The delivery was to be made within a week. Sent a pic of my check for $3800 for deposit which was immediately cashed as per my bank the next day. I started calling and texting on 14th and 17th of Mar but Dave Bergman said soon - next week- delivery soon. Started calling every few days "where is my UTV". Then Bergman wanted to push me over to another model which priced over $10,000 and would not include delivery or a date. I requested a refund of my $3800 on 01 Arp 2023. I continuedwith my request for refund of my money again adn again almost daily for 2 weeks. Tried emailing, texting and calling but no response. On 11 Apr 2023 I filed a BBB complaint but Extreme Scooter-Dave Bergman has not answered yet. Next step is legal action- to recover my $3800 deposit. Warning- I do not recommed doing business with Dave Bergman -Extreme Scooters. I'll report if I receive my deposit back.
