They had rebuilt the…read moretransmission the month prior, he hadn't had the truck back but a few weeks when problems started. It took them days to diagnose the problem and get back to him, then every week it was a different excuse, had to order custom torque converter, no lifts available, ordered the wrong parts, installed the wrong parts, didn't replace filters, clogged the AC, who knows what issues caused more problems, they wouldn't answer phone or contact my son, they don't work weekends or after 5. I think they were embarrassed or because it was warranty work they dragged it out. Plus, they wouldn't provide written invoice/documentation of the work they did. So disappointed.

I know that he just can't stop what he's doing, but he should set aside a certain amount of time to answer or return calls, especially those whose vehicle is in his shop for repairs. I have placed 54 unanswered calls since Wednesday, August 28, 2024. He has had my truck since June 26, 2024. He has said before, and I believe him, that certain parts have been a problem to get. But, it is irritating as a customer, who has already paid a considerable amount of money to have this repaired, that he will not answer his calls. Also, for what its worth, I understand that sometimes we have to take care of sick/aging parents. That I applaud him for very much. BUT just answer the phone!!!

I called A&M and told them I'm on my way to Florida and need someone to look at my car. They said they could take a look and if it was a quick fix, they would get me back on the road. When I showed up, they let my dog in their office and allowed him to roam around. They had dog toys, treats, and a water bowl for him. They told me it could be one of 2 things. If it was the first thing, they could get me back on the road quickly. If it was the second thing, it would be a bigger issue. I said to go ahead and try option #1. They ordered the part. Once it was delivered, they fixed it and test drove my vehicle. I really appreciate that they took the time to see if they could help and get me home in time for Christmas! Thanks for taking care of Odie and me!

Not only did they save me more than half compared to other repair quotes but they completed the work in nearly half the time and came in less than the original quote and saved me on my car rental. Chase, Holly and the entire team was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. They even helped coordinate a ride to the rental car facility, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find a repair shop that combines honesty, efficiency, quality work, and excellent customer service all in one place. I highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
