Everyone working there is very helpful and knowledgeable about vaping products. They provided me with Info so I felt comfortable knowing I was buying products that I would be happy with. I truly felt like they cared that I would be happy with my purchase and didn't just push stuff on me to make a quick sale. Before purchasing there I had visited a couple places in town just to see what is all available in Bloomington and after seeing how other places operated versus Maxx I'll never go anywhere else. My experiences at other places were horrible. This is definitely the #1 place in Bloomington to purchase vaping products.

The IU campus bookstore is well stocked; however, it is small and overcrowded making it hard to view all the merchandise. My boyfriend and I came to purchase six sweatshirts for gifts. When I asked if there was a fitting room, the sales lady replied with a curt no. Obviously, customer service or being an ambassador for the University was not thought of when hiring her. We told the sales lady we had come from Georgia for Thanksgiving and were visiting IU for the first time. We also told her we were planning to purchase a few sweatshirts as gifts and really needed to know how they fit. She had no compassion even when I asked if I could go try them on in the restroom. Unbelievable! I had to try on the sweatshirts on top of the sweatshirt I had on. In addition, there was only one mirror in the whole store. There were also several other customers wanting to try on items. Of course, after we made our selections and went to the counter with all six $55 sweatshirts, the sales lady was more than gracious.

I've bought some truly craptastic items there, like the board game that was missing a space. The only redeeming thing is the candy selection. Aisles - barely wide enough for 1 person let alone 3 carts. Stock EVERYWHERE. If you needed to use the bathroom, good luck. They were using that hall to hold carts of stock and probably blocking a fire exit. Boxes everywhere. Sections trashed. As the saying goes, it looks like they're trying to cram 10 pounds of crap into a 5 pound bag. This went from being a cool once to shop into an absolute trash fest.
