The staff runs like clockwork. Communication skills, especially with my limited hitch and trailer knowledge was on point. My hitch was installed in no time at all. I knew the car would have to be towed to replace the tire and Tanners was there in a short period of time. I don't know the owner's son's name, but he sure took care of me, calmed me down and good company to take my mind off of much going on. Tanners had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour at a surprisingly reasonable cost. At first I thought that this was small town kindness, but really it was just a small business doing their absolute best to take care of others in need. Might just drive the 2 hours to use for any issues with my car. Kudos to you Tanner's! You don't know how much appreciated you are!

I LOVE Duncan Tire! If I could give them 10 stars, I would…read more As luck would have it-I was in the middle of a 4 he drive while moving to my new home. My car alerted me that my tire was losing air. I exited, pulled into a gas station and noticed that there were two State Troopers chatting by the pumps. I walked over and told them the situation and asked them where I might find a tire repair place. They said that the only place that they would trust was Duncan's. It was about 3 miles away. I was seriously wondering why I passed another tire place to get there...now I know! The people at Duncan's Tire were so incredibly nice. My car was overflowing with boxes, pillows & comforters, and two crazy dogs. They immediately came out to help me. The two sweet women let me bring my doggies inside and even got them water. Duncan's quickly assessed the problem and got to work. They fixed my tire and then refused to charge me!!!! It had been a stressful day, but their kindness made all the difference! Please give them your business-they work hard and are good people.

The service was fast, the staff was professional and knowledgeable yet courteous and the prices have always been fair. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my tires and can recommend only one establishment: H&H Tire. ~Minivan

Got a flat tire while driving through GA... went to several different tire shops in Dublin and the…read moresize of the tire I needed is hard to find without ordering... luckily Bubba had the size! It was pricey but I had no choice... the only other option would have been to order something and stay overnight.... Which I did not want to do. They got me in and out very quickly... I also had my small dog with me and they were kind enough to let him stay with me inside in the AC as it was brutally hot out. Thank you BTC!

Been a customer about 15years. THOUSANDS of $$ spent over that time-NO longer. Last week, I took my…read morevehicle in to Bubba's due to engine having a grinding sound. After extensive work, they told me the vehicle was fixed. Once I got out on the highway, I realize they did something to the engine that made it WORSE! So I took it back, hoping they'd fix what THEY did, but they became belligerent & said to leave it which I had no choice & left it. So they tacked on another bill of $135.00 on top of the bill 2 days before for $785.00! After excuse after excuse from them, I'd still have the vehicle there as long as I kept shelling out the $$$. I told them it wasn't doing that when I pulled in. He came up with a stupid reply "It happens". I got so frustrated, I left-knowing all they wanted was more $$. So after that final $135.00 hoping that would solve it, I drive down the road & it's idling so bad it felt like it was going to die out, so I ended up at another shop, having to leave it there over the weekend hoping they can fix what Bubba's SCREWED UP. Now I have to spend God knows how much more. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. They're good at the basics, but that's it.
