It arrived buzzing and playing like crap with repairs that were never mentioned. There are glue gobbs in various places and seams, high action and chunks missing in the nut. They described it as great playing, amazing, professional setup, etc. The nut issues cause it to buzz when strumming. When I requested a return I was told I would have to pay return shipping per their policy. I understand a policy, but when something arrives in such bad shape they should work to make things right. I will dispute the charge with my financial institution since they refused to make it right after I gave them the chance.

Found this lovely little music school in Dunedin. My son plays violin by ear. It wanted to learn…read moreby note. We signed up with Rebekah, who is great. Lessons are $30/week, payable on the last week of the previous month in order to hold your scheduled time slot (fees are due, even if you need to skip a week).... not due if the session falls on a major holiday. The musical school is tucked away on a quiet street just off of Main Street. Nice parking lot. I typically just sit in the car while my son goes in since he is older but there is a nice waiting room inside. They also don't mind if you watch the lesson.

Dr. Xu is an experienced teacher who always provides timely, critical, and constructive guidance to maximize student learning outcomes. I had no wonder my daughter and her partner could achieve 2nd place among dozens of selected talented duos within several months of practice (the video speaks https://youtu.be/4YMTUANEUiA). Her piano skills and teaching were undoubtedly professional, focusing on fundamental techniques and music interpretation. After talking with other students' parents, I found that Dr. Xu's teaching was tailored for each player (e.g., music selection, weekly assignment, practice strategy), which greatly shortened my daughter's learning curve. I am also impressed by her amazing online teaching system, which provided us with a real-time, high-quality learning experience every week. This is the most effective yet inexpensive way for my daughter to keep up with weekly expectations through playing, singing, and listening practice with the teacher. I highly recommend Dr. Hui Xu and look forward to working with her again on our next achievement!
