It arrived buzzing and playing like crap with repairs that were never mentioned. There are glue gobbs in various places and seams, high action and chunks missing in the nut. They described it as great playing, amazing, professional setup, etc. The nut issues cause it to buzz when strumming. When I requested a return I was told I would have to pay return shipping per their policy. I understand a policy, but when something arrives in such bad shape they should work to make things right. I will dispute the charge with my financial institution since they refused to make it right after I gave them the chance.

Having called ahead to…read moreconfirm inventory, they were ready for us when we arrived and set up in a private studio room both a white Music Man Kaizen and a Gibson J-45 I had asked about (pretty diverse, huh?). Then Fred did a great job ordering the "Kryptonite" color Kaizen for us and in particular was able to secure the lighter weight guitar from the two on hand in the warehouse. Then the day the guitar arrived the store manager, Jim, called to make sure we were all good! Yes, yes we are ALL good. Truthfully, some Guitar Center stores have a spotty reputation but the Clearwater store is top shelf with us and I am here to spread the word!

Within 5 minutes of showing Lee, he says, 'dude, who reshimmed your neck? you play slide?' I said NO! To get this Taylor tuned up, Lee: unshimmed neck, installed custom bone nut (high E and B were buzzing), took down saddle height (to accommodate an under saddle piezo pickup I installed), and installed new Gotoh tuners. In one week's time at reasonably low prices for such high-end craftmanship, this 714 plays better than new!! RECOMMENDED!!

Naomi T. Kaye's Voicercise was an excellent choice for my daughter's singing lessons. My daughter…read morehas been singing in school since she was in Kindergarten. She also loves singing pop music and has been singing karaoke with the family since she was three. When she changed schools and found out she would not have chorus as an elective for the first time we decided to put her in voice lessons last Summer. My daughter wanted expand her range and get better at singing riffs and runs typically found only in pop and r&b music, so we chose Voicercise because that option was available. So, first students are encouraged to purchase a CD that teaches anyone to sing and use their voice to practice with. Once you arrive at your first lesson the teacher goes over the techniques the student will learn that most pop stars use to get their voices to get a certain sound. The overall voice lessons are customized to the student's goals. My daughter quickly learned how to get her voice to a higher range and she has learned how to sing intricate runs. Her singing has definitely improved and she has so much fun during her lessons. My daughter was taught by Naomi's daughter Roxy Miller, who is a class act. Unfortunately Naomi passed away during the time that my daughter took lessons, but Roxy kept teaching with a smile through it all. We never had the pleasure of meeting Naomi, but her spirit definitely lives on in Roxy and this school. Roxy is not only extremely professional, but she is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Her beautiful smile is so infectious and you really feel comfortable and at home with her. Voicercise puts on recitals several times a year. Students of all ages get to showcase a song that they've worked on with their new voice skills. We were so entertained at the October concert! There was all different types of music being sung by these talented singing students from all walks of life. Roxy has really helped these students, not only with their voices, but also with showmanship. My daughter has one more lesson before she moves on to swim team for a while, but we plan on coming back for more lessons next year! I highly recommend Voicercise for anyone, young or old that wants to improve their singing voice, especially if you want to sing pop music.
