I like that they offer three price tiers with slight variations on each design. For a birthday, I went with the top tier, which came to $167 with delivery. It was pricey, but I felt like it was easily worth it. The colors popped. It was a dense and varied arrangement. And it comes with a very sturdy and heavy vase that will easily get re-use. Bonus points for pain-free delivery. I ordered on their website the night before, and around 11:00 the next morning, they arrived at my door almost an hour ahead of schedule. I do wish they would have texted or called when they were on the way, but I was at home, so it was not an issue. Overall, they will be my new go-to whenever flowers are needed. Very satisfied.

The way that some of the ornate arrangements were placed near the front, and the less intrusive flowers were off to the side, was interesting to me. I just wanted to share with you the ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience I had with this florist who created…read moreand delivered a flower bouquet to a friend recovering from a car accident. First, I ordered the flowers on a Tuesday (Nov 12) and the head designer Ashley (not sure if she's the owner) said they would be delivered the next day Wednesday and if I had a preference for delivery time. I indicated no time preference. She claims I just said no preference as to day or time but even so she said the would be delivered We'd the next day. After not receiving a 'thank you' from the recipient I called left a couple of unanswered messages for Ashley on Thursday and Friday asking if and when the flowers were delivered. On late Friday afternoon, Ashley sent me an email telling me the flowers wld be delivered at 7:45 PM that night! Who delivers flowers that late? Anyway, it turns out per my friend that she was away from her apartment until Sunday - so the flowers sat in her building vestibule for two days because they were delivered late. Secondly, the bouquet that was delivered looked absolutely nothing like the MEDIUM size Catch Me if You Can arrangement for $75 (not including taxes and fees) friends and I chipped in for! So I contacted Ashley and let her know gently how disappointing and embarrassing it was that the flowers were delivered two full days late and looked nothing like the picture of the flowers that I ordered. I'm aware of small businesses strife to do business during this time but I never expected her anti-customer approach! Unfortunately, Ashley was not very polite at all. In fact, she was very antagonistic and said that they are closed on Thursdays that's why the flowers were delivered on Friday and that she has the right to substitute flowers if the flowers we ordered were not in season. She directed me to the email I received when ordering the flowers which indicated the delivery date and time. Right! The email stated the estimated delivery to be on Thursday, Nov 13 between 11-3 pm!!! See screenshot attached. Also, I'm fully aware of the substitution policy which is common with most florists, but this bouquet that was delivered looked absolutely nothing at all, not even the greenery like what we had ordered! Totally not worth the value paid!!! See photos attached. i ordered a MEDIUM arrangement and clearly the orange and yellow bouquet delivered was SMALL! See photo attached! I asked for a partial refund and "kind" Ashley just scoffed at me and snapped "we don't give refunds and that she appreciates my feedback, looks forward to my negative review on Yelp, thank you very much" and hung up! So moving forward, I wont do business with her again and will share this with her community. Sad trying to support a business in the community and this is what you get.
