Their framers and other initial work is nice and clean and even these guys even do a good job but their finishing is terrible. They don't hang doors properly, their trim work is horrible and you can see gaps everywhere and dont even get me started on the swinging doors they hung in cupboards. Their finished work is really poor and its a shame as they start of well. When you complain Robert (the owner) does not do anything other than make excuses and try's to buy time. Once he has your money he will not come back.

His subs are hats but most importantly I gave this guy almost 200,000$ I asked how much to side my main house to match exstension he built he said 15,000$ I had it done for $6300 from another company in 1 day which took his workers 2 weeks. Here are the lowlights of my experience with Matt: --Communication was a nightmare. He responded to me while he was doing the job (a plus!) but he was more interested in complimenting his own work, man-splaining, and cracking corny jokes than he was in listening my concerns. Whenever there was a problem, he blamed someone else. ---Cost was very high. This is my fault , as I should have gotten more estimates. --The work was below average. For example, Matt installed a bifold door. He asked if I wanted it painted and when I asked if it would need to be painted, he said it was up to me. I opted to leave it unpainted but had no idea that Matt would leave pencil marks and scuffs all over it. By that time, I was so tired of interacting with him that I decided to paint it myself. Less than three months later, the door came off the track and the pin that holds it in place will not go back in. I've been trying to get him to come back to fix the door (as per his warranty) for two weeks. Ha! Who am I kidding? I could go on but you get the drift. Save yourself some money and headaches and find someone else.

Joe, the project manager oversaw everything to make sure it was just how we wanted it. He and his crew were always happy to answer questions and explain the progress. Very responsive to calls or texts while work was going on. They completed two bathrooms for us- from demolition to completion- in just about three weeks. And the finished product? You could not recognize the bathrooms. We are over the moon with how they turned out and our guests are blown away. They matched what we had envisioned. Attaching some before and after pics so you can see the transformation. This included moving toilets, expanding a shower, replacing the tub with a larger one, custom materials, etc. and they still manage to do everything in a speedy, efficient way. Maybe the best part about Posh- not only did they offer a great price (their quote was better than 4 other companies who did not have nearly as good reviews), but they stood by their work! Too many times you hear of companies that ignore customers as soon as they get paid. Posh recognized some countertop was cut incorrectly before we could even view it and decided to replace it because it did not meet their standard of excellence. They even came back to our house to remove and replace a single tile because it had a mark on it we wanted removed. They care about the work they do and it shows. I cannot recommend them enough, and when we are ready to redo our kitchen, they are our first, and probably only, call.
