We settled on an elliptical and again Jason went over the pros and cons of good better best. We felt very informed all along the way. We picked up and assembled, the unit is rock solid but will have a tech look at it due to a clicking sound when in use but based on the customer service I have received thus far I am not in the least concerned it will be addressed and rectified. I am in sales myself and have a high level of expectation when it comes to customer service. I can't speak for Johnson as a whole but I believe a companies values are carried through their employees.
