BEWARE!! This is a fly by night guy who lies, cheats and steals. The new roof he put in is leaking and I have photos to prove this. The plywood underneath is soaked and the site is dripping water into the rooms below. This is money that my family has saved for years to be able to do this project. He did a bait and switch on the contract - charging me 10 times what was on the contract. This entire process has been a nightmare that I am still trying to resolve. My goal is to save others from being robbed and conned like I did. I am in the process of submitting all documents to the Southampton Town Licensing Board - to get his license pulled. The entire hearing will be made public. He will also be in the local papers soon, so save yourself the enormous aggrevation, the large sums of money needed for renovations and go with someone with a good reputation. Do your due diligence and learn from my very expensive mistake. He denies all the damage he caused and I have no choice than to proceed with a lawsuit. I now found an honest and reliable contractor to fix the wreck he left.
