They described it as great playing, amazing, professional setup, etc. The nut issues cause it to buzz when strumming. When I requested a return I was told I would have to pay return shipping per their policy. I understand a policy, but when something arrives in such bad shape they should work to make things right. I will dispute the charge with my financial institution since they refused to make it right after I gave them the chance.
