It appears he used improper tools, sloppy technique, and did no protective taping. It is rough, uneven, and he also proceeded to over bevel the frets to almost 3 times the proper length so the string constantly pops off the side. When I brought it to his attention and asked him to pay to have the neck that he ruined replaced, he refused.

Well, a girl who worked there named Shannon had been talking to me and my family about instruments and lessons, and she told us there were art classes that I could take. She even showed us the art studio, which had tons of paintings and pieces of art that the teachers had made, and boy, was I amazed. I made up my mind that I wanted to take art classes.
