Typically, I have had good experiences here. I went in for my 25,000 mile oil change and tire rotation which was covered by ToyotaCare - awesome. I was informed I could use new air filters. What I didn't know was it was going to cost me $208, for air filters. I can find air filters for my car anywhere else for $15 max. This was largely my fault for being naive and not asking the total before I agreed. But with that being said, I feel as if I was taken advantage of by the service representative. I understand that I may seem like someone who is not the most knowledgeable about vehicles and the prices of service but in no way is that a reason (as a service rep AND a grown woman) to not disclose the price of a part + labor. If you're going to have me sign for a service you should absolutely be disclosing the price. Feels like I was taken advantage of and almost cheated out of $200. I'll probably be making the drive to the Toyota in Milledgeville after my experience today. read more

In the past year I've visited the Pitts service department thrice for recall work (new airbags) for my 2003 Toyota Corolla. During all three visits I have encountered nothing but smart, pretty ladies, easy-going guys, and prompt reliable service. Yesterday, on my third visit, I stopped one of the mechanics and received some good advice on maintaining my 2014 Prius C. I also had a nice visit with "Mike," at the Pitts Body Shop, who quickly and graciously fixed my Corolla's hood-prop stick. That's the kind of customer-centric mindset that good management instills, and thus melds customer loyalty. I told this to Mike ("that's the Christmas spirit, dude!") when I shook his hand afterwards, said I'd post this review and urge "management to put an extra dollar in your paycheck" (we had a good laugh). read more

Another Toyota dealership in the area that tries to take advantage of you on your trade in. Trade in is literally in perfect condition with super low miles and they only offer $2k under KBB trade in and $3k under NADA trade in. I just don't get it. Why is it so hard in 2020 to get a Toyota dealership to make a fair deal without trying to take advantage of their customers? Really disappointed. read more

I Just purchased a truck a few weeks ago from Pitts and while driving it home I noticed a rattle under the truck. I took the truck back a few days later and these guys went overboard making sure the issues were resolved and stayed in constant communication with me until everything was fixed. I just recently made the drive from Warner Robins to check out Pitts Toyota in Dublin, although there are plenty of car dealerships to choose from in my area. Everyone there seemed friendly and knowledgeable, but my salesman Matt Meeks really went above and beyond for me. He helped answer the massive amounts of questions I had, allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles, and really helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I saw a terrible review on another site. I want to refute that. We bought a Venza using email, text and phone calls to Ms Flanders at Pitts. She was gracious, helpful and professional. Our transaction took place between Southern California and Dublin for a week or so before going to Dublin to make a final inspection for purchase. We could not have been happier. The vehicle was spotless, as advertised, and delivered to us 50 miles away from the dealership for our convenience. Ask for Ms Flanders - her customer service can't be beat! read more
