They were great, made quick work of a large very large branch over the house. Had to use a arborist to climb up and cut down the branches. They were efficient and hauled away the cut wood. Cleanup after themselves and left the yard in good shape. I'd give them a call again. read more

DO NOT HIRE. This company has no respect for private property, and committed illegal trespassing on our property. Our immediate next door neighbors booked this service to remove several large trees that were on our neighbors property but close to the property line of our house and driveway. WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION TO ACCESS OUR PROPERTY and WHILE WE WERE AT WORK and NOT HOME, the company owner Cameron drove his very large, heavy duty pick up truck and large trailer up onto our driveway, between our parked cars and onto the grass of our yard in order to reach the neighbor's trees. Our cars were parked in our driveway and they almost damaged our vehicles with tree branches when they took down the trees. They also ran over a utility line that was on our property with visible flags marking the line. This company has no respect for private property. They made a mess of our yard as well. Unprofessional company. read more

We had had a card dropped off at our house in Raleigh by Duncan Boys Tree Service and as it so happened, we had a huge overgrown mess of trees and bushes that we knew had exceeded our capacity to tackle. We decided to ask for a quote and then proceeded with the work - despite these negative reviews - and we are happy we did. Cameron and his team arrived the next day as promised, texted to let us know they were on their way, and then worked solidly for the next few hours, clearing the debris as they went along. Cameron was very courteous and polite and we would have no hesitation in having the team return in the future. read more

I will only give this company 1 star and only that because they did cut down trees. We called this company for a quote because a friend had a good experience with one tree. My husband met with Chris and his wife to get a quote agreed to the cutting down and trimming of several big trees and limbs. They were supposed to cut everything into specific lengths, clean up the brush, and leave the logs for my husband to take care of. They said they'd have the job done in a coupe days. They weren't the most expensive quote we received for the work but they also were not the cheapest. The day the said they'd arrive they got there more than an hour late in a janky car with no back window. They sat around for quite a while before they got started. On top of that they had family members that decided to park in my driveway to wait on their man while he worked. They proceeded to cut trees and limbs. When they went to clear up brush they took an equally beat up truck down into my woods to put the brush where they were told and then proceeded to get stuck. My husband had to pull them out of trouble with his tractor. He then allowed them to use his tractor so they could do the job effectively. They asked for partial payment that day and we obliged because while they were a janky bunch they seemed to do a good job, they said they would be back Sunday morning early. They did not arrive until almost lunchtime. They didn't come prepared. They needed gas so my husband gave them some he had so they would get started. They continued to work and left trash around my property. They asked for payment without completing the job because their saws stopped working and they had to go buy new ones. In good faith my husband paid them. There was one part that they subbed out and that person came almost a week later. It took us over a week to get them to respond to us regarding finishing up and cleaning up their trash left all over my property. They sent someone when we weren't home and they picked up half the trash and that's about all. We texted and they said they would be back. A week later nothing. When we texted again we were ghosted. I gave them to opportunity to make things right and I got zero response. They used our tractor, ended up using one of our saws, ended up stealing a saw wrench. This company is the most unprofessional, unethical, and they will never get my recommendation. Did my trees get cut down safely? Yes. Was I satisfied with the service? Absolutely not. In fact I would tell everyone to avoid them at all costs. read more

My property has a large sign saying NO TRESPASSING. Moreover, my door has a clearly posted notice saying NO SOLICITING. Yet this company not only trespassed on my property but also left their card (i.e., soliciting) right next to the NO SOLICITING sign. Evidently, the employees of this company are both illiterate and ignorant of the law, so I wouldn't trust them with even the most basic task, much less jobs that would require legal liability protections such as bonding and insurance. read more

Cleaned my gutters. Downspout I specifically mentioned that was clogged is still clogged. It rained today and the gutter was overflowing. I mentioned that downspout being clogged. They just blew the gutters out and put one downspout back up securing it with a hand shovel they found in the carport. They blew all the trash in my gutters all over my new mulch , flowers, and yard. Didn't clean up. Borrowed my Dad's drill and used his screws. He lives next door. Cut a few limbs for an extra 100 to get them off the roof. Very small limbs. Ones you could cut with loppers. 364 dollars for blowing gutters and cutting about five small limbs and leaving a mess behind with my old gutter still overflowing. Took less than an hour. My Dad said they weren't there long at all. read more
