He let us take our time picking the car we needed, talked us through all of the processes; even allowed several test drives; and let us look through the car's mechanics as much as we felt we needed. Everyone was very friendly while we were there and the down payment was very fair. TJ explained all of our paperwork and let us ask any questions before we signed the dotted line. About a week after we signed the papers we were about to head out of town when the transmission went out. We called him and he said to take it to one of his mechanics. We slowly got it there and they started to do their scans and look through the systems. We had to leave the car with them due to our scheduling, but TJ made sure we knew everything that was happening with the car. They were able to find a new transmission that worked and we were able to pick up the car and take it back with us. At one point we did fall behind on a few payments, and TJ was very understanding with the situation just a very kind person all around, we've never had that dealing with other car lots. And before we knew it we made our final payment on the car! It didn't even take a year! The car is still running amazingly and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this business to anyone and we would probably go back for another car as well! Thank you TJ and Dublin Auto for everything!

We argued with everyone there for them trying to charge us for something they messed up they told us "yall just want us to take the loss". Yes because yall messed it up and yall need to fix it. Customer service 0/10 do not recommend coming here at all they will take your money

This guy turned out to be Shaik Subhan from MIYAPUR, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA. But through the Bill Of Lading we see the engine came from Auto Parts R Us. It was evident through our certified mechanic, the engine had not been ran for several years and it was locked up. Auto Parts R Us acts as if we are lying and wants our mechanic to tear it down to see/prove why it is locked up. Shaik Subhan gave us a warranty and it has not been honored after charging $650. I'm not sure how this guy fits in with Auto Parts R Us, maybe we both were scammed. But, we definitely were given a bad engine. And we are definitely out $650.I would not do business with them again
