It appears he used improper tools, sloppy technique, and did no protective taping. It is rough, uneven, and he also proceeded to over bevel the frets to almost 3 times the proper length so the string constantly pops off the side. When I brought it to his attention and asked him to pay to have the neck that he ruined replaced, he refused.

One of the guitars had damage to the body because I asked them to loosen the strings to relieve tension on neck during shipping. They failed to protect the guitar finish and the guitar arrived with noticeable damage from tremolo slamming the body. I had to have Reverb step in to issue a partial refund because seller refused to acknowledge what they did. They act very unprofessional, see photos of Reverb messages and feedback left from seller.
