Before I even arrived, I clearly requested multiple times that the car be properly washed and waxed -- it was for my wife, and I wanted it to look great. John assured me it would take about an hour, so I expected a proper detail. But the car was back from "cleaning" in under 15 minutes, and it was clear it just went through a basic wash, with no waxing at all. That felt misleading. I was also handed a dead second key fob, even though I had asked about key fobs ahead of time. No one told me it wasn't working. The next day, while putting in seat covers, I noticed the front passenger all-weather floor mat was missing -- even though it was shown in the listing and was there during the test drive. It had apparently disappeared during the quick wash. When I reached out, I got a "we'll check and let you know" kind of response. Fortunately, it was found later and they agreed to ship it, but there was no sense of ownership until I followed up. While the finance process was quick and low-pressure (which I appreciated), the overall experience didn't meet the expectations I had from a dealership of this size and reputation. I came for a fair deal and a 5-star experience -- but left feeling let down by the lack of transparency and accountability.

My car was wrecked & repaired at the Wheeler Rd location in 2021. A few months after picking up my completed car, I noticed a small nib or trash in the paint above the drivers rear tire. My fault for not immediately taking it back to them for repair. Four years later, that spot has come off & took some clear coat with it. I took it back to Wheeler Rd & the manager walked all around the car looking for other dents & chips in the paint so she could blame the spot that I actually brought it in for on a rock. I then took it to Kendrick in Broad St. Ms. Robin looked at the spot & immediately said it was due to trash in the paint & pointed out more trash showing in & around the same spot. I then told her Kendrick in Wheeler Rd painted it 4 years ago & is blaming the peeling on a rock. She had to get her manager Chris to look at it. Chris proceeds to literally pick at the spot for 10 minutes in silence. He finally spoke & said it looks like something chipped it but can't tell what, possibly a rock. He said the Wheeler Rd manager would submit pictures to corporate for them to make the determination on what caused it. So you're telling me...one person immediately blames it on a rock, a second person immediately blames it on trash, while a third seems to pull anything out of the air to cover his ass, but you expect "corporate" to determine what happened from a picture? Shame on Kendrick for not standing behind their work like they say they will. And shame on me for not being a bigger complainer about crappy workmanship from the get-go. Lesson learned here-don't go to Kendrick & complain about any work done until it is PERFECT or it won't be covered under warranty.

Really disappointed. I have always heard that Kendrick p&b was top notch but I didn't experience…read morethis. Initial communication with estimator was really good, provided pictures of damages, informed about parts ordered and received. Then the misinformation started, I was told it was headed to frame shop 3 different times and took me visiting to get this information, I was no longer getting response by phone. My last visit I was informed of the frame was bent and totaled. Went without a vehicle for over 2+ months when they could had completed this task early, why did they bother ordering parts OR was I just told that. Also received several automated messages the repair work was started and going well during that time. Needless to say that I was very disappointed to find out that nothing repair wise was performed. I have no doubt they can do good work but they need to work on customer communications and performing timely checks so the process to either get a replacement car OR a repaired vehicle. At this moment, gut tells me to look elsewhere for your repair needs.

A couple days after leaving the lot the check engine light came on and the salesman told me they must've just reset it in the back, because apparently they hadn't looked at the car very well. I've had cooling issues the entire time I've owned the car, I've replaced every single thing cooling related, and now my mechanic tells me it's going to need the head gasket replaced as well. In total I'm gonna have $5000 sunk into this car, and basically never got to drive it for more than a day or two without it being in the shop. After leaving a Google review, the manager told me to contact him, I did several times with no response back. I basically have an overpriced lawn ornament sitting in my yard, this dealership sold me a headache that I wish I would've never gotten. Service, after the sale was definitely not a priority placed on purchases here, it's pretty sad because they give local businesses a bad name with mess like this

He let us take our time picking the car we needed, talked us through all of the processes; even allowed several test drives; and let us look through the car's mechanics as much as we felt we needed. Everyone was very friendly while we were there and the down payment was very fair. TJ explained all of our paperwork and let us ask any questions before we signed the dotted line. About a week after we signed the papers we were about to head out of town when the transmission went out. We called him and he said to take it to one of his mechanics. We slowly got it there and they started to do their scans and look through the systems. We had to leave the car with them due to our scheduling, but TJ made sure we knew everything that was happening with the car. They were able to find a new transmission that worked and we were able to pick up the car and take it back with us. At one point we did fall behind on a few payments, and TJ was very understanding with the situation just a very kind person all around, we've never had that dealing with other car lots. And before we knew it we made our final payment on the car! It didn't even take a year! The car is still running amazingly and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this business to anyone and we would probably go back for another car as well! Thank you TJ and Dublin Auto for everything!
