location for coffee or some donuts. It's located in a Daily's gas station so that should tell you something. Some days they are busy and understaffed which makes it a pain to order anything here! Sometimes my coffee isn't the right temperature or taste, I'm not sure if some of the employees even know how to make quality coffee they way it should be! Some employees are nice while some don't even welcome with a charming personality. One time I went on a busy morning and just ordered some hot coffee. It was a long wait, I placed in my order and watched all the customers behind me get their orders. I waited 10 min thinking that maybe she forgot about me and I was ok with that, but I knew she saw me but never even asked why I was standing there.
