Shawn is a nice guy . Great smile , great people person . I've known him for YEARSSS .. sooo of…read morecourse I want to support the new shop . Take my car for OIL change , does the normal up charge . (Air filter , cabin filter , wiper blades ) . Cool get it . What I didn't know the LABOR WOULD BE 160$ . For an OIL CHANGE . And the following . Mind you AUTOZONE PUTS wiper blades on for FREE ONCE BOUGHT . So I was wondering where did 160$ labor come .. was it during a normal oil change ? Or on the 9.99 AIR FILTER .. yes I know sometimes labor is more . But 160$ LABOR ON OIL CHANGE IS JUST OUTRIGHT OUTRAGEOUS!! There's business then there is GREED . You be the judge of an oil change being 261$ because he changed an air filter (9.99) that valvoline does for 120$ including the oil and air and i guess labor .. so the gimmick to making the profit is the labor I get it .. but 160$ labor on the following .. is greed !! Much love and success .. this is pure honesty .. from a friend at that .. I still am APPAULED . And I paid because you know what .. sometimes a lesson cost . PRINCIPLES PEOPLE . Why try take advantage? Idk .. comes down to GREED . Blessings

I had brought my Toyota Solara to Mosteller in Lancaster SC for service and found them to be…read moreextremely expensive. (Personally, I don't have a great deal of faith with any auto shop as it seems that they are always trying to rip you off in one way or another... I feel that Mosteller is no different, but that is just me) Second Chance; A few days later I brought my mother-in-law (s) car in to have the rear lighting panel repaired as the only light that was working was the right rear brake light. A couple days later Mosteller called and said that they had repaired the issue, charged Mrs Warren a ridiculous amount. When we brought the car home, the same scenario, nothing worked (I know, I should have checked it before I left the garage) so I had to bring the car back and explained the situation. When the mechanic came out to check the matter, he had to remove the entire panel whereupon I saw that several of the tail lights were NOT replaced and that the light sockets were "corroded." (proves my point about mechanics) They repair was shoddy and incompetent, I was appalled! These guys are supposed to be ASE Certified... wish the experience would have been better.
