Yet this company not only trespassed on my property but also left their card (i.e., soliciting) right next to the NO SOLICITING sign. Evidently, the employees of this company are both illiterate and ignorant of the law, so I wouldn't trust them with even the most basic task, much less jobs that would require legal liability protections such as bonding and insurance.

My husband met with Chris and his wife to get a quote agreed to the cutting down and trimming of several big trees and limbs. They were supposed to cut everything into specific lengths, clean up the brush, and leave the logs for my husband to take care of. They said they'd have the job done in a coupe days. They weren't the most expensive quote we received for the work but they also were not the cheapest. The day the said they'd arrive they got there more than an hour late in a janky car with no back window. They sat around for quite a while before they got started. On top of that they had family members that decided to park in my driveway to wait on their man while he worked. They proceeded to cut trees and limbs. When they went to clear up brush they took an equally beat up truck down into my woods to put the brush where they were told and then proceeded to get stuck. My husband had to pull them out of trouble with his tractor. He then allowed them to use his tractor so they could do the job effectively. They asked for partial payment that day and we obliged because while they were a janky bunch they seemed to do a good job, they said they would be back Sunday morning early. They did not arrive until almost lunchtime. They didn't come prepared. They needed gas so my husband gave them some he had so they would get started. They continued to work and left trash around my property. They asked for payment without completing the job because their saws stopped working and they had to go buy new ones. In good faith my husband paid them. There was one part that they subbed out and that person came almost a week later. It took us over a week to get them to respond to us regarding finishing up and cleaning up their trash left all over my property. They sent someone when we weren't home and they picked up half the trash and that's about all. We texted and they said they would be back. A week later nothing. When we texted again we were ghosted. I gave them to opportunity to make things right and I got zero response. They used our tractor, ended up using one of our saws, ended up stealing a saw wrench. This company is the most unprofessional, unethical, and they will never get my recommendation. Did my trees get cut down safely? Yes. Was I satisfied with the service? Absolutely not. In fact I would tell everyone to avoid them at all costs.
